Who Is Rev. Devi Grace?
Devi begins by placing herself in a category. She says she fits what PMH Atwater refers to as childhood near-death experiences. Her biological age at the time was four, she explains, but she describes her consciousness as “extremely ancient.” She says she has had the life experience of a shamanic grandmother, with something like 88 years of wisdom, from a very young age.
She says she was eager to be of service, and started very early. She describes being born into a family line with many issues of separation, duality and polarity.
The Assignment She Describes
Devi uses story language to explain her role. She says people have called her a female Frodo. In her first near-death experience, she says, she was carrying a kind of ring of power, and the journey was like returning it to the fires of Mount Doom.
She says misuses of power are what keep the human race in a state of separation. Her assignment, she says, across all of her near-death experiences and what she calls walk-ins, is a divine plan, or “the rebalance of power on the planet.” She believes that rebalance comes through two frequencies: the manifestation of Divine Love and the manifestation of Divine Grace.
A lot of people think love is enough, she says. And love, she says, is the most potent force in creation. But “love is made possible through the laws of grace,” and ascension only grounds on the planet through full soul embodiment, in the body, at the cellular level.
A Hard Beginning
Devi is clear that the deaths were difficult ones. She says each time she died it was not fun. She says she showed up as a demonstration that miracles are real. She jokes that she is a “special agent” and a holy warrior, something like a female Moses.
At age four, she says, she was inside what she describes as an ancient ritual, one whose aim was to claim the life of a child. She says her air supply was cut off. She says she died as many other children do not survive. The one difference, she says, is that she was to be surgically brought back to life, to show that miracles are real and that humanity has not been abandoned by divine intervention.

Ancestral Wounds in Her Telling
Devi says she does not see this as her own karma. She describes an ancestral imprint, a core wound that her family line had carried for many generations. Many children in the line had been subjected to such torments, she says, and many did not make it. At age four she was an echo of what had already happened in the ancestral catalog.
When a challenge keeps repeating, she says, it becomes entrenched in the DNA, the cellular memory. She says she was recruited to dissolve that recapitulation, a word she links to Toltec shamanism, and she calls the work the neutralization of child sacrifice on the planet. She adds that every human is innocent and that a family system would not harm itself, which is not our true nature.
A Dragon Inside the Ritual
She says her shamanic gifts awakened in the middle of it. Her higher levels of consciousness, she says, reminded her that this was a temporary gift she was making. It was not her karma and not her lesson.

Stargates and the Ancestral Council
On the other side of the veil, Devi says, she was escorted through beautiful wormholes and stargates and through a universal tree of life. She was taken into an ancestral council with luminous, radiant beings of divine, benevolent intelligence.
“So how’s it going on planet Earth?” they asked. Her reply, she says: “little rough down there.” She was asked to give a deposition, or translation, about what was going on between male and female energy on the planet.
From the council’s perspective, she says, the cause of her death was the imbalance of power between the masculine and feminine principles across the whole planet: the Divine Feminine took a hit and the divine masculine took a hit. It showed up as the loss of the Divine Father principle and the Divine Mother principle in the family system.

Five Walk-Ins and the Divine Marriage
Council meeting after council meeting, Devi says, they deliberated until they reached the core of where the male and female energies got off balance. Then it was agreed: this could not be done all at once. It would be too much for one human body. So they scheduled five walk-ins, five upgrades, through which she would bring in “this antidote to the poison, the poison of separation.”
The antidote, she says, is the divine marriage. She is quick to say it is not a romantic idea. It is the union of the highest frequency of the divine feminine, which she describes as a magnetic charge, and the highest frequency of the divine masculine, an electric charge: a quantum unified electromagnetic field that she says opens multi dimensional plasma. A Jedi Council
Devi says that after the experience, souls have found her. They say: “Hey, I incarnated because of you and that council meeting.” She says they were not even born yet when the council met. She just giggles, she says, and tells them to co-create.
She says she re-entered not just as a human female but with a group of unborn recruits, to build what she calls a Jedi Council. She describes Jedi lineage as a divine warrior who stands up for love, not power over others. She says she cannot use her abilities to enforce her will on another. She can only use them humbly, in service, and in line with the highest good of all life.
Coming Back With Future Memory
Devi says she was an anomaly. She did not fit in. People said she was different, and she says, “she’s not from here.” When she came back she had knowledge of the future, which she calls future memory, and the database of the Council of Elders. The Second Near-Death Experience
About six years later, she says, came a second experience. She compares it to going back to headquarters, like Navy SEALs or Army Rangers, for a field assessment, because the violence had not stopped. The question was the status of the initiative.
