A Child With Few Memories
When Alex asks about her life before she died, Nicola answers honestly. She was five, so there was not much time beforehand. She says she really does not have much recollection of her early childhood, and when she speaks with other people about what they remember at that age, she realizes she has no memory of any of it. She finds that very interesting.
The Beach in England
The story begins at the beach. Her family would always go to the beach in England, and sometimes there were big molds in the sand, as she describes them, with little gaps in between. You would jump off one side into the puddle and then across to the other.
She decided to go one way. This way, she says, it was very, very deep, and she was a very small child. “I was brought back to life again on the beach by a young guy that resuscitated me.” She remembers opening her eyes and seeing a big group of people around her, wondering what had gone on.
Sparks of Information
Nicola is candid that her near-death experience did not hold much remembrance. In her words, it “didn’t really sort of hold an awful lot of remembrance with it.” But she says she gets sparks of information that keep coming back the more she moves on with her journey. The experience came in and out, with little entwinements she is now starting to understand.

In Her Belief: A Starseed Consciousness
Here Nicola moves from what she remembers to what she believes. She explains that in her understanding, a child may come into an embodied state, born with a physical body, and then there may be a kind of intervention. A starseed, a galactic being, embraces that incarnation and moves in, transferring the consciousness into being a starseed on the planet. Some starseeds, she says, are not born through the birth canal. They jump in at different phases.
In her belief system, that is when her download of data of her galactic self came in. She describes aligning with aspects of herself that she calls multi-dimensional, which sit in the higher realms of understanding and in different dimensional time and space. She says we align with who we are through our DNA structure, and through opening ourselves to the next level of evolution of humanity.

A Life Trauma at Forty
The downloads came, she says, through her awakening. At about age 40, she had a big life trauma. She calls this the wonderful dark night of the soul, when things start to feel really strange. Then came meditation, and the journey encroached on an awareness of energy healing and Reiki.
She began receiving what she calls upgrades of intelligence, during and near her sleep state and in meditations. The information, she says, arrives as encoded cryptic messages, through sight, sound or verbal data downloads. That inner light wisdom started to come online. Her mediumship and psychic abilities followed, and then the next level came in.

Information Drip-Fed
Nicola explains that once she reached a level of understanding, she had to push through the next level of her healing and go deeper into herself to create space. In that space, she was allowed to download more. Another aspect of herself came in, and she remembered a lot more.
She stresses that it is slowly drip-fed, “so it’s not like a big bombardment of information.” She puts information together without having prior knowledge of it, and without studying a particular religious context or guru material through books and videos. It just comes in, and then she knows. She says that means she can “understand it through experience rather than knowledge of mind.”
She describes her soul’s journey as the brightest of light descending into physical form through galactic lineages, with a star seed system as her primary focus of origin. That, she says, is her go-to inner guidance, and it came in at the near-death experience and has grown since.
She also reminds listeners that this is multidimensional. Starseeds, she says, are not plugged into just one family such as the Pleiadians. Many can connect to a multitude of galactic families, and she is glad more people are coming online.
Feeling Like She Was Going Crazy
Nicola is frank about the early days. The very beginning of her journey, when she felt she was going crazy, was a profound moment in her life, and her family felt it too. They thought they would have to cart her off to the loony bin, she says.
She was meditating four or five hours at the bottom of the garden, wanting everybody to be very quiet. She began to feel spirit coming in from the side, to get visitations from ghosts and dark shadow beings, and to hear downloads. She thought she was going completely bonkers.
The ego, she says, is what restricts us. It tries to fit in and be part of the herd, to be normal. In her words, “it keeps us anchored into being human.” She says the ascension is about, “after all, the upgrade of human,” and the ego treats change as a fight or flight matter, trying to keep us safe. As downloads become a normal process, she says, the ego settles.
An Angelic Presence and Reiki Codes
She remembers the first time she sat in a big group meditation and felt a being behind her, a massive angelic being. At every meditation circle she cried, always releasing to make space. She asked herself whether she could be sure. Then others in the circle spoke of feeling it, and she thought, well, if they are feeling it, and I felt it because I experienced it, then whoa.
When she took her Reiki courses, levels one and two, her hands started moving about like crazy. She thought it was a little weird. Codes began to formulate. Alongside the familiar Reiki symbols, she says, as she healed others she started coding over the top. Then little fairies came and sat on her shoulder, which she thought was really crazy. She saw visions of big dragons entering her healing room. She asked herself whether she would push through, or shut it down.

