Who Is Sheila Gillette?
On today’s episode, we welcome back Sheila Gillette, a spiritual teacher and channeler whose work began after a near-death experience in 1969. For more than five decades she has shared messages from THEO, a collective of twelve archangels she describes as speaking through her in one voice.
Sheila notes that the word “channeling” did not become common until the 1980s. In the early days, she was given information she could not otherwise have known, and she says that evidence helped her trust what she was receiving.
How THEO Speaks Through Sheila
Sheila explains that THEO comes in on the right side of her body and takes over her vocal cords, with a change of voice. They speak directly to the people in the room, and the sessions are question activated.
She says THEO told her they could share a great deal, but what they want is to meet people where they are so they can grow and understand. Over the years, she adds, the teaching has deepened as listeners have grown.
The Fifth Dimension and the Shift of Our Time
Sheila describes the third dimension as our physical reality, the fourth as spiritual awakening, and the fifth as the frequency the Earth has been aligning with. She says that shift was fully in place around 2012.
In her book The Fifth Dimension, she wrote about a time of awakening in which chaos brings the shift of old structures, including the global economy and global connectivity. Her message is that this is not the end of the world. It is the end of an old way of being.
Christ Consciousness: We Are the Second Coming
Sheila says that fifth-dimensional energy is the Christ energy, and that many people have come back embodied to be here for this time. When THEO speaks of the second coming, she explains, it is not about one individual. It is about us.
She shares that all the master teachers came with the same message of love, connection with one another and empowering the self. In their time, though, the beliefs of “not enough” made that message hard to hear.
Beliefs, Choice and the Truth Barometer
Sheila says it is all a matter of choice and belief. If the resistance you feel is a belief that you are not worthy of the life you would love, she explains, that belief can be changed.
She also describes an inner truth barometer that THEO tells us we all have. When someone speaks truth, she gets a visceral reaction, such as chills or goosebumps, and she encourages critical thinking and asking, “Is that true?”
Feeling Lost, and Loving the Part of You That Was Not Seen
Near the close, Sheila shares that she remains optimistic. Seeing so many people open to change confirms for her what THEO told her long ago, and she says we can be exhilarated by this time when we stay present and out of fear of the future.
When asked about feeling lost, she answers that it is not the adult who is lost. It is a young part of the self that did not feel seen, heard or loved. Her invitation is to let that part know it is loved and not alone, because you, the adult, are there doing life together.
Spiritual Takeaways
- The collapse of an old belief can feel like the collapse of your world, but it may be the start of a more conscious way of living.
- The future is something we help create through the values and choices we practice today.
- Self-love becomes transformative when you extend compassion to the wounded parts of yourself instead of letting their fears define your life.

Is there an energetic reasoning for this specific conflict?
Sheila Gillette 0:05
The revelation is that each and every one of you is the second coming of the Christos. Talking about these waves of awakening and people now seeking community-that's its fifth dimensionary energy. Is the Christ energy. The fifth dimension is a different vector of time, if you would. The third and fourth dimensional realities are these old patterns that are dissolving.
Alex Ferrari 0:35
Is there a question I should be asking that I'm not?
Sheila Gillette 0:39
What we would say to you, because of your curiosity, you are.
Alex Ferrari 0:55
I like to welcome back to the show returning champion Sheila Gillette. How you doing, Sheila?
Sheila Gillette 1:00
I'm doing great. It's good to be with you, Alex. We always have such fun.
Alex Ferrari 1:04
Yes, we do. We have amazing conversations. I absolutely adore Theo, and you've been on the show. I can't even count how many times now at this point. But it's it's always fun to talk to you and to discuss, you know, what's happening and what's Theo's point of view on a lot of this stuff. So I'm just going to dive in when with the first question. When you tune into Theo today, what are the what are they saying about the chaos we're seeing in the world right now?
Sheila Gillette 1:36
Well, what they say is it's theater. They say they've been talking for five decades about this time and the consciousness shift that's happening. So what we're watching is the dissolution, if you would, of old patterns, old structures, old foundations crumbling. But it's not only happening externally; it's what's happening internally to all of us, because what they say is the the outside world is just but a reflection of what's inside each and every one of us, and as we come into our centered selves, that there will be peace in the world, and as you know, they brought forth the soul integrative process as the process of how to make those changes within to bring about unconditional love of self. And if everybody loves himself enough, we'll have peace.
Alex Ferrari 2:38
Sheila, let me ask you though, and we were talking a little bit about this before we started the show. Is that this isn't the first time in recent history that everything seemed very chaotic? I mean, we don't want to go back all the way to like World War Two or World War One. That's a whole other conversation. But more currently, in our lifetimes, you know, the '60s and the '70s, you know, when I was born, Vietnam was still going on. But in the '60s, there was such major upheaval and almost a rejection of what the '50s were. The '50s had a very different energy than the '60s with the hippie movement, the youth, and then leaders just being you know killed everywhere. You know, from JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X, among many others, who were assassinated back then, and then obviously the political, you know, with Richard Nixon and all that stuff. There was so much insanity going on there. How does was that like the spark at the beginning of this? Because when you started, what what year did you start talking to Theo, and when did Theo start talking about this?
Sheila Gillette 3:39
Well, I started doing my work in '69 when this I had my near death experience, and Theo came in in '71.
Alex Ferrari 3:49
Okay, so you're around that time. So when he starts, when they start talking about this time, there was a lot going on at that time. It's a major shift.
Sheila Gillette 3:58
Well, interestingly enough, the first some of the first stuff that came through was stuff about Watergate.
Alex Ferrari 4:04
Interesting. So they were saying they were talking about Watergate.
Sheila Gillette 4:06
Oh, I, I, yeah, and I was doing automatic writing, and I could hear the messages, and I got notebooks full of Watergate information
Alex Ferrari 4:19
Before two
Sheila Gillette 4:20
Two years before it came to the surface,
Alex Ferrari 4:24
What did you think when you started seeing that? You're like, "This is insane.
Sheila Gillette 4:26
Well, you know, I had been given so many things I couldn't not have known about that were true. That you know, I had evidence to build trust in what I was being told, I thought, "Wow, this is pretty out there, you know, because I couldn't imagine. And and they were saying, "You ought to tell the president these are my words, paraphrasing. Knock it off. But but I went, "I'm not going to tell anybody. It was. You know, eye opening, and then stuff started coming out in the news, and everything started surfacing, and things were being said that I had received the, and 16 years later, when I was living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I met John Ehrlichman.
Alex Ferrari 5:24
Who's?
Sheila Gillette 5:26
John Ehrlichman was the aide to the president, like this chief of staff.
Alex Ferrari 5:31
Oh, chief of staff of Nixon.
Sheila Gillette 5:32
Of Nixon.
Alex Ferrari 5:33
Okay.
Sheila Gillette 5:34
At 40 years old.
Alex Ferrari 5:35
Oh, okay.
Sheila Gillette 5:36
And but he was living in Santa Fe at the time, and I met him. We became friendly, and so I shared with him what I had gotten, and we discussed it. And he corroborated everything that I'd gotten behind the scenes. But interestingly enough, you know, they were the the five guys that went to jail that were close to the president. He said, "Just he and Bob Halderman knew each other. They worked in the White House together. The other three, they only met in court. But it made it sound like they were all in cahoots. You know, they were all working together, which was quite interesting, but I got to tell you to have that validation.
Alex Ferrari 6:26
Oh, that solidified everything!
Sheila Gillette 6:28
Oh my gosh, yes.
Alex Ferrari 6:29
So that time period, though, what does Theo say about that time period? Because I mean,
Sheila Gillette 6:35
Well, then you know, and then we had Reagan,
Alex Ferrari 6:38
Yeah,
Sheila Gillette 6:38
Shot, yeah, in front of the same hotel,
Alex Ferrari 6:41
Right! I remember that. I was 82nd
Sheila Gillette 6:45
80
Alex Ferrari 6:46
Something. Yeah, mid something. It wasn't his first term. I think it was at the beginning of his second or something like that, or at the end of the first. Yeah, something like that. But I remember it very vividly as well.
Sheila Gillette 6:54
So it's you know.
Alex Ferrari 6:57
So what did they? What do they say about that? Because the the modern new age movement and bringing into the forefront metaphysical ideas really started in the 60s. I mean, it's been around for several.
Sheila Gillette 7:13
It was 69 when I opened.
Alex Ferrari 7:14
Right. Yeah. Exactly. And and channelers weren't the all the rage. I don't even think you were called channelers at that point. No. That term didn't come around till later.
Sheila Gillette 7:21
What I was called was a direct voice transmedium. That was the term.
Alex Ferrari 7:28
Doesn't roll off the tongue. Well, channelers a little bit.
Sheila Gillette 7:32
That's what the the scientists called me because of the process. And gosh, it wasn't until the 80s that channeling became the terminology,
Alex Ferrari 7:42
Right!
Sheila Gillette 7:43
When Jay Z Knight began, I think that
Alex Ferrari 7:46
Yeah, because Seth was around. When did Seth come in? 40s, 30s, or is it older? Or
Sheila Gillette 7:52
Oh, Seth?