She was told she was receiving the energy of the Divine Mother, which she names with the Gayatri frequency, but that her body was not letting in the Divine Father frequency. So she was taken through more stargates, beyond the ancestral realms and into pure creation fields responsible for the oversight of the entire galaxy.
There, she says, the councils held an infinite curiosity. They realized, she says, that it was already done, because they had run millions of timelines. What was needed was the right ingredient. They scanned all the lineages on the planet for the highest frequency of the divine masculine and found Excalibur. Tell me what your life was like before you died.

Well, I fit into the category that PMH Atwater refers to as childhood near death experiences. So you were talking about the wild stallion that you are. So my consciousness was very much eager to be of service, and got started very, very early. I've had the life experience right of a shamanic grandmother, probably about, you know, like 88 years of wisdom. So I incarnated into a family line that had many, many issues of separation and duality and polarity. And so when I died in that near death experience at age four, technically, my biological age is four years old, my consciousness, though, is extremely ancient, ancient, ancient. And so when my life was temporarily forfeited, right, I played the part of like a Frodo. So they call me like a female Frodo. Was wearing that ring of power around my neck, and in that first near death experience, it was like, you know, Frodo booking to, you know, the fires of Mount Doom to return that ring of power. Basically, human and sex trafficking is just the abuse of power and what keeps the human race and separation consciousness are misuses of power. So my assignment, right, for all of my near death experiences and all of my walk ins is just there is a divine plan, or the rebalance of power on the planet. That rebalance of power is through two frequencies, which is the manifestation of Divine Love and the manifestation of Divine Grace. And a lot of people think that love is enough. Well, yeah, love is the most potent and powerful force and all of creation. What I got to experience through all of my deaths, right and upgrades, is embodied. Love is made possible through the laws of grace. So all the avatars will say, Yes, love is real. However, how much do we embody, right, on a biological, cellular level, that love frequency ascension isn't actually going to ground on the planet until it happens through full soul embodiment. And therefore, you could say, each time that I died, which were really difficult, deaths, not fun. So I showed up as the proof that miracles are real. So we're going to bring in some really gifted frequencies, multi dimensional love and multi dimensional grace. And, you know, I'm Special Agent, you know, Reverend Debbie grace. I'm really a holy warrior. And I went, you know, set my people free, kind of like a female Moses. You can't bring through that assistance though without going through the experience. So I I died all the ways that all these other kids die and don't make it. The one caveat was that I was going to be surgically right, brought back to life to prove that miracles are real and that the human race hasn't been abandoned by that level of divine intervention. You know, my air supply was was cut off. I was inside of what you would call an ancient ritual, and that focus of that ritual is to claim the life of the child so that you can take all the life force. You know, a lot of these issues have been repeating their cycles. So an ancestral imprint means that that family has had that core wound for many, many generations. So it wasn't ancestral karma. So many kids in this family line had been subjected to those torments, so to speak. And it was just kind of like on a guinea pig repeat mode. So it wasn't about, you know, what were my experiences of death at age four? It's like, if you look at all of the generations that came before me, there's a lot of people that didn't make it. I wasn't the first murder in my family line, there had been family murders in the collateral damage of multiple generations of just examples of the breakdown of where we lost safety, right in the family unit. And for those of you that realize ancestral wounds when there is a reoccurring challenge, then it gets entrenched in the DNA or the cellular memory. So I was just an echo at age four of what had already happened in the ancestral catalog, many, many, many generations ago. So the children that are born or innocent, and there's all of these unfinished issues, and the family and a lot of them are very unpleasant, which is why I was recruited. I was recruited to dissolve that recapitulation, as they say in Toltec shamanism. Now, Oracle girl, basically. Called it the neutralization of child sacrifice on the planet. And so it's a frequency. It's an abuse frequency. So I found out my shamanic gifts. And so it's like my other levels of consciousness, which are really, really high level avatars, are like, this is just a temporary gift that she's making. It's not my karma, it's not my lesson. So I shape shifted into like this dragon inside of that death ritual and reactivated through a kundalini awakening inside of the death cycle this, we call it the butterfly medicine and shamanism of Transfiguration, and so on the other side of the veil, after crossing over, I get escorted, you know, through all of these beautiful, you know, wormholes and like stargates, through this universal tree of life. So what's going on with the male and female energy for that species. Now, what are we dealing with now that we sent you in, you know what's going on? Because, from their perspective, the cause of death was the imbalance of power between the masculine and feminine principles on the whole planet, the core wound of the species, of where the Divine Feminine took a hit, and where the divine masculine took a hit, and then it showed up in the loss of the Divine Father principle in the family system and the loss of the Divine Mother principle in the family system. So all humans are innocent, a family system wouldn't harm itself. That's not our true nature. So we have to