I can’t believe I’m back in the public eye after a hiatus of twenty years. I never expected to emerge in this capacity again but when Alex Ferrari, famous film director, producer, author, podcaster, interviewer, and a million other accomplishments, invites you to be a guest on his new spiritual podcast, Next Level Soul, there’s no way you can say no, especially when it’s something I’ve dreamed about for so long… not being on the show, just having Alex start a new spiritual podcast asking other guests what it feels like to wake up one day and realize they have no idea why they’re here or how they can discover the meaning of life.
I can’t remember being this excited or this nervous about a public appearance in forever, but Alex was great. He put me at ease almost immediately and then he asked me the big questions I had dreamed of him asking his other guests.
It’s often said that it’s always darkest before the dawn and I bear witness to that. This is a season of miracles if you have the faith to keep going when your stumbling blocks seem insurmountable. There is a vast difference between beliefs and faith. I can believe in many things but without the unshakeable faith to back it up, the results will be like building castles in the air or grains of sand drifting through your fingers.
Before we can look at what we want, we have to look at what we have and feel a sense of gratitude for the blessings we took for granted. It’s been said that your troubles are like a rubber band. You are holding one end of the rubber band and God is holding onto the other end of the rubber band. You each keep pulling on the rubber band until finally, God drops His end because He sees that you want to solve your own problems and you don’t need His help.
Fear and doubt cannot co-exist together with unshakeable faith in anyone. The choice is yours. You can be a doubting Thomas filled with fears and doubts or you can have absolute faith and gratitude that God will provide and He will. Always!
This is the first time I’ve been able to use my computer in a very long time. It’s also the first time in a very long time that I’ve been able to move my fingers. A few minutes ago, I had a deep feeling that I should try, once again, to use my computer and this time when I tried, my fingers moved.
For the past nine days, I have been receiving the most extraordinary miracles on a daily basis; this is just one of them and not even the most life-changing miracle of the many that have come to me during these nine days.
My gratitude and deep, abiding faith are endless. I am in awe of the events unfolding before my eyes. If I never live to see another sunrise I will be eternally grateful for the gifts that God has already bestowed on me. My faith is absolute and my love for God is unquestionable.
In this season of miracles, do whatever you can to solve your own problems, and then, lay the rest of your problems in God’s hands and stand back and watch how easily the master of the universe can take your burdens off your shoulders. It is truly a case of
“Let go and let God.”