Alex Ferrari 7:53
Yeah, the Seth, the Seth material.
Sheila Gillette 7:55
Um,
Alex Ferrari 7:57
It was earlier 1900s, if I'm not mistaken. I've seen well. There was
Sheila Gillette 8:01
Jane Roberts.
Alex Ferrari 8:02
Yeah, Jane Roberts, the channel.
Sheila Gillette 8:04
Oh, she was in the 60s.
Alex Ferrari 8:05
It was the 60s. I wasn't. I wasn't. Okay, so the 60s. So it was around. So again, the 60s was a big. Edgar Cayce was obviously. That's I'm thinking. Edgar Cayce was in the 20s and 30s. 20s,
Sheila Gillette 8:14
30s, 40s. The war, Second World War, but it was Jane Roberts
Alex Ferrari 8:25
That she was like the first, and she was. I've seen film of her. That was, I mean, that was
Sheila Gillette 8:30
Intense.
Alex Ferrari 8:31
It's intense. That's, I mean, Theo's a very chilled chat. You know, but she was. It was really wild.
Sheila Gillette 8:38
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 8:40
How she was not thrown into a loony bin at that time in history is beyond me.
Sheila Gillette 8:45
Yeah. Well, a lot of people were.
Alex Ferrari 8:47
Yeah, they were.
Sheila Gillette 8:49
Yeah.
Alex Ferrari 8:50
So, so did they? So did they say anything? So did Theo ever say anything in regards to the 60s being the catalyst of this shift that that we were going through?
Sheila Gillette 8:58
Well, it's all been the evolution that we're in right now, since
Alex Ferrari 9:01
back in the
Sheila Gillette 9:02
day. Well, the fifth dimension.
Alex Ferrari 9:05
You've been writing about that for decades.
Sheila Gillette 9:06
Oh yeah, five. But the thing was, is this has been a process of of the the Earth aligning to this new dimensional frequency, fifth dimension. The third is our physical reality. The fourth, the spiritual awakening. When I wrote the book, The Fifth Dimension, people, what do you mean? We're only we're going into the fourth, and they said no, no, no, and it fully was in place, locked in. Let's say in 2012, and so all that information about the Mayan calendar. Well, they were talking about 2012 before that, and so that's been a part of this awakening and opening. And I've been doing this work five decades. I've watched about it. Every 10 years now, it's quickened. It's happening more and more on a daily basis. These waves of people waking up, having their own experiences-that's what I mean by waking up. They're they're having their own psychic, if you will, experiences, their own connectivity to source or guidance, and that's why it should be. And I've always talked about that. If I'm connected and able to do this, we all are.
Alex Ferrari 10:28
Yeah, of course.
Sheila Gillette 10:29
You know, and that's well, and that's what we've been observing. You know, when I started, it wasn't even a conversation to be had in public.
Alex Ferrari 10:39
Oh God!
Sheila Gillette 10:41
You know, people were terrified or fearful, or something bad's going to happen to you. So I didn't go in to social situations. Go, guess what I can do?
Alex Ferrari 10:53
Give me a second.
Sheila Gillette 10:54
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 10:55
It is the time.
Sheila Gillette 10:56
You know, it's been evolving, and it's been wonderful to see this happening, but back to the '60s when that was all happening, it was revolutionary.
Alex Ferrari 11:09
Oh God,
Sheila Gillette 11:10
What was happening. Because, well, and that's when all the drug scenes started happening, and all all of that, which was a part because they were people those drugs that were coming on, open blew people wide open.
Alex Ferrari 11:26
Well, LSD,
Sheila Gillette 11:28
Yeah, and so they were having all these experiences.
Alex Ferrari 11:32
Yeah, the psychedelics,
Sheila Gillette 11:33
Yeah. So I think all of that
Alex Ferrari 11:36
Contributed
Sheila Gillette 11:37
Had had the influence of this quickened awakening, and look where we are in just that little con, as as in technology, everything that's happened in our lives. Now we can meet globally on the internet. You know, when I started my work, I was working one on one with people, or I was traveling to different cities,
Alex Ferrari 12:03
Doing little
Sheila Gillette 12:04
To small groups and personal sessions with people.
Alex Ferrari 12:08
That was the business,
Sheila Gillette 12:09
And then it was on the phone,
Alex Ferrari 12:11
Right!
Sheila Gillette 12:12
And now it's on Zoom,
Alex Ferrari 12:14
Right!
Sheila Gillette 12:14
You know, and Theo told me back then in the early 71 that this would be a global work, and that this what's happening right now would be happening. Wow! All right, so no evidence then, but now it's like wow.
Alex Ferrari 12:34
So since Theo has been on the mark for the last 50 years about what's coming, what's coming now? What has he said about, or what have they said about the next five or 10 years from now?
Sheila Gillette 12:48
Well, what they said originally, and and I wrote in the book, The Fifth Dimension, the chapter on prophecy, was exactly what's happening now. That there would be this awakened time, that all the the chaos will bring about the shift of structures, global economy, global connectivity, internet, all of the things that are happening now, plus this chaos of change, bringing about a new foundation. You know, they said people have believed in in the end of the the world. It's not the end of the world that the world will be here much longer than any of us that are here, but it would be the end of old generational patternings that don't work anymore, and new being formed in and through us, but also affecting the world as in the sense of the foundations, economics. They said there would be an organization like the UN, only much more powerful in the future. It's what I heard the other day on one of the new shows. Maybe John Stewart. He had on the woman that's the head of the UN right now, and she said where they're going is they're creating a new structure, much more powerful. Almost the words that Theo said,
Alex Ferrari 14:21
Wow,
Sheila Gillette 14:21
And that it would be a collaborative world because we're one species on this planet and we're all connected. The pandemic showed us that there were no boundaries
Alex Ferrari 14:33
Or no no borders.
Sheila Gillette 14:34
Borders
Alex Ferrari 14:35
Right
Sheila Gillette 14:36
Perceived.
Alex Ferrari 14:37
They didn't care about race. They didn't care about language. Didn't care about any of those.
Sheila Gillette 14:40
No. So all of this is a contributation of that new birth, and Theo says, and birth can be messy, but the end result will be magnificent.
Alex Ferrari 14:56
So energetically, right now, the Iran. War that the U.S. has kind of started, and we're in. What is that? What are you seeing energetically there? Because there's obviously karma between these two energies. I mean, back when I was growing up, the Iran, the Iran hostages, and all of that. I remember in first grade drawing pictures, like bring the bring the hostages home and all that stuff. So there's a long, long, and that's just then. There's a longer history with this country. What is it energetically? What are we? What is happening with this? Why are we doing this? What's the purpose of it? What's the outcome going to be?
Sheila Gillette 15:39
Well, it's it's the same old paradigm, isn't it? That that the third dimensional paradigms of there's not enough for everybody.
Alex Ferrari 15:51
Yeah.
Sheila Gillette 15:52
So we need to have what you have. We need to take away from you. But also, there's the idea ideologies that are different that haven't been respected too, you know the respect between you and I, and respecting our differences. We're more the same than we are different, really. And I'm talking about cultures,
Alex Ferrari 16:16
Humans in general. Humans in general. We want love. We want to take care of our family. We want to be able to have a yeah.
Sheila Gillette 16:22
We all want the same things. There's a few of us,
Alex Ferrari 16:26
Just a couple
Sheila Gillette 16:27
That that want to be in power and control everybody and everything. There's always been that in our history, our global history, and that's what's changing. That consciousness is changing. That's part of the new birth, and that's where we come in, because it's changing in each and every one of us. And Theo said, "By the people, these changes will come. And look what's happening in the world. The people are standing up against
Alex Ferrari 16:59
All of it
Sheila Gillette 17:00
Politics,
Alex Ferrari 17:01
Politics, farm, education, media, every major religion, every major foundational thing, industries are being people are just like no, we do not want this in our food. We don't want this in our education. We don't want this in our religion. You know they're fighting back.
Sheila Gillette 17:22
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 17:23
Where before they were much more quiet.
Sheila Gillette 17:25
Well, giving the power away.
Alex Ferrari 17:28
Yeah,
Sheila Gillette 17:29
They'll take care of it.
Alex Ferrari 17:30
And now that they see that it's not being taken care of, yeah, everyone's starting to get angry and start to go. You were saying that we're we're changing these paradigms. This seems to be the first time in human history that this has happened, and when I say that, I'm not talking about the human history that we've talked about. I mean, if you do believe Atlantis was there, and there have been multiple cycles, even if you go into the Vedic texts and things like multiple yuga cycles and things like that of humanity, that there's up and down and destruction and wipe out and we start again and all this kind of stuff. This is the first time that we've ever agreed as a consciousness to shift out of these old paradigms. Yeah, I think it was a cry on our friend Lee Carroll. Yeah, he said it's a train track that we've been going around and around. This is the first time we've gotten off this track, and we're on a new track.
