That's all great, but what if you die in an accident?
Julie Ryan 0:02
Time doesn't exist in the spirit world. Time's a human creation. We all go through what I call the 12 phases of transition, and it's a configuration of how angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets are there to help with the transition. I call them the Welcome to Heaven Committee. What we're really all afraid of is what's going to happen as we're dying.
Alex Ferrari 0:26
So where do you see us in in 50 years? Are we going to finally wake up?
Julie Ryan 0:29
The reason why this is so important, and I think this stuff should be taught in the schools, is...
Alex Ferrari 0:45
I like to welcome back to the show returning champion Julie Ryan. How you doing, Julie?
Julie Ryan 0:50
I'm wonderful. I'm always wonderful when I get to hang with you.
Alex Ferrari 0:53
Thank you, my dear,
Julie Ryan 0:54
My little brother,
Alex Ferrari 0:55
And vice versa, and vice versa. I always enjoy having having you on the show and just hanging out with you, and we've been hanging out for a few days now.
Julie Ryan 1:03
We have.
Alex Ferrari 1:03
We've been shooting a bunch of cool stuff for the platform, and we shot two Next Level Soul Mastery courses, which will be released in the future. So then we just got done shooting two mastery courses for Next Level Soul, and they were they're really mind blowing to me. We did Beyond the Veil, which is where we discussed the 12 phases of what happens as you're dying and what and what happens the whole process, which was fascinating. And we did a whole course on past lives and how to actually access your own past lives, and that was fascinating because I've I've dabbled in past life stuff, but this was amazing. So we'll let everybody know where they can get access to the courses, but also free webinars and things like that that we're going to be offering you guys as a little treat, a little taste of what we're going to be doing. So, but before we get into all of that, you've been on the show four times, and we've never discussed in depth one of the biggest things that you do is being a medical intuitive. So, when can you explain to people what exactly a medical intuitive is, and what happens when you're doing a scan or like all of that? So, first, what what is a medical intuitive?
Julie Ryan 2:21
A medical intuitive is somebody who uses quantum physics to help identify and heal, help the person heal any kind of ailment, any kind of medical condition. And you're right, that's most of the work that I do, primarily because that's what people ask me to do. Most of my clients have been to see multiple doctors, gotten multiple diagnoses, perhaps multiple treatment plans, and they still have the same symptoms. They're not better, so they're kind of at their wits' end, and they're coming to me and they're saying, "Can you figure out what the heck's going on, and I'm like a human MRI, and I can see inside people's bodies with their permission, as similar to an X-ray or a CT scan or an MRI. So, if if somebody comes to me and they say, "I just can't figure out why I have all this fatigue. I've got all these diagnoses, and I've treated it with all these different meds and stuff, and and I still feel awful. What's happening? And I'll, with their permission again, go inside their body, and maybe they're full of mold or they're full of yeast, and there's and I'll say, do you have a leak in your home that you know of? They'll say no, and I'll say, well, do you when you go on vacation or you go stay someplace else, do you feel better? And they say yes, and I say, okay, that's a really good red flag there. And I like I can see inside people's bodies, I can see inside walls, I can tell them where the mold is, which is really hilarious. When somebody's buying a new house, oftentimes they'll say, "Hey, can you scan my scan the house we're going to buy? And I'll come up with a list for them to give to the inspector, and it'll be like, "You got a leak in the upper third floor, back left corner. You know, the wood is rotting in the eaves, and that needs to be replaced. And you got a leak in the roof, and here and there, and you got a mold issue in this room or in the crawl space underneath your house, and they'll hand that list to the inspector, and the inspector's going, "Yeah, right, lady, and then they find it, they check off everything, yeah.