Remembering Who You Are
As humans move through their journey of self-awareness, Nicola says, a seed within begins to spark, the starseed, from the DNA structure of the makeup of physicality. That spark ignites the inner light wisdom, and that is the growth of humanity. She calls this the ascension journey. We are starting to remember who we are far more from the mind perspective through two eyes and five senses, and moving deeper into the question of who I am.
Her advice is brief. Be open to receive the next level, and grow into it within your soul’s journey. Her wish for you: “Just keep pushing through.” And: “Just keep remembering who you are.”

Tell me what your life was like before you died.

When I was five, so there was not much time beforehand. And to be absolutely honest with you, I really don't have much recollection of my early childhood. And most people maybe would say, well, maybe you don't get an awful lot of time previous to that. But it really is, you know, when I sort of speak to other people about when they remember as a child at this age, at this age, and I'm thinking, I don't have any recollection of any of it, which is really very interesting. It was at the beach actually, so I went with my family. Would always go to the beach in England, but at the beaches in England, sometimes they would have sort of quite sort of big sort of molds that would go down. I don't know what they're called, but and then there was these sort of like little gaps in between that you would jump off one side into the puddle and then to the other. And I decided to go this way, and with jumping this way, it was very very deep, and I was a very sort of small child, and it was very, very deep water. And I was brought back to life again on the beach by a young guy that resuscitated me. And I just remember sort of opening my eyes and seeing a big group of people around me wondering what would what went on. So my near death experience didn't really sort of hold an awful lot of remembrance with it, but I get sort of sparks of information that keeps coming back the more that I move on with my journey. So the near-death experience sort of came in and out, but there's different little sort of little entwinements within it with what I'm sort of starting to understand in this now moment, with what actually goes on with these sort of integrations of might we call sort of star seeds and light workers, so we put these little labels on ourselves, and what happens sometimes, what happens is, in my understanding of it, is that a child may come in into the embodied state, so birthed with a physical body, and then there may be a bit of an intervention with a star seed, a galactic being that would then embrace and move into that incarnation and transfer the consciousness into being a star seed upon the planet. So some star seeds aren't actually birthed through the birthing canal; they come in and jump in at different phases. And in my belief system, is that's when my download of data of galactic self came in. So the main thing is the alliance with the aspects of myself, which I would call a multi-dimensional aspect, and these aspects sit in the in the higher realms of understanding. So we could sort of perceive them to be in different dimensional time and space. And with those aspects of ourselves, we we align to who we are through our structure of our DNA and the availability to open ourselves up into the next level of evolution of humanity. So the availability to download the data has been experienced through the time of my awakening. So if you could imagine, then at the age of about 40, I had a big sort of life trauma. So we we go into that wonderful dark night of the soul when things start to like this is this feels really strange. And then you start then into the meditation and the journey sort of encroached into sort of awareness of energy healing, Reiki healing, things like that. And then gradually, I was getting these upgrades of intelligence coming in during and near to my sleep state and meditations, and the information that's sort of coming in is all coming in from encoded cryptic messages, whether it comes in from sight or through sound or through verbal hearing data downloads. We get downloads of data. Now, with that, all of this information starts to then sort of increase and ignite that inner light wisdom within me to then start to come online to those multi-dimensional aspects. So, from the very beginning of that stage of the the seeding of the light seed, and then the DNA structure with my lineage enabled me to sort of tap into my mediumship and my psychic abilities, and then slowly the next level came in. The next level came in.