Sheila Gillette 18:24
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 18:24
And this is uncharted territory for humanity in the history of it is. We're birthing a new world. Yeah, it's
Sheila Gillette 18:31
Not in a bad way, you know. Yeah, there, you know, in the the conspiratorial world, you know, we're having we're going to be in a new world, and everything's going to go away, and no, no, it's going to be different. And it has to be. It's going to be better.
Alex Ferrari 18:47
It has to be.
Sheila Gillette 18:48
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 18:49
Because we can't keep going like this. If we kept going like this, we'd we'd be done in about 100 years. Like we'd run out of resources. We run out of.
Sheila Gillette 18:57
We already are starting to because of of Ill-perceived choices,
Alex Ferrari 19:04
Greed, control, power-that kind of stuff. We have more than enough to feed the entire world.
Sheila Gillette 19:10
We do.
Alex Ferrari 19:11
We have more than enough to give everybody everything that they need.
Sheila Gillette 19:14
But you know what Theo says, and this is where it comes to us to make the inner changes: is if all the money in the world was equally distributed,
Alex Ferrari 19:24
Yeah, no, I'll go back.
Sheila Gillette 19:26
That if people didn't change on the inner about their belief about it, all the people who have all the money would have it all again because it's a mindset.
Alex Ferrari 19:38
Absolutely, it's the whole lottery ticket thing. Most like the thing is, like a third of everyone who wins the lottery loses it all because they can't handle it. They don't.
Sheila Gillette 19:47
Well, they don't believe they deserve it.
Alex Ferrari 19:49
There's that on a sub on a deep deep subconscious.
Sheila Gillette 19:52
And so get rid of it. Get rid of it. Get rid of it. You know, all of us know people even. Maybe ourselves that if we have more than our best friend, we may lose our friend because we're different now.
Alex Ferrari 20:11
Oh yeah, absolutely.
Sheila Gillette 20:12
And and that fear of abandonment
Alex Ferrari 20:15
That's primal
Sheila Gillette 20:16
Is huge.
Alex Ferrari 20:18
It's primal.
Sheila Gillette 20:20
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 20:20
It is primal yeah because you're being you're being rejected from the community from the from the tribe, and if you're not with the tribe, chances of survival are very minimal.
Sheila Gillette 20:30
And survival is paramount, even with our physical bodies. The body is always wanting to survive, and it's miraculous in the way it can heal itself, it's it's constantly coming or trying to be in homeostasis in in good health, and if we pay attention to it, we can achieve that. But we have to listen, be in our bodies, not give our power away. You know that's what we've done in the old patterns. Is we need collaborative people on our health team that listen to us
Alex Ferrari 21:10
And are more are with us for more than 30 seconds when we go into a doctor's meeting.
Sheila Gillette 21:16
Well, that's we go back to the old structures of greed.
Alex Ferrari 21:20
Yeah, and the and
Sheila Gillette 21:21
That's what dictated.
Alex Ferrari 21:22
I listen. I have a lot of relatives who are doctors, and I I had relatives who were in the old system, where you could like be a doctor or a lawyer, and that's where you're going to make all your money. Yeah.
Sheila Gillette 21:34
Well, it's been true.
Alex Ferrari 21:35
It has been, but not anymore. Now doctors are treated like cattle. They have to hit marks. They have to like all these giant companies are just moving them around or under.
Sheila Gillette 21:45
Yeah, it's all corporate.
Alex Ferrari 21:46
It's all corporate. So like they can't be with you more than unless they have their own practice. They can't spend more than five minutes with you because they have to hit a quota and all this kind of stuff. So I've heard it from they're like I would have two doctor friends, two relatives or doctors-they're like, we would never do this if we would have. I would would never have gone down this road if we would have known this was going to.
Sheila Gillette 22:06
Well, we've I've known doctors who have stopped practicing and and went into other things. Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 22:14
Yeah, it's it it. But things are starting to shift very very much so with this great awakening, Sheila. What are people, what are people getting wrong about this awakening? Where what are they misunderstanding about not only the awakening within themselves, but awakening within the entire consciousness?
Sheila Gillette 22:32
Fear, it all based in fear. That's what if something bad's going to happen, you know. Everything that has been promoted is fear-based, as we know in media and and film. And you've been in the film industry for years, and and that sells
Alex Ferrari 22:56
Because it's it's it's a primal thing for us. We yeah, if we if we lead with love and heartfelt and yeah and that does get you, but if you have right next to it, this is horrible thing is going to happen. You will look at the horrible because it's
Sheila Gillette 23:14
It's the train wreck.
Alex Ferrari 23:16
It's but it's also the primal thing. Like how is this going to affect me? How is this going to affect my family? How is this going to affect my country, which all goes back to how is this going to affect me?
Sheila Gillette 23:24
Basically, yeah. And so, this is a time that that belief system is part of the change. Theo encourages people to, when they get in that fear-based thing of what if something bad's going to happen to flip it and say, "What if something good's going to happen? and begin to create that mindset out of the old fight, flight, fear, automatic response, which has been our third dimensional response. But we're more powerful than that.
Alex Ferrari 24:02
But we're afraid of it. We're afraid of being as powerful as we are. We're afraid of admitting to ourselves that we have the same abilities as all these avatars on the wall. They just happen to be walking the path a little farther ahead of us. But I'll always go back to what Jesus said. Everything I can do, you can do, and more.
Sheila Gillette 24:25
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 24:26
The kingdom of heaven's within you. He was saying these things over 2000 years ago.
Sheila Gillette 24:31
But now we're living in that Christos energy,
Alex Ferrari 24:35
Christ consciousness.
Sheila Gillette 24:36
Yes, you know Theo will say, Christ is not his last name.
Alex Ferrari 24:42
Well, to be fair, Jesus isn't his first either. No, I'm just, I'm just saying.
Sheila Gillette 24:50
Yeah, so that's its fifth dimensionary energy, is the Christ energy, and many people who have come back. Embodied to be here for this time was they were there then, because it's not. It's Theo talks about this is the second coming, but it's not about one individual. It's about us. We are the coming, the second coming.
Alex Ferrari 25:20
That's beautiful.
Sheila Gillette 25:21
The expression of that Christos energy, and to your point, all of you can do what I do. That he was talking about this time, and so I think it's fascinating As I observe, because I've been a great observer of this 50 years of evolution of people, I find it really exciting. I'm not afraid at all. I think I'm really optimistic, and the people I see coming forth now to do similar work that I do, I've mentored a few of them, and it's just to me phenomenal. And it's such a good way to bring that truth of love forward even stronger and more vibrantly, and people are grasping it, and they're using it, and they're having evidence in their lives that they do have power.
Alex Ferrari 26:28
I find it pretty fascinating how, from your perspective, there's a handful of you who've been doing this for a long time. You, Daryl Anka, Lee Carroll has been doing it for a minute too. You've seen it transition.
Sheila Gillette 26:44
They're just puppies. They're just new guys.
Alex Ferrari 26:48
They're the new guys. I know. I know. You're the OG. There's no question. You're the OG.
Sheila Gillette 26:51
I love to hear about that.
Alex Ferrari 26:53
But but within that time period, you know, 30, 40 years to see the change within this. I got to imagine. You know, when you see a show like this getting hundreds of 1000s, if not millions, of views on an episode, that must have been unconscionable to you back.
Sheila Gillette 27:12
Well, Theo told me it would be happening, and so I didn't know how. Yeah, yeah, TV. You're like on TV. You didn't have computers, you know. So it was like, okay, you know,
Alex Ferrari 27:25
Sure, sure, Theo.
Sheila Gillette 27:28
And now it's so exciting when we do webinars, and we're sitting there. Theo calls it the oh, I called it the global living room. I just get chills because Theo told me this would be happening, and we're sitting there with people all over the world, as you have too, being a part of that community, and it's magic.
Alex Ferrari 27:55
It is pretty magical.
Sheila Gillette 27:57
It's so magical that we, in just a a tiny bit of time, just a few years, this has come to fruition, and that's not going to stop. From what Theo says, innovation will keep going. There's a quickening that's happened to move this forward. Because people say to me, "Well, how long is this going to last? Well, you know, this dissolution is happening quickly, daily. If you think about how quick things are moving, that's the quickening.
Alex Ferrari 28:30
God, it's so fast.
Sheila Gillette 28:31
Yeah. So, who knows?
Alex Ferrari 28:34
I mean,
Sheila Gillette 28:35
It could be tomorrow.
Alex Ferrari 28:36
As of this recording, we've been doing this over five years. This show has been around for over five years. What I've seen just these five years-the the explosion of other shows, other content, other creators, other people trying to put the word out of things. I mean, when I came in, there was a handful of podcasts. Now there's hundreds, not 1000s, talking about every aspect of spirituality and awakening and all this stuff, I'm like, wow, this is pretty, it's pretty amazing how fast everything is going. It's it's pretty pretty amazing to watch, and I can like, well, if we just did the math, five years from now, I can't even comprehend where we're going to be.