Alex Ferrari 4:38
But I have to ask you, so you're one of the most grounded people in the spiritual space that I've encountered, meaning that you're very pragmatic. You're very you're a businesswoman. You know, anybody wants to know more about you, they can check out the four other episodes that go into deeper in your path into your path. But you know what you're talking about sounds so woo. So absolutely insane that you're like I'm a human MRI. I could just kind of scan you and I can kind of heal you. That sounds nutty, and it it doesn't sound right. So it's you know it's not like you are so far. Like I just got in from the Amazon and like you're not like you're not full woo.
Julie Ryan 5:16
I've never used drugs ever in my life.
Alex Ferrari 5:17
Exactly. I just did like three ayahuascas like straight.
Julie Ryan 5:21
No drugs are needed for any of this,
Alex Ferrari 5:23
Right! So my point is that, like, at what point from your practical, because you, you know, your abilities did not follow you as a child, or you know, you didn't see dead people walking around or any of that stuff. So you kind of learned how to do all of this. At what point did you say, you know what, I think I can do this, and then I think not only I think I can do this, and then what happened in your brain to think why I should do this kind of thing? Like what what was it inside of you that said I think medical intuitive intuitiveness is something I should be going after?
Julie Ryan 5:59
Well, I was always interested in the medical and in the healing, right?
Alex Ferrari 6:03
And that's your background, medical.
Julie Ryan 6:04
That's my background. I'm an inventor of surgical devices sold throughout the world, and former manufacturer of surgical devices. I have patents and trademarks and that kind of jazz. And so I was in the hospital supply business, not the drug side, the supply side, For probably 10 years before a friend gave me a book called Anatomy of the Spirit by Carolyn Mays, and she called herself a medical intuitive, and I thought, well, what the heck is that? I never heard that term before, and I read her book and wanted to know more. And back then, we didn't have the internet yet. This was more than 30 years ago, and I went to the bookstore because I thought my local library is not going to have this much woo woo stuff. And I woo by the way means source in Taoism, and I love the word woo woo because it's fun, and fun is high vibration. So I thought, well, I'm going to go to a bookstore, and I found Barbara Brennan, the late Barbara Brennan, PhD, who was a former NASA physicist. I found her book called "Hands of Light, and in that book, she parlayed very complex quantum physics principles into understandable English, and showed how we can use quantum physics to help heal the body, whether it be a person or a dog or a animal or a plant or whatever, and that fascinated me. And I called her school after reading her book, and I said, "You guys got anybody in my area that teaches this stuff? And they said, "Yes. As a matter of fact, we do. We have a graduate of our classes that just opened her own school, and so I studied with her for six years. And how it began, because I had no skills other than what we all come in with. All of us are born with intuitive skills, and then most kids shut them down around the age of seven or so, Alex, because their grownups are saying, "Oh, honey, that's just your imagination. You really don't have an imaginary friend there when they do, but the grownups can't see them. So, I always say it's a matter of of developing and enhancing what we come in with. We all come in with the hardware, and I studied with my mentor for six years, and in the early classes, we'd be laying hands on each other and doing that kind of stuff. And I'm I'm a visual learner, so I started seeing these images in my head. I'd see like colors and energy floating around and things like that, and I thought, this is cool. This must be what drug addicts see when they're on an LSD trap or something. And and I and then after a while, I started seeing body parts inside, like I can see livers and kidneys and broken bones, torn ligaments, viral infections, bacterial infections, cancer, metastasized cancer, and then it just developed from there. And now I teach in my live classes twice a year-one online in the spring and one in person in the fall. I teach people how to do this stuff, and they're doing it in the first hour. And so it's really advanced, like most things in our lives. And I I equate it to we communicated originally through carrier pigeons, and we went to the Pony Express, then we went to the Wells Fargo wagon, then went to the mail, and now we communicate
Alex Ferrari 9:38
Instantly,
Julie Ryan 9:38
Instantly with our technology, it's the same thing. Over 30 years, I've refined and developed how this stuff is done, and and I teach it to anybody that's interested.
Alex Ferrari 9:51
When you came out as a medical intuitive, like that had to be a conversation. Yeah, I mean, like yeah, yeah, I can scan you. What do you need? Okay. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. No. Did you have a accident when you were 18?