The next level came in, where I started to sort of download. And once I reached a level of understanding, I had to push through the next level of my healing, and then go deeper into myself to create space. And within that space, I was then allowed to allowed to download more information about myself. So another aspect of myself came in, and then that enabled me to then remember an awful lot of stuff, which is slowly. Being drip-fed to me, so it's not like a big bombardment of information, but it's me putting information together without me having prior knowledge of it or studying any particular sort of religious context or you know sort of guru information that might come in through books and and and watching video content, it just sort of comes in, and then all of a sudden, I just know, and I'm like, oh, okay. So it's that gradual process of this is sort of starting to increase, which is fabulous because then you you understand it through experience rather than knowledge of mind. So my soul's journey was sort of has a incremental sort of if you could imagine this the brightest of light and and then the the descension into a physical form through galactic lineages. So the Palladian aspect of myself was downloaded from a star seed system. So that's my primary focus of origin. So, will we say, "Oh, where do we come from? Where's my star seed origin from? We have a primary focus of descent. So, that is my go-to inner guidance, and so that came in at the near-death experience and has increased as I've gone through different phases of the evolution of understanding and healing myself, and then different aspects of myself coming. So we're looking at a multidimensionality here, rather than just sort of thinking, "Oh, I'm just plugged into Pleiadians and that's it. There are many star seeds on the planet that are able to connect to a multitude of star seed galactic families. So, which is really exciting that more and more people are starting to come online, so we can hold more intelligence within us to be that pure conduit of light, and then we can then shift humanity, the collective field, to assist more and more people to awaken, which is another part of my journey. So it's terribly exciting to slowly uncover who am I? Honestly, the the very beginning of my journey when I started feeling that I was going crazy was quite a profound moment in my life, and my family really felt it as well. They thought I was going. I was going to cart me off to the loony bin, you know. And really was. It was the ego. It was the ego that always restricts us. It's the the understanding of trying to fit in, you know, and trying to be part of the the herd mentality to you know sort of to be normal. And when you start then meditating sort of four five hours at the bottom of the garden and wanting everybody to be very quiet, and then starting getting this information and starting feeling spirit coming in from the side and getting visitations from sort of ghosts and dark shadow beings and you know all that goes with it and then these downloads and hearing comes in and you're like oh my god I'm going completely bonkers and it really is quite crazy but the ego-what it does is it keeps us anchored into being human. And the ascension is about, after all, the upgrade of human. And that aspect of ourselves needs needs to consider it from an ego perspective, or it's fight or flight. So you know, it's trying to keep us safe here. So we must sort of look through the ego into a high perspective, but as soon as you start getting information that starts to be downloaded into your field, and it starts becoming a normal process, then the ego's ego starts to settle with it. I remember the very first time I sat in a big meditation with a group of people, and I felt a being behind me, and it was this big angelic being. And I sat there, and every time I went to this a meditation circle, I started to cry. I always cried, always was releasing, always releasing to make space. And then I felt this being behind me.

It was this massive, great big angelic. And I thought, Are you sure? Are you sure? No, no, no, no. And then others were speaking about it, and I was thinking, well, if they're feeling it, and I felt it because I've experienced it, then whoa. So it intrigued me, and it made me sort of feel like, what's next then? What's what's next, real? And then when I did my Reiki courses, and I sort of did Reiki one and two, and started then sort of starting bringing in energy and awareness of that. My hands started moving about like crazy. I was thinking that's a little bit weird. And then these codes started sort of formulating. So if anyone sort of done Reiki, they would understand like you know the chakra rays, like a number seven, and then like this, and all the seihe key, and all of those symbols. And I was like, well, okay, so there's the symbols for Reiki, and as I'm doing the energy healing with you know in the beginning of my healing journey, healing others, I then started coding over the top, and I was thinking, well, that's cool, that's really good. And then things like you know, sort of little fairies came on board and sat on the shoulder, and I'm like, no, that's really crazy. And then seeing visions or big dragons enter my healing room, so I was like, okay, am I going to push through this? Am I just going to let shut it? Now, as the human starts to evolve through their journey of awareness, self-awareness, we start to spark within us this seeding, and the seed comes from that the star seed, so star galactic from the DNA structure of the infrastructure of the beingness of the makeup of physicality, and that seed within us starts the inner light wisdom that spark within us starts to ignite, and that's the growth of humanity. This is what we're going through the ascension journey. We're starting to remember who we are far more from the mind perspective through the two eyes and the five senses. We're moving deeper, deeper into who am I, which is holding so many different layers and seedlings to start to grow within us. So just be open to receive that next level to you to then grow in and evolve within your soul's journey. So that soul growth learning is what I would say. Is just keep pushing through. Just keep remembering who you are.