Sheila Gillette 29:20
Oh, I know,
Alex Ferrari 29:20
And what it's going to even look like, and what platforms will be out there, and all of that.
Sheila Gillette 29:27
Yeah, because before we had home computers, before all of this, we couldn't imagine what that would look like. I mean, when Theo told me this, this would be a global movement.
Alex Ferrari 29:41
You're like, how the hell?
Sheila Gillette 29:43
And that Theo would be talking to people globally, and I'm thinking, I'm one person, and right now I have to fly to New York to see people, and I, you know, I just couldn't imagine what that would look like. How that could that many. 8 billion people could be reached by just one
Alex Ferrari 30:04
Person.
Sheila Gillette 30:05
Person
Alex Ferrari 30:05
At this at the same time.
Sheila Gillette 30:06
Yeah, and it was just like.
Alex Ferrari 30:09
So what? So what has Theo? So then has is has Theo told you anything in recent year? This let's say this year or last year, he's told you something. You're like, yeah, I don't know how we're gonna do that like he's saying something similar like well you know we're all gonna be walking around on the moon and we're gonna do this or that or like whatever yeah it is what what is is there been something he said to you that you can't wrap your head around now
Sheila Gillette 30:34
No I don't because of so much evidence I've had over the years.
Alex Ferrari 30:41
No, I know you believe him, but has he said something that you just truly don't understand how we're going to get there? You believe that it'll happen, like like this, like I'm going to talk to billions of people around the world, or we have the accountability. So, is there anything like that?
Sheila Gillette 30:53
You know, honestly, I can't think of anything
Alex Ferrari 30:55
Because we're just
Sheila Gillette 30:56
Because we're in it,
Alex Ferrari 30:57
And and everything
Sheila Gillette 30:58
Every day
Alex Ferrari 31:00
Something new is coming out.
Sheila Gillette 31:01
I think the thing that really brought that home to me when we could see space. I love the space stuff.
Alex Ferrari 31:10
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sheila Gillette 31:11
You know when Elon Musk launched those two spaceships that went off and they landed.
Alex Ferrari 31:18
That was pretty cool. I got to say,
Sheila Gillette 31:20
I try to watch all that stuff if I can live.
Alex Ferrari 31:23
Yeah, yeah.
Sheila Gillette 31:23
And but the you know the pictures of space-they're so beautiful. Oh, with the new telescope up there, yeah. I mean, that to me just gives me chills.
Alex Ferrari 31:36
Well, just
Sheila Gillette 31:36
it's amazing, even in medicine, daily new stuff happening. I mean, open heart surgery, and they send you home that day. I mean, seriously, folks, this is
Alex Ferrari 31:53
It's an outpatient procedure.
Sheila Gillette 31:55
Yeah, it's just you know, in medicine, new innovative surgeries.
Alex Ferrari 32:03
I saw a doctor. I saw a doctor in like Europe did a surgery in New York from Europe. Like he was a robot controlling it through the internet.
Sheila Gillette 32:14
A lot of robotic surgeries,
Alex Ferrari 32:16
But but the point is that he yeah that's one thing. Like when the doctor's in the other room, I've never heard of one on the other side of the world, who happened to be like one of the best surgeons on the planet, apparently, and he's now able to not have to fly. He can do multiple surgeries for around the world from Germany, kind of thing. And you're like, what is this?
Sheila Gillette 32:35
So to back to your question: Is there anything? No, because of those kinds of things are happening every single day, and if we look for those, and I know you do, you're curious about the good stuff, as I am. You know, if we look for that good stuff, there's a lot of good stuff going on. I think we'd all get calmer about the changes that are happening, but most of us fear change because we don't know what who will be or what it will be like.
Alex Ferrari 33:09
Back to our primal stuff.
Sheila Gillette 33:10
Yeah, so we just have to be in it
Alex Ferrari 33:14
To see what happens,
Sheila Gillette 33:15
And not to just assume what might happen, but just to be in the process of it happening, and it's moving so fast that this this opening. I mean, that just from where I started to where we are now, it's just amazing to me. So that's why I'm optimistic. I know we, the human species, are amazing, and when we get that knowledge that we are, more great things will happen.
Alex Ferrari 33:47
Well, let's. We've been talking about this Theo character for a while now. So, if and we just jumped into our conversation. Yeah, we did. And and I'm assuming if someone's watching this for the first time, they're like, "What is Theo? What is happening? Who are you? Who are you people? So we've done multiple other interviews. So if anybody's interested, they can go to those. But really quickly, just explain who Theo is and then how you're going to jump into him.
Sheila Gillette 34:12
Okay. Well, Theo is not one, but 12 archangels that speak collectively as one voice, and they call themselves Theo. They will not identify singularly because they said the message is what's important, not the messenger.
Alex Ferrari 34:30
So they have no egos. That's nice.
Sheila Gillette 34:32
Or judgment.
Alex Ferrari 34:33
That's even. That's even. That's also. This is really nice.
Sheila Gillette 34:36
And they've been coming through this body, by permission, they said we made an agreement, which we did. When I asked God for a job,
Alex Ferrari 34:49
Careful what you wish for.
Sheila Gillette 34:50
I know exactly. If I'd had a roster of jobs, maybe I wouldn't have chosen this, but I'm glad I did. Now, but they come in the right. Side of my body, they take over my vocal cords. There's a change of voice, and they speak directly to us. And it is question activated. They told me one time we could tell you a lot, lot of things, but what we want to do is meet you where you are, so that you can grow, so that you can understand. And over the years, they've elevated us because we're. My husband says we're only limited by our intelligence and the questions we ask, because they'll answer
Alex Ferrari 35:43
Anything,
Sheila Gillette 35:44
As you know. Oh, we've had those discussions. So, as people are evolving so quickly, it's amazing what they're teaching us now because we're ready for it.
Alex Ferrari 35:58
Right, exactly. Now we're we're we've graduated kindergarten and preschool, and now we're starting to get to a little higher of the higher grade levels that we can now comprehend deeper ideas, deeper concepts. We're ready for it
Sheila Gillette 36:11
Now.
Alex Ferrari 36:12
So, all right, let's.
Sheila Gillette 36:13
Well, one other statement I have to please that I really enjoy now is having peers. You know when I, you know you mentioned Lee Carroll and Bashar, and you know I I've been privileged to meet them at different conferences now that we've we've all been involved in, and as you know, Esther is a has been a friend and a client, yeah, and so it's just such a delight now to have friends that we speak the same language. We all know that, you know, to have a community of people to get you, you're not so weird anymore. So you know that's been a great privilege.
Alex Ferrari 37:00
That's that must be. I mean, yeah. When you're like alone in an island somewhere, you're like, God, I have to get a Wilson ball. That's the only person I can talk to really about this. And now you're like, Oh, look, there's another one. Oh, there's another one. There's another one. Now there's a community of us. So yeah, and it's growing every day.
Sheila Gillette 37:16
It is.
Alex Ferrari 37:17
It's a lot of that. It is. And I've talked to a lot of them. I know
Sheila Gillette 37:22
You have. You met a lot of the people. I haven't met everybody that you've met, but I have met several, and it's delightful.
Alex Ferrari 37:29
It is pretty amazing. It is pretty amazing
Sheila Gillette 37:31
Because, as you know, with your community, people are looking for community.
Alex Ferrari 37:35
Yes,
Sheila Gillette 37:36
They're looking for people they can talk to about what's going on for them in their awakenings and their experiences, and it's it's just that's that's the awakening I'm talking about. These waves of awakening and people now seeking community where they won't be the weird one out, you know, that they can be seen and heard and known.
Alex Ferrari 38:03
Yeah, when we did the when we did our ascension conference, we had a beautiful group of souls that came from around the world.
Sheila Gillette 38:09
I know some of our community came. Yeah, they were they loved it.
Alex Ferrari 38:13
It really was a beautiful experience to be in that room. The energy in that room was so beautiful. And the biggest takeaway we got is everybody was like, oh my god, this is heaven. I could just talk freely. Everybody around me is all on the same page. My language. Everyone I could just talk to. I'm like, yeah, you know, I had a near death experience. Oh, I did too. That was great. Like I talked to. Yeah, I have a channel. Oh yeah, I have. It's it's amazing that everybody had that beautiful experience. I think that's what people are looking for more and more.
Sheila Gillette 38:41
Well, they are, you know, and there's so many people that don't have someone to talk to still now, but it's it's going to be more the norm.
Alex Ferrari 38:53
I'll tell you something before we start, Sheila, with Theo. Is I had a version of that in my life, which was being a filmmaker in South Florida in the late '80s, early '90s was pretty much almost being in a desert. Was very few people. I mean, nowadays everybody knows what a filmmaker is and what a director is, and this is
Sheila Gillette 39:13
And it's all over the world
Alex Ferrari 39:15
And it's everywhere now. You had to go to film school because that's the only place you can get information about becoming a filmmaker. Now it's everywhere, and you know, when I was growing up, the occasional Raiders of the Lost Ark or Star Wars documentary on how they made it was all I had, and I felt so alone. And I would see like shows about L.A. or about Hollywood, and I would watch movies. I was that was my only. I couldn't speak to my my friends didn't understand it when I said I was going to a film school, they're like, "What the hell is that? Like this is insane kind of thing. So I had a version of that. Now everybody talks to me about yeah the green screen here, the angle here, this how you get the light here, and this new generation that's growing up with all this information is magical to see. So I have a version. What you had in my in my microcosm of my life is pretty interesting.