Julie Ryan 10:05
Oh, I got a story for you about that.
Alex Ferrari 10:07
Yeah. Go tell me. Tell me.
Julie Ryan 10:08
I was dating my husband, and he had a bone spur in his heel.
Alex Ferrari 10:14
And he's not Woo. He wasn't Woo.
Julie Ryan 10:16
No.
Alex Ferrari 10:16
All right.
Julie Ryan 10:16
No. He's a Baptist deacon. He at the time, he was.
Alex Ferrari 10:20
He was a football player as well, right?
Julie Ryan 10:21
He was a football player. Yeah, he played in college. Yeah, big guy. So he's got this Boseberg. God bless him. He's cutting my lawn, you know, just because he's in love with me and he's trying to get brownie points. So his his poor foot was just killing him. And I said, "Well, can I take a look at it? And he goes. He said, "Well, what do you mean, take a look at it? I said, "I just want to see this. Let me see your foot. So I had it. He was laying on the couch, and he had his foot on my lap. And I said, "Yeah, I can see where the bone spur is. It looks like one of those sea pod things that's got thorns coming out of it, like spikes, like those old Roman warrior things. It was fallen, so it's a chain. Yeah, fallen chain. Mason, I think it's called. Yeah, and so I said, "Yeah, I can see it. I said, "Let me let me remove it. And oh, oh, by the way, you had planners' words. He said, "No, I don't. I said, "No, you don't now, but you did. I said, "I can see where they were burned out, and he said, "I was in the fifth grade when that happened, and I said, "Well, yeah, I can see where they were. You had three of them. And he said, "Oh, yeah, it was so painful. He was a military kid, and I don't know if they didn't give him enough anesthesia or what. But he said he was screaming, and they could hear him down the hall, and everyone was going. What the heck is going on in there? So he tells the story about that, Alex, and he said, "I was thinking, do I need to run for the door now or later, or should I marry this witch? Yeah, really, exactly. He's thinking, "Is she like a witch, or what's the deal? So a week later, or whatever, he goes in for his pre-op appointment with his foot surgeon because they're going to operate on him to remove this bone spur, and it was gone within a week. It was gone
Alex Ferrari 12:12
From your healing
Julie Ryan 12:12
From his foot.
Alex Ferrari 12:14
Yeah, but you healed it.
Julie Ryan 12:15
Well, I helped him heal himself, and I'll get into that in a minute. He called me on his way back to the office from his appointment, and he goes, "That bone spur is gone. And come to think of it, it hasn't hurt in days. I said, "Great, good job of healing it. He said, "Oh well, I don't know that I did that. I said, "Absolutely, you did that. Nobody ever heals anybody else, ever, ever, ever, ever, under any circumstances. We all heal ourselves. The work that I do, the work that a physician or a medical provider does-Eastern medicine, Western medicine, chiropractic, homeopathic, you know, naturopathic, energy work-it's all part of the healing equation, and we're helping people heal themselves. We send the energy to them. In my case, the the healing has happened in the energetic level, and then it needs to integrate into the person's body, and that can happen instantly. That can take days, weeks, months. It may need complementary care like surgery. It may need change in diet, whatever, but that's how they integrate it into their body, and I get more into that in a minute. But the example I like to use, Alex, is if you have a big cut on your leg and you go to the emergency room, they're going to stitch it up, but that doctor ain't going to make your skin grow back. You make your own skin grow back, and that's how all of this works. So I'm the work that I do is spirit working through me and with me to help them heal themselves.
Alex Ferrari 13:51
Just from your point of view, like you know, we have a lot of these avatars on the on the wall, a lot of these ascended masters. One that's a very famous one, obviously, is Yeshua, and he did a lot of healings. How do you believe in your understanding and your communication with the other side? How did he actually help heal these people? I mean, he talked about major like blindness and all that kind of stuff. Yeah,
Julie Ryan 14:13
I I think there are several interesting points to the Jesus story because the New Testament leaves off when he's what 12 and picks back up.