look at so where did this actually come from? So I'm there in council with millions of ancestors, and they're all studying the problem, what is the true cause of her death? Because I was sent in in the pre birth planning councils to find the solution, and therefore I was granted all of the assistance, even before I was born, or granted all of the assistance before I died, to bring in the solution to the problem. Therefore, I could really use my power of clarity, like you sent me, and to fix this thing. So let's roll up our sleeves and let's get going. And so we stayed in what you would call deliberations of council meeting after council meeting until we got to the core nugget of where the male and female energies got off balance. And then it was agreed, all right, well, we can't do this all at once. So here's the comedy. So we're going to schedule five walk ins, because it would be too much for a human body to bring this solution in all at one go. So we had the strategy of like, so we're going to do this in five upgrades, and eventually you're going to bring in this antidote to the poison, the poison of separation. The antidote is the divine marriage. However, it may sound funny. It's not like a romanticized notion of the Divine marriage. This is the highest frequency of the divine feminine, which is a magnetic charge, and the highest frequency of the divine masculine, which is an electric charge. And the sacred marriage of the union of a quantum unified electromagnetic field that opens up multi dimensional plasma. And you're going to start downloading right a quantum unified field into your physical human body, which vibrates at the frequency of source code. Souls have incarnated on the planet after my near death experience, feel quantum timelines like, Hey, I know you. You were in council meeting. I wasn't going to incarnate, but because of you, we knew we needed to bring in those other recruits. They weren't even born yet. So they find me on this planet, right? And they're like, Hey, I incarnated because of you and that council meeting. And I just giggle. And I go like, Well, hey, you know you got this amazing gift, so you're here. So let's co create. So it's really this cooperative investment in this epic like collaboration of consciousness, that as I re entered, I didn't just re enter as a human female. I re entered with all of these recruits, of all of these unborn kids that weren't even conceived yet, to come together and build a real Jedi Council. So I am actually Jedi lineage. It's a divine warrior that stands up for the principle of love. It's not power over it's like a Keto right or the benevolent samurai. I cannot use my power right to enforce my will upon another. I can only use my Jedi abilities in order to literally. Humbly be of service to that which honors and upholds the Jedi Code, which is the highest and best food for all life and living with magical gifts. Yes, I was an anomaly. Like I didn't fit in. It was like, she's different. Well, yeah, she's not from here. So there's one more translation that I can share that will assist this to land. So when I came back, I had all of this knowledge from the future now I have future memory, which is a very advanced skill set, and so it made me, you know, ancient, wise beyond my years. Therefore I wasn't a four year old, and I had future memory, and I had the database of the Council of Elders. So I'm walking around this kind of like, you know, a star child. It's not from here. So I brought back when I died, and came back all of these huge frequencies of light, and that's what started healing the damaged DNA. So then the second near death experience is kind of like, you know, when you you go back to headquarters, you know, like the Navy SEALs or the Army Rangers, right, the elite special forces, that was like, intake of like, okay, so what's the status of our initiative? Because the violence hadn't stopped six years later. You know, where are we at, like, field assessment. And so basically, they're like, Well, okay, so you're receiving the energy of the Divine Mother pretty well, which is the Gayatri frequency. Well, that's great, but your body's not really letting in the Divine Father frequency. They took me through even more mysterious stargates, and then we transcended the level of what you would call the ancestral realms. And then we went up into pure creation fields, which are responsible right for oversight of our entire galaxy. And so we just, you know, up level like, Okay, we're going to look at this situation now. Thank you, ancestors, moving on. And then we moved into this inquiry, because all pure hypothesis is right? Are you going to miraculously rebalance the power on a whole planet? Kind of large initiative? So these creation councils stayed with that infinite curiosity of like, so what do we need now we realize it's already done, because we've already run millions of timelines. So what is the ingredient that's necessary right here, right now, to accomplish this future success? And then it was like, Okay, we got to bring through the frequency of the Divine Father. They scanned all the lineages on the planet. They said, so what is the highest frequency of the Divine Masculine is Excalibur? So we went straight into the Avalon lineages, Excalibur and the Holy Grail and Cosmic Christ consciousness, the divine masculine, like cosmic Christos. Then I get sent back in right with that frequency, which in Sanskrit is called the divine union and the Divine Mother, frequency of the first near death experience. Technically went through this alchemical ceremony with the Divine Father frequency, just basically bringing in Excalibur and the Holy Grail into my dead body, just to keep the mission on track, if you can embody right, if you can raise your vibratory frequency on that river to actually bring down an archetype that huge into a human body to keep things on track, the joy of the embodied soul, getting to live the truth of my soul through my human body, the integration of Heaven on Earth, that's where I get my greatest joy, the greatest pleasure on my soul's embodied divine path and Plan, never underestimate the power of your love to completely transform the trajectory of an entire timeline.