Sheila Gillette 40:04
Marcus and I, my husband, we like to watch documentaries.
Alex Ferrari 40:09
Yeah, I love documentaries,
Sheila Gillette 40:10
And you know it's so fun to see where everybody starts from. It really is. And as you were speaking about that, I was thinking about Steven Spielberg, and and that was so fun to see. He had his little camera, and he was out there as a young boy making films,
Alex Ferrari 40:29
Little war movies with the Super Eight. Yeah, or I think it was just eight. I don't even think it was Super Eight. It was just eight millimeter cameras.
Sheila Gillette 40:35
Yeah, and so the where I came from kind of thing. We all love that
Alex Ferrari 40:43
Well the origin stories we all love the origin I'm upset I read so many biographies and I've studied so many people's lives to see what how they worked it how to learn from their paths
Sheila Gillette 40:55
Because we all see the successful person
Alex Ferrari 40:58
Oh yeah but
Sheila Gillette 40:58
And we think oh they came that way
Alex Ferrari 41:00
Overnight success. Overnight success. Yeah,
Sheila Gillette 41:02
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 41:03
Yeah, yeah. But the thing, yeah, people look at our show and they're like, "Oh, look at them! They they're so successful. I'm like, 11 years I've been podcasting.
Sheila Gillette 41:11
50,
Alex Ferrari 41:12
Exactly. I beat you. Okay, okay. Listen, listen. This is not about who's been doing it the longest.
Sheila Gillette 41:20
My husband said you're going to be a 40 year overnight success,
Alex Ferrari 41:22
Exactly. Well, if you want to throw in the 40 years I've been doing everything in the film industry and everything, sure, you know, go back to 82 when I saw ET for the first time, and that's when I first started thinking about being a filmmaker. That was that's when I first started thinking about being a I don't know what I was thinking, but I was thinking movies then. But yes, you win. You win.
Sheila Gillette 41:45
It's no contest.
Alex Ferrari 41:47
Exactly, it is no contest. I can't win. But but that's just pointing the fact. It's like, oh yeah, overnight success thing. People don't see the the hours, the years of struggle and honing of their strength.
Sheila Gillette 41:59
And you just start. You start with what you got,
Alex Ferrari 42:02
And you go,
Sheila Gillette 42:02
And you go. You know that term bootstrapping. You know that's exactly what you you do. You have a passion,
Alex Ferrari 42:12
And you just do it,
Sheila Gillette 42:13
And you just do it. And you know somebody said, "How did you with all the judgments and stuff? Well, you know I had the commitment. I could not not do what I was doing.
Alex Ferrari 42:25
I know the feeling,
Sheila Gillette 42:28
And you know, and were people
Alex Ferrari 42:30
Stop it! shocking,
Sheila Gillette 42:32
But
Alex Ferrari 42:33
Who didn't approve? A lot. Who said the devil was coming through? Yes, I understand. Yes, yes.
Sheila Gillette 42:40
The minister across the street.
Alex Ferrari 42:42
Yes, and I always, anytime someone says that about Chandler, I go, you know what? The devil's a really bad devil because all they say is about love and hope and and you know one.
Sheila Gillette 42:51
They're not deviling right.
Alex Ferrari 42:53
They're not really deviling right. Satan's doing a bad job, kind of thing. But anyway, all right, let's bring in this devil. Not me. I mean Theo. Let's bring in Theo, and let's let's bring in some beautiful joy and energy with Theo.
Sheila Gillette 43:06
So it just takes a few seconds, okay? And I'll take a close my eyes and take a couple deep breaths and invite them in. Yes. All right, here we go. It is the beginning, is it not?
Alex Ferrari 43:19
Yes. Thank you, Theo, for being here. My first question to you is: I wanted to talk about what our past avatars, like Jesus, Buddha, and these kind of people were doing to awaken the souls of their time, and how that is mirroring what is happening now in a way of if it's the same souls that were there that are are doing it again here, how are those two connected in the the rising of our Christ consciousness or attaining Christ consciousness or Buddha consciousness?
Sheila Gillette 43:55
So the master teachers that have come before that walked in human bodies as the wayshorers, the way of a new way, planting the seeds within the minds. In those times, of what was to be birthed in the now. It was not in that third-dimensional reality possible, but the evolution of that consciousness spoken of then to be experienced now by all of them. They all had the same message of love, connectivity to one another, and empowering the self, but it could not be heard by the beliefs of not enough. The beliefs that one was lesser than, that one could not see. The God in themselves that they were a part of until now. This is the time that was spoken of then. Is that energy present? Of course it is. That is the time you're living in. It was spoken in the past of revelation. The revelation is that each and every one of you is the second coming of the Christos. The Christos energy is about the earth as we speak now in the fifth dimension, which is this awakened time, And so, the knowing of that, or the sense and feeling and a remembrance that many have of being in those times, of being taught that lesson, now to take with it and fully embrace.
Alex Ferrari 46:00
Theo, if you could speak or address the world leaders of today, what would you say to them?
Sheila Gillette 46:06
They are not unlike the world leaders of past in third dimensional reality, in that sense of control and manipulation, Greed, and coming from the old patterns of belief of not enough, and stemming from a belief inside each and every one of them that they're not enough. For to see a dictatorship, to see a bully, you can just know that they're acting out from their past and belief systems they adopted about themselves of not being worthy, and so the superiority that they Issue is only covering their feelings of inferiority about themselves, and that acting out to others as they do is trying to regain some type of control, so they will not be seen as they feel themselves to be in their truth.
Alex Ferrari 47:32
Are there any unseen forces that are helping or hindering humanity during this change?
Sheila Gillette 47:39
There are no unseen forces hindering. There are some who are seen that are here to act their role appropriately for change. As we speak of this time as high drama, the. the theater that is being expressed, that all these old structures, all these old belief systems surfacing, nothing is hidden. It's all on the surface to be changed. It's like the prigogene theory of the atom. For the atom to have a breakthrough to a different version of itself, there needed to be chaos. So the chaos is getting to a pitch, is it not, for a breakthrough to a higher version, and what does that mean? That each and every one of you will begin to realize the power within and accept it, and then use that in a creative force to build the new world that is being birthed now, in a different consciousness. The fifth dimension is a different vector of time, if you would. The third and fourth dimensional realities are these old patterns that are dissolving. These old foundations that do not work, but new are being built, just like new innovations that will continue to grow momentarily, if you would. Many speak of getting downloads of this and that; it's true. Visionaries vision the future. You're aware of many visionaries now that have created technology that you all use, whether you like it or not, and if it's not. Working, you become annoyed, and you've had it for a precious small amount of time. That is going to continue to bring forth this new world. Don't be afraid of it.
Alex Ferrari 50:19
Is there a hidden opportunity in the chaos that most people are missing.
Sheila Gillette 50:24
Of course, there is. It's to recognize who you are, not become part of the chaos, but as the observer, what can you use within you that becomes triggered by it as a tool of revelation on the inner for yourself, of where the beliefs about you must change. Rewrite the script. That's the integrative process that we speak of. If everyone in the world integrated, the the fragmented aspects of their soul that have been fractualized out of experience, situation, circumstances, where beliefs were created or adopted about the self of unworth. So when you're revealed what that time was, you can defrost that part of self frozen in that moment in time, and with love bring it forward into the wholeness of a being.
Alex Ferrari 51:37
Is there a question I should be asking that I'm Not,
Sheila Gillette 51:41
No. What we would say to you, because of your curiosity, you will continue to strive to ask, to know, and to be validated in that knowing. So as you are ready for the information and the knowing to be known, the question will come. It's not ours to give to ask, but yours to ask and ours to satisfy that curiosity.
Alex Ferrari 52:19
The current war that is being waged with Iran, with the United States and Iran, is having global impact in a way that we're still not able to see regarding energy, regarding commerce, a bunch of different things that we have yet to even see. What is what? What do first of all what do you see in the future of this like when is what's when is this going to end when is it going to fix what do you see happening with it and is there an energetic reasoning for this specific conflict?
Sheila Gillette 52:56
It's an outer expression of what's on the inner, and understand this: this is based in judgment, a better than lesser on judgment of each other, judgment of cultures, judgment of religion. It truly has nothing to do with the things you think it is. It's all about this since are better than and lesser than, and judgment of each other. If there is the realization of human experiences that you're all the same, if the pandemic did not address this for all of you, then these wars, these extreme judgments of one another will, as they are now, to ask the question, but it's really an inter, inner dimensional or inner personal process of letting go, loving each other, loving the self first, which seems a ridiculous statement, but that's the key. When you love yourselves enough, everything changes, because then you can love others as the self. You can love another and see them as yourself, because you are the same.