Alex Ferrari 14:22
I call those the yada yada years. Yeah, the yada yada years. Yada yada yada. He what dances in on adults.
Julie Ryan 14:27
And there's research from Bible scholars and other religious scholars that say that he was in Egypt. He was in he was in Africa. He was in India, and he was learning a lot of these different healing modalities. I studied Kabbalistic healing for three years and energy healing for three years. The Kabbalistic healing is interesting because it was only taught orally. There still isn't anything written. On the power of the Kabbalistic healing, if it's authentic,
Alex Ferrari 15:04
Now Kabbalistic comes from the Jewish mysticism,
Julie Ryan 15:07
But it's so powerful that it's not written oral. It was only delivered orally, and it was only delivered to men who were over 40 who were rabbis. Well,
Alex Ferrari 15:18
He was a young. He didn't make it to 40, so
Julie Ryan 15:20
He didn't make it to 40, but he was a rabbi.
Alex Ferrari 15:22
So they got he was
Julie Ryan 15:23
He was a man.
Alex Ferrari 15:23
He and he got it a little early,
Julie Ryan 15:25
You know. So for me, I was laughing. I'm like, well, I'm a Catholic girl. I'm in my mid 30s. I'm learning this stuff, but it's fascinating to me that it's so powerful that it's only taught orally, and it's the transfer of power from the teacher to the students, which is what I do in my classes, my classes we talked about that I've done for you, the lessons and the trainings that I've done for you. It's 10% technique. It's 90% transfer of energy at a super high vibration from me to my students, and I believe that he learned a lot of these techniques. Certainly for those who believe that he's God, he's the Son of God, he's the in the Trinity. Certainly, that came into play too. But then he learned the human components of this energy healing, and really, it's been done since the beginning of time.
Alex Ferrari 16:18
Yeah, I mean, yeah, the the Vedic
Julie Ryan 16:20
Merlin, the magician, the Vedics, the all the Eastern traditions-they've been doing this stuff since the beginning of
Alex Ferrari 16:26
Chinese medicine, Indian medicine, yeah, Ayurveda,
Julie Ryan 16:30
Acupressure, acupuncture, all of that kind of stuff. The thing that really fascinates me, and I've watched this unfold, and certainly I was in the hospital supply industry for more than three decades is there are more than 800 hospitals in the U.S. now that have energy healing departments that are doing Reiki and other energy modalities on patients. So the science is catching up with the woo woo, which I love because the woo woo's been around a whole lot longer than the science has, and and and it's interesting when I talk to physicians because they'll have a patient that needs surgery, like my husband or something else, and they'll go in and they'll have a new kidney. Well, we've generated it with stem cell energy energetically, and it shows up on the scans. And then I got these doctors calling me, going, "What the heck are you doing? And how does this stuff work? And the other thing that's been so fascinating in this journey for me over the past 30 years is new healings come in all the time, new techniques and methodologies, perhaps devices I see used. I saw one a couple weeks ago. I can tell you about if you want, but they are they haven't been invented yet. And then stem cell energy is a great example of. I've just seen that in the last probably 10 years or less because stem cells that term is part of the zeitgeist, whereas it wasn't before. So, if I was watching a healing, I say I'm watching participating in a healing of somebody that had kidney failure. I would watch a healing that mimicked what happened in the operating room. I would see the recipient patient, the donor patient. I'd watch the diseased kidney get removed. This is like a operating room in heaven, or just in non physical. I'd see the donor patient. I'd see the donor patient's kidney harvested, put into the recipient, and then you know all the clamps and the everything that they do in surgery. And I've been in transplant surgeries in my career, so I know what that looks like. Now I watch a plastic-looking mold that I used in manufacturing medical devices-blow molds, injection molds-is what they're called. I watch Stem Cell Energy, which is light amber-colored gel. I sparkles in it because we've got to have fun, and it has a watery consistency. It reminds me of Tippity Doo hair gel back in the day when I was born, and it goes into that mold. There's always a vortex present that's spinning above it, and I watch a new left kidney get generated in this mold of Susie's left kidney. It's perfect. In the meantime, I'm watching all the plumbing get clamped. I'm watching the diseased kidney get removed.