Alex Ferrari 54:26
Theo, I want to ask you about money or the concept of money. This is a big, big focus of a lot of people's lives, but it occurs to me that money doesn't truly exist. It is an agreement that we have with everybody else that this little piece of paper or these numbers on a screen have value. It's not like I'm giving you a goat and you're giving me a pig back. There's actual inherent value in that because you can do something with it. But the actual numbers on a screen or the paper in your pocket. Doesn't have, or even gold doesn't have any. Well, gold has some utilitarian things for it, but generally speaking, there is no value to it.
Sheila Gillette 55:09
It's true.
Alex Ferrari 55:10
So if that's the case, why can't we all make an agreement that everyone gets a bunch of numbers in their accounts and everybody has the same thing? I don't understand the concept because it's very complicated. There's wars over money, but it doesn't truly exist. There's nothing real there. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on that.
Sheila Gillette 55:30
So money has no energy in it, or worth in and of itself. It's what all of you give it.
Alex Ferrari 55:37
Right.
Sheila Gillette 55:37
It's really just an exchange for goods and services, energetically speaking, and everything is energy. So that is true. That power is given to money, and it truly has none. It's just a belief, and as we spoke earlier, beliefs can change, and it is dictated in whatever form that's used, whether it's coin or paper or digital. People give it the same Power, yes?
Alex Ferrari 56:22
Yeah. Cryptocurrency is just came online a decade ago, less than a decade ago.
Sheila Gillette 56:28
Yes,
Alex Ferrari 56:28
And now everyone gives a power, and there's value there. And I always wonder, like, that doesn't make any sense.
Sheila Gillette 56:33
It's not real.
Alex Ferrari 56:34
None of it is.
Sheila Gillette 56:35
No,
Alex Ferrari 56:36
None of it is. Are we heading towards a society like Gene Roddenberry from Star Trek actually said, because I, if I remember correctly, in those movies and shows, no one spoke of money. Everything was just there. The technology gave everybody access to pretty much almost everything, to a certain extent. And I might be mistaken. The only conflict was with other civilizations around the universe and things like that,
Sheila Gillette 57:03
Like other countries,
Alex Ferrari 57:04
Right! But it's just grown to a more universal aspect as opposed to a global.
Sheila Gillette 57:08
Yes.
Alex Ferrari 57:09
So we could actually grasp what he was trying to say. But are we heading towards that?
Sheila Gillette 57:14
You're already in it.
Alex Ferrari 57:16
We're getting there with AI and all of this.
Sheila Gillette 57:19
Yes.
Alex Ferrari 57:20
Is AI something we should be afraid of?
Sheila Gillette 57:22
No, it's only as good as the people that program it, and know that it's a useful tool, just like all your technology. As we spoke earlier, you get annoyed with the technology you have now when it's not working on your behalf properly, yes. AI will be the same. It's not perfect because who's the programmer? Many fear that AI itself would program. It's not going to do away with humans, and they're the ultimate, Ultimate technology, you see,
Alex Ferrari 58:06
And we're still trying to figure out our own technology.
Sheila Gillette 58:09
Correct.
Alex Ferrari 58:10
Are we the greatest reality show for the universe at this moment in time?
Sheila Gillette 58:15
We enjoy it.
Alex Ferrari 58:17
You, you're a subscriber. You Watch us, yes. From the point of view of, well, there's two things. From the point of view of others watching us from around the universe in the in this three dimensional, five dimensional, the material world. I assuming that we have um we're a pretty good show. But from your point of view, angelic, the other sides, other souls, watching what's going on right now. I got what? What is the feeling behind? Is there a feeling behind it? You know, how is it? How does it work for you guys?
Sheila Gillette 58:53
We're keen observers, but understand this: there's only love, and we see the evolution of consciousness that is being lived through you, by you, as you understand. We have no bodies. We know the human experience through you. In this keen observation, and here, as a window to your soul, in the sense of bringing forth the opportunity for you to see yourselves as we see you, in that solid state of unconditional love,
Alex Ferrari 59:38
Is it is it the equivalent of a parent looking at a child,
Sheila Gillette 59:41
Yes,
Alex Ferrari 59:42
And knowing what that child is capable of, but they don't believe it themselves,
Sheila Gillette 59:46
And have to live into it, to the awareness of that within themselves, yes.
Alex Ferrari 59:54
Theo, what is what does it look like for us in the next five to 10 years? Because so many people are. Fearful and afraid of where the world is going, and all of this, can you give us some insight to where we're going to be in the next 510, 20 years from now?
Sheila Gillette 1:00:09
Don't think about it. What we mean by that, you're not living. If you're worrying about that many years ahead, you're not in the present existence of your life, and worrying is praying for what you don't want. And if you're too far into the past in regret, you're not living the moment either. So, what is happening to you in the present? How far have you come? Look how you've grown. Embrace with gratitude and be proud of yourselves of the movement that is occurring. Know that you are creating the five years futuristically and the 10 years. You are the creator. So, what do you want in your five years or your 10 years? What do you envision for you? Yes, the world is evolving in a reflection of that.
Alex Ferrari 1:01:13
Can you explain to people the concept of our multiple timelines that we are living in that we can choose? I've been told that I can choose a timeline that is much more prosperous, prosperous, and and beautiful and energetic, as opposed to the more chaotic timelines. And I'm not talking about the multiverse or anything like that. I'm talking about just within this reality how I can choose to live. Because right now, as we sit, Sheila and I are in a room that's fairly safe. There's not bombs going off around us. We are living a very different reality than people in a war zone right now. How can we navigate those timeline shifts? Like, can you explain it in a way that we can understand?
Sheila Gillette 1:01:57
We all try.
Alex Ferrari 1:01:59
Thank you.
Sheila Gillette 1:02:00
So, it's all a matter of choice and beliefs. If you believe that you can be in that timeline of abundance that you are speaking about in a comfortable life, and you can let it in. You will have that. The resistance that is felt is a belief that you're not worthy of the life you'd like to live, or would love to live. And so you stay stuck or mired in those beliefs, and beliefs can be changed. The situation, circumstances, and conditions where those beliefs were created or adopted, out of the circumstance that one may feel victimized by, with the change of thought to perceive the gifts and blessings that has grown you to be the person you are today, rather than being the victim of circumstance. How's it grown you? Who are you today because of it? As you become familiar with the growth cycles, you begin to perceive that you can embrace opportunities and change and growth, and not fear them, and resistance is fear-based, isn't it? What if something bad will happen? Well, when you began and you lived in caves, that served a purpose, didn't it?
Sheila Gillette 1:03:45
Because if you came out the cave door entry, there could be a tiger there to eat you. Yes, that's not the case today, typically. But there's still that belief: something bad will happen. The tiger's there to eat me, and so what if something bad will happen has been prominent in thoughts. Instead of what if something good will happen, it's a change of perception, you see, a change of belief and thought of deservability that the good would happen for you, and you have the creative power to do so. So look for the evidence where you knew something great was going to happen. You didn't know how, but you just knew it, and you moved in the direction of that outcome, and it all worked out. You all have evidence in your life, large or small, that that's been true. Build that evidence. Trust that knowing,
Alex Ferrari 1:04:56
Theo. For someone who's watching this right now and is. Struggling with incorporating a lot of these ideas that you're speaking of right now, that conflict with their own programming that they have been dealt with, or the story that they have told themselves and agreed to as a structure for their own existence and reality. What advice do you have for them on how to deal with that conflict within them to figure out if like you're basically just deconstructing a story or a foundational belief system to open yourself up to a new one, and that's a very scary place to be for most people.
Sheila Gillette 1:05:32
Some will, and some won't.
Alex Ferrari 1:05:34
Okay,
Sheila Gillette 1:05:35
When things become intolerable enough, people change.
Alex Ferrari 1:05:40
Is that what we're doing right now in the world?
Sheila Gillette 1:05:42
Yes, individually and collectively, but also there are those that seek that and know there's something better, and are willing to change those beliefs to see there could be the better. However, the ones that stay in the victimized story, some may stay in that story for a lifetime, because they're getting much more out of being there than they feel they would by changing. The alternative of changing that belief system is far more frightening than being in it
Alex Ferrari 1:06:38
Until it gets unbearable.
Sheila Gillette 1:06:40
Until it's intolerable, yes, but some never think it's intolerable because of the benefits they feel they're getting from it.
Alex Ferrari 1:06:49
It's like being in a bad relationship.
Sheila Gillette 1:06:52
Yes,
Alex Ferrari 1:06:52
Better the devil you know than the devil you don't. Essentially,
Sheila Gillette 1:06:55
Familiar.
Alex Ferrari 1:06:57
Familiar, Theo. And finally, do you have any parting messages that the audience that's listening right now, no matter what time they're listening to this and what time of history, need to hear?
Sheila Gillette 1:07:10
If you could see yourselves as we see you, there would be no discontent, and you would move in the direction of this shift and change that is now to realize the unconditional love of self. It will change the trajectory of your lives.
Alex Ferrari 1:07:30
Before we go, Theo, one other question: How can we learn to love ourselves more?
Sheila Gillette 1:07:35
Knowing where the beliefs of not being lovable began in changing that belief, and you have the ability within and the power of that for the greater fears that have developed those belief systems-the fear of abandonment, shame. These beliefs can change and not hold power over you by understanding where they've come from and the willingness to see the gifts and blessings of the beliefs that have grown you and changing those with love.
Alex Ferrari 1:08:20
Theo, thank you so much for being here, and I appreciate everything that you've been doing with Sheila for the last 50 odd years.
Sheila Gillette 1:08:27
We are appreciative of the opportunity to serve.
Alex Ferrari 1:08:30
Thank you.
Sheila Gillette 1:08:31
God's love unto you. Good day.
Alex Ferrari 1:08:35
And she's back. How are you, little loopy still?
Sheila Gillette 1:08:40
Just for a minute,
Alex Ferrari 1:08:44
Just for a minute or so. We shouldn't have you drive heavy machinery at the moment. No, that was a powerful conversation. You remember, and for people who don't know, you remember kind of right.
Sheila Gillette 1:08:54
It's hazy, dreamlike. Yeah, I don't remember everything, but if if you would talk to me about it, would be like, oh, yeah, I remember, I know that.
Alex Ferrari 1:09:04
Yeah,
Sheila Gillette 1:09:05
It's more those little pieces click in.
Alex Ferrari 1:09:09
Yeah, I started off with the Jesus conversation.
Sheila Gillette 1:09:12
Oh yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:09:12
Yeah, it was a Jesus. I love like, oh yeah, what did I say? What did they say? I have to watch. I have to listen. No, it was about talking about Christ consciousness, the Christo consciousness, and what they were going through there, and how it mirrors what we're going through now. Obviously, in a very different capacity, but the seeds were there, and then they talked about the avatars and the masters who walked prior and what they're here to do, and all of that, and what's happening now is a mirror at a much larger scale.
Sheila Gillette 1:09:44
Oh yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:09:44
Much larger scale.
Sheila Gillette 1:09:46
Well, we can, you know, if we look at history, you know, we can see the repetition of all of that going on.
Alex Ferrari 1:09:56
From God, you just-I'm a history buff, so I love studying. Histories and and different figures, religious and military and civilizations and like Rome and all that stuff. I love studying all of that kind of stuff, and it's it's fascinating to watch the human drama unfold again and again in very very similar ways, very similar ways. But the funny thing is that throughout history, no matter what time they're in, they think they got to figure it out.
Sheila Gillette 1:10:26
Oh yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:10:26
And they think this will never end. The good times will always roll. Rome will never fall. Rome will never fall.
Sheila Gillette 1:10:35
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:10:35
And then then you start thinking like, well, the U.S. could never fall, right? I'm sure Russia thought that up until 1991. Up until 1991, you know, I'm not saying that the U.S. I think all the great empires, British Empire, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, all those empires they ran the world for a minute. All of them, they're not gone. They're just different now.
Sheila Gillette 1:11:06
They're very different,
Alex Ferrari 1:11:07
Very different. But they're still they're still powerful, and they can can be some of them still have a lot of power within them. But they're not what they were.
Sheila Gillette 1:11:16
But you know, really, the power is the people.
Alex Ferrari 1:11:20
Always is,
Sheila Gillette 1:11:22
And that's what we're bearing witness to: is the people not cowering to the leaders? They're saying no. We're not doing this anymore.
Alex Ferrari 1:11:32
But they're also, I think, more informed.
Sheila Gillette 1:11:36
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:11:37
Than we've ever been.
Sheila Gillette 1:11:37
Definitely,
Alex Ferrari 1:11:38
As a as a species, because not only are we more illiterate, but there's so much more. We have every piece of information at our disposal now.
Sheila Gillette 1:11:47
That's why so many people are trying to manipulate it.
Alex Ferrari 1:11:51
You read my mind. Yeah. Yeah. These algorithms who are throwing people down rabbit holes, echo chambers of they believe that this is what the world thinks. You know, if they watch a certain network, a network, or a news organization, whether what side you're watching, you think that's just the way everyone is, and everybody on the other side must be evil. It's not that case. That's not the way human. You know,
Sheila Gillette 1:12:14
Theo tells all of us that we have a truth barometer inside of us, and the critical thinking, the asking, "Is that true? is so necessary right now. Instead of to your word going down the rabbit hole, it's just saying, "Go on the inner. Your soul knows what truth is. We know. I, if I speak truth to you, I get a physical, visceral experience of that. Or if you speak truth to me, I get the same visceral feeling. I get a chill up my spine, or my the hair on my arm stands up. But you know, goosebumps, as people say. We call them God bumps, but we got-that's true. We all have that. It's been proven over our lifetimes.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:12
Have you ever done the muscle test for truth and and and a lie? It's fascinating. You put your arm out.
Sheila Gillette 1:13:19
Yeah.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:20
You say the truth will stand strong. If you lie, you can push it down with one finger. I've done that multiple times.
Sheila Gillette 1:13:27
Well, your body, your body is your receiver. Your body knows, and it's the same thing. Your body will tell you.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:34
Yeah, it's almost like anything. Like when you meet somebody, and if you're in tuned, if they're lying to you, you can go.
Sheila Gillette 1:13:42
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:13:42
You feel something's off. You can say you can just sense it, but
Sheila Gillette 1:13:48
But somehow we've lost that critical thinking, that critical feeling, and just give our power away to somebody else's opinion. And I think that's what's going to be changing now because it's gotten so crazy.
Alex Ferrari 1:14:02
I'm really curious to see what 50 years from now, what that generation is going to look back on this one, and like you know, my generation has no proof that of anything we did in the 80s and the 90s. There is no internet. There is barely any photos. Your generation, even worse, like less than anything. So, but this generation, everything is out there. Everything is being filmed, all of it, all the time, and it's posted for public consumption. So I'm curious what the future will think of this time period, and what that generate when that generation, when the generation, the kids today are your age, and they're looking back, and their grandkids are looking at them partying, and doing all that kind of stuff, and being a fool or doing a TikTok dance, or and they'll go, "Why did you do that?
Sheila Gillette 1:14:59
Well. The same thing with what did you do to to help change things? You know, my husband
Alex Ferrari 1:15:08
Because that TikTok dance didn't help.
Sheila Gillette 1:15:10
No, no, but you know, to your point of going down rabbit holes and and believing things in conspiratorial ways, and you know when all this chaos was happening, grandchildren going. Well, where were you? What did you do? I mean, because they'll ask.
Alex Ferrari 1:15:31
Oh, my kids already asked. Like, and when certain things happened, and like, were you there at 911? Like, what were you doing? And during oh yeah, all that kind of. Yeah, they asked because you were alive back then, you know, and you're like, "Oh yeah, I was I was doing this or I was doing that. And like when the Challenger, you know, because of all the spaceship that just went to the moon and everything, where were you when the Challenger? I'm like, "I was in sixth grade. I was in the library, and
Sheila Gillette 1:15:55
I was in front of the TV watching it. It was horrific.
Alex Ferrari 1:15:58
Yeah, and I was in sixth grade. I'll never forget it. I was rolled into the library, sixth grade.
Sheila Gillette 1:16:02
It's those things, you those monumental things. I mean, I remember when John Kennedy was shot. I saw it on TV.
Alex Ferrari 1:16:09
I remember where I was when Diana died. That was another cultural moment. The entire world stopped.
Sheila Gillette 1:16:15
So those big historical things we have records of that we, I mean, we only had stories of
Alex Ferrari 1:16:24
Of Christ and Alexander the Great and Genghis Khan and stuff.
Sheila Gillette 1:16:28
Yeah, but to your point, now everything's recorded.
Alex Ferrari 1:16:31
Yeah, we. I mean, Kennedy. We saw there's obviously footage of that. Yeah, you know.
Sheila Gillette 1:16:36
Yeah, and that began back then.
Alex Ferrari 1:16:38
Really? Yeah. Yeah,
Sheila Gillette 1:16:39
In its infancy,
Alex Ferrari 1:16:41
It started to, yeah. It started to. It's yeah. It's it's it's pretty fascinating this whole journey. But you said something about conspiracy theories, which I find fascinating. Is that you know, I as a storyteller, I like a good conspiracy theory. I think they're fantastic, like wonderful to like watch and listen to and think about. But the crazy thing is, a lot of things that were conspiracy theories have become true and have come out, which is like wow. I in all
Sheila Gillette 1:17:11
That's where the truth barometer is important,
Alex Ferrari 1:17:14
Right! Because you like yeah, you can't now automatic. Well, not all conspiracy theories. I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. But there are things that were talked about. They're like, oh yeah, this or that, and you know, I won't say the names, but there's things that have been going on in the news that, like, I can't believe that that's really it was true.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:33
Well, I had that my own experience with Watergate,
Alex Ferrari 1:17:36
Right! Perfect example.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:38
You know, if I told people about that,
Alex Ferrari 1:17:40
You would have been locked up.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:41
That yeah, but if I'd done it now, would become a conspiratorial.