Alex Ferrari 19:28
This is all in the astral, or
Julie Ryan 19:30
All in the astral,
Alex Ferrari 19:30
All in the astral.
Julie Ryan 19:31
I'm watching the newly generated kidney get put in place. I watch all the plumbing get hooked back up. I watch the clamps get removed. It's so funny when the clamps are getting removed because I'll remove one. I'll see one remove like at the top, and we'll check to make sure there aren't any leaks. And if there are, it'll be clamped back up right away, and then it'll be stitched some more energetically.
Alex Ferrari 19:54
So, so in the astral, I'm trying. I'm just trying to get a better picture of this. So in the astral realm. Um, and there probably there's probably a definition right now of what the astral realm is on the screen if you haven't seen it before, but or heard about it. But what exactly is who is doing this? Like, what is it? Just hands? Is it just like what? Like, because we're you know you're looking at this. I'm looking at this through a 3d eye, a three dimensional materialistic guy. So I'm like, is there a bunch of dudes on the other side in the astral realm going? All right, who do we got today? All right, Susie's in, and they're the ones. Like, how is that working, or is it just pure energy that's doing it?
Julie Ryan 20:32
Pure energy. It's pure spirit, as I perceive it early on. And actually, if I'm scanning somebody that's in the operating room, I can do remote viewing, and I can tell you how many actual human surgeons are in the room. I can tell you where they are in the procedure. I can tell you how many deceased loved ones spirits are in the room. The guardian angels are always over the head of anesthesia, and there are surgeon spirits that are advising the actual surgeons that are doing human surgeons that are doing the procedure, I can read the anesthesia equipment. I tell you what their heart rate is. I can tell you what their blood like blood gas level is. All of that, real time. But when I see healings now, just because I've been doing it so long, I just say it's spirit. We're all a fractal of the divine, and when we see spirits, whether they be angels or surgeon spirits or a deceased loved one or whatever, it's all spirit coming to us in a way that we can process it from our human frame of reference. It's less intimidating. It's more easily understood. But at this point in my career, after doing it for more than 30 years, I just watch the procedure happen. I don't care who's doing it. I'm watching the clamps get removed. I'm watching the, you know, the kidney ramp up, and it's so fun when a new organ gets put in because it lights up like it's backlit in your terminology, and I always hear the sound of a diesel motor when it starts, like a for you, for me, yeah, like a Harley starting up or a 18 wheeler truck or something, and and then it can show up on subsequent scans. Also, I've had many times where I I have a graduate of my class who had a ganglion cyst on her knuckle, and I was working on it. And when I talked to somebody for an hour, I am a buffet of psychicness, as you know. So once you get a spirit, you talk to your dead grandma. We scan your cat. We do medical. We do past lives. We do whatever. And so we had gone on to other topics during our hour together. And right before we parted ways, she said, "Julie, the cyst is gone. The cyst was gone in less than an hour. That's not me. That's me helping facilitate her healing herself. It's spirit working through me and with me,
Alex Ferrari 23:04
Because
Julie Ryan 23:04
She's integrating the healing.
Alex Ferrari 23:05
So basically, and this leads into my next question. So basically, let's say I don't believe in any of this.