Alex Ferrari 1:17:46
Oh yeah, you would have a YouTube channel.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:50
Yeah, but you know, it it was true.
Alex Ferrari 1:17:53
Yeah, it's pretty fascinating.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:55
But it was inconceivable
Alex Ferrari 1:17:57
Back then.
Sheila Gillette 1:17:58
In my mind, you know, I was young. I was I was in my 20s, and it was, you know, no, the president wouldn't do that. You know, I just was naive. Also,
Alex Ferrari 1:18:13
Listen when I when I started this show, and Connie, my spiritual teacher, told me what was. She told me this. She told me you you would have millions of people who are waiting and watching you, and I'm like you're out of your. I couldn't grasp grasp it, and now I sit here, and I'm like wow that. But I understand that because that's not Watergate, but within my own life.
Sheila Gillette 1:18:37
Well, with Theo telling me that I'd be here. You were like, get out of here. Who? Who? What? Alex Ferrari? Are you sure?
Alex Ferrari 1:18:49
I don't think he said my name, but I get that. Like on this date and this time, this is when you're going to meet him. He's going to have this thing. It wasn't that, but you said in general, yeah, you would be doing this. So people understand that Theo's like going. You're going to go on this show on this date and this time. That's not the way Theo works.
Sheila Gillette 1:19:05
I was joking.
Alex Ferrari 1:19:07
I know. No, but some people will take it seriously.
Sheila Gillette 1:19:11
I know they will. I know them. You know, everybody thinks Theo's so serious. I've always thought they were really funny because it's a dry humor.
Alex Ferrari 1:19:19
They're British,
Sheila Gillette 1:19:22
But you know what they told us and our team one day when we were asking them, could you lighten it up a little bit? You know,
Alex Ferrari 1:19:33
Pretty intense.
Sheila Gillette 1:19:34
And they said we're working on our humor, and so now sometimes they'll go, they'll make a statement and they'll go, "That was humorous.
Alex Ferrari 1:19:48
It's like it just takes me back to that scene in Borat when he's going to the comedy teacher to teach him what comedy is. If you're trying to teach what comedy is. Probably are not funny. You can learn techniques. You can learn a couple things, but structure of a joke, things like that. But funny comes.
Sheila Gillette 1:20:08
I know. They're getting better at it.
Alex Ferrari 1:20:11
No, I find them interesting. They have a. They when I speak to them, and and we'll talk about what we we've been doing the last days while you've been here. I've been speaking a lot to Theo lately, and I find that they they have this underlining energy to them. There is a humor to it, but you've got to be really fine too. You got to listen to it very carefully. But like even in our conversation with them in this episode today, they they just are. There's a. There was a slight not snark, but there was a nice little lovely lightning. I was like, well, yes, I know that. Yeah, that energy there. So it's not so stoic as as they were.
Sheila Gillette 1:20:55
Marcus asked them one time. Well, how do you say us? What do you think of us? Do you do you? Yeah, and they. say we think you're very humorous or something like that. They they they view us like, ah, here they go again.
Alex Ferrari 1:21:11
Well, we were joking earlier, and and I asked I asked Theo about what is the universe. We like the best reality show in the universe, and they're like, "Yes, we we are great observers of yours. And then I joked, and like I didn't say then, but we spoke about it too. It's like, "Well, yeah, with the Real Housewives of Earth, we're the most dramatic show on the in the universe at the moment, and everyone we're top rated. I mean, every everybody's watching us.
Sheila Gillette 1:21:38
But who's watching?
Alex Ferrari 1:21:40
Ah, that's the question, but that's for another show, another time.
Sheila Gillette 1:21:44
Maybe that's a Bashar.
Alex Ferrari 1:21:47
That is a definitely a Daryl Bashar question is to ask that because he will definitely answer no question. So you've been here for a few days now with us, and we've been working on this amazing mastery course together called the Awakening Code, where Theo is the basically Theo is the teacher. I mean, you come in and you give some of your insights, but Theo just comes in and really organized way to discuss what is happening, how we can incorporate into our lives, explaining different things about awakening, about this fifth dimension that he's been talking, they've been talking about for years. Can you talk a little bit about the course from your perspective and what we've been doing together, and how important it truly is right now for people?
Sheila Gillette 1:22:34
You know, it's we all want to know how to. How do we make these changes? And Theo kind of lays it out how we individually can apply their teachings, can apply the process, if you would, to to make our own changes, because as they have told us, that the chaos in the world is only a reflection of the chaos within us. That if we come into that soul centeredness, a centered in soulness, that we'll have peace on the planet, peace within, peace without. So they give us a how to.
Alex Ferrari 1:23:20
It is very powerful.
Sheila Gillette 1:23:22
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:23:22
It's very very powerful. And being in the room with that much Theo for that long was draining for me.
Sheila Gillette 1:23:31
Got hot, didn't it?
Alex Ferrari 1:23:34
It got well. We're in Texas, so there's that. But but generally, though, it was. I have not been with Theo. I've never sat in a room with Theo for eight hours, and he's channeling. Are they channeling most of the time? You're just like, yeah, whatever. You know, you're good because you've been doing this for a minute. But I started to get towards the end. I was just like, why am I so tired?
Sheila Gillette 1:23:55
I know that you know when we do our our teachings and our mentorships, and we'll do a two-day or three-day retreat.
Alex Ferrari 1:24:04
People are just wiped;
Sheila Gillette 1:24:06
They're fried, but they don't realize it till the end. Right? You know, like the end of the day, it's like,
Alex Ferrari 1:24:12
God, I'm exhausted. Why am I so tired?
Sheila Gillette 1:24:14
Self-care, but because you're taking in not the energy, but you're also learning, and your mind is working the whole time.
Alex Ferrari 1:24:24
You're burning a lot of calories.
Sheila Gillette 1:24:25
Ah, it's a good workout. Yeah, it's a good workout. But but people, it's so settled. People don't realize it. It's a child of a sudden it hits you.
Alex Ferrari 1:24:33
It's that's also so. In this course, though, in this mastery course, this is not just information. It's a transmission of energy.
Sheila Gillette 1:24:40
Yes, that comes that comes through.
Alex Ferrari 1:24:43
People have felt it. I felt it on certain episodes of shows, like even on Zoom. I felt transmissions hitting me, and you could just see me literally just like. And then the second they stop, I like, what the hell is happening? So it does happen through technology.
Sheila Gillette 1:25:00
Oh, absolutely! We do, you know, most of our teaching. I would say probably 99% on Zoom because it's global. We have a global community,
Alex Ferrari 1:25:11
And they feel it,
Sheila Gillette 1:25:12
And they absolutely feel it.
Alex Ferrari 1:25:15
And we also put together as a nice little treat for everybody a free masterclass called the New Human Blueprint that talks a lot about what we discussed and what we teach in. When I say we, you teach and Theo teach in in the in the Awakening Code as well. If people want to check that out, it's in the link below. There should be a link coming up on the screen right now, but there's also a link in the description below as well, if you guys want to check that out, and it's wonderful. That was a wonderful experience doing that masterclass with you and Theo's in there as well, dropping knowledge bombs left and right.
Sheila Gillette 1:25:53
Yeah, now, that's what we're here to do, right?
Alex Ferrari 1:25:55
So I'm going to ask you a couple questions before we leave, Sheila. What gives you genuine hope about where humanity is heading,
Sheila Gillette 1:26:02
Seeing the changes that everybody's making, you know, just bearing witness to the opening that people are having. It's just such evidence of what I was told, and where we're going, and it's it's an amazing experience of change, and that we're all a part of. And I just, like I say, I'm really optimistic about where we're going. And if we can just be present in the moments of this experience, we can get exhilarated by it. I think that when we get into fear, we get into the future too far. That what if something bad's going to happen? Well, we're creating that if we keep that thought. And so, it's I try to stay in the mindset of something great's happening right now, and look for that. I do. I look for that.

Where can people find out more about you and the amazing work you're doing?
Sheila Gillette 1:27:11
They can go to asktheo.com. We have everything there.
Alex Ferrari 1:27:15
Yeah, you have some amazing courses and programs and everything.
Sheila Gillette 1:27:19
We also, if if people go there and they sign up to our mail list, we have a gift for them. We have a Theo guided meditation that they will enjoy, and they're very powerful. We do guided meditations with Theo, and they're very specific to the topic of the meditation and the words that they use, and it just changes you profoundly.
Alex Ferrari 1:27:48
That's beautiful. And finally, last question: If someone is listening right now and is feeling lost, what would Theo say to them?
Sheila Gillette 1:27:56
Feeling lost is just a sense of not feeling your own power. So it's not the adult that's lost. It's a little aspect of the self that has that feeling of not being seen, heard, or loved. Who is that inside of you that the adult can love, let them know that they're loved, desired, and they're not alone. That you, the adult, is there with them, and you're doing life together.