Julie Ryan 23:13
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 23:13
Let's just say that, right? Right. And but I have a cyst on my hand that it needs to get removed. So spirit wants to help me. Your guides want to help you. If you're asking for help, you're like, "Please, God, take care of this. Please help me heal this. Yeah. Um. But I have don't have the toolset, or the frequency, or the understanding on how to communicate with that to come to me. A medical intuitive is almost like a middleman or middlewoman in between that facilitates the energy to flow through you, and then to get to me for me to actually do it for myself. But it needs you, or it needs a medical intuitive, if you will, to kind of guide or a healer of any sense, a reiki, reiki healer, or acupuncture. All that the facilitators, you need facilitators to do it. So, like, if Christ is is there and He's like, okay, I need to heal this person, this person obviously doesn't know Kabbalah or any of the other techniques or any of the ways that I know how to connect to spirit and heal. It has to come through you. Is that the process? Kind of
Julie Ryan 24:16
Somewhat.
Alex Ferrari 24:16
Tell me
Julie Ryan 24:17
Somewhat. All of all healing is predicated on what our spirit wants to explore and experience in this lifetime, and so the healing has happened on the energetic level. If somebody needs to have surgery on the human level, it's already happened. It's already fixed whatever the problem is in the spiritual level. So the surgery, 99% of the time, goes great because it's already done. They just have to integrate it on the human level, and it's all predicated on what that person wants to explore and experience their spirit. You can have two people come into a surgeon's office; they're both in great shape. They're both. Have an appendectomy, the surgeries go great, everything's wonderful. One heals really fast, one doesn't. Why is that? Because the one who doesn't heal quickly, their spirit wants to explore and experience what it's like not to heal quickly. So we can't affect anybody else's thoughts. We can't ever affect anybody else's experience. All we can do is send that to them. It's kind of like you give somebody a gift, you can't make them open it or like it
Alex Ferrari 25:31
Or use it, right?
Julie Ryan 25:32
You just give them the gift, and that's a similar thing to what's happening here. I'm an example of this. I had foot surgery before Christmas this year. I had a I had been in a car accident 10 years ago and broke this foot, and so my toe was deformed. My second toe was a hammer toe, and I had a really bad bunion. Like my big toe was heading right. It was going its own direction. It was going its own direction, and it was the hammer toe that really hurt the most. And when I went to and I and I worked on it and I did healings on myself and all of that kind of stuff, and I got it to the place where it didn't hurt, but I couldn't wear any shoes except my tennis shoes because none of them would fit. So I went to see an orthopedic surgeon, and he said that toe, that hammer toe, is dislocated. And I said, "Well, can you put it back in joint, kind of like a dislocated shoulder? He said, "Yeah, I'm going to do that in the operating room. I thought, "Okay, great, but I needed that on the human side to help what was already fixed on the energetic side, and I'm in my mid 60s, and when I went to see him post hop, he said, "My 20 year olds don't heal like this. I said, "Well, I have a lot of other tricks that I'm using.
Alex Ferrari 26:50
And you and you told him about what you oh
Julie Ryan 26:52
He knew all about that, yeah.
Alex Ferrari 26:53
And what what was his take on it?
Julie Ryan 26:55
He was really interested. I had had a couple of people on my show. One is a professor at the University of Louisville who is a musicologist. I'd never heard that term, and she works in the medical school. And they have composed different music that you wear pre-op, in-op, post-op, and it helps reduce the pain, pain meds needed by half. Reduces the anesthesia needed by half. Reduces the healing time in half. So I wore those pre-op, in-op, and post-op. Listen to smooth jazz when I was. But
Alex Ferrari 27:37
Is it specific smooth jazz? It's like
Julie Ryan 27:39
They composed it.
Alex Ferrari 27:40
So, but it has certain frequency. Yeah, has a frequency beat and things like that.
Julie Ryan 27:45
Yeah, yeah, which all music does.
Alex Ferrari 27:47
Right, but it's very specific. Yeah, intentional.
Julie Ryan 27:50
When you go to her website, there are like five different genres from which to choose, and so that was number one. Number two, I'd had another professor on my show who did her research at Harvard, and what she found was that there was this guided meditation that you do two weeks pre-op. You do it once a day, and when you do that, in addition to having anesthesia read something to you as they're putting you under, my procedure was like an hour and a half, hour and 45 minutes. So they read this statement to me as they were putting me under general anesthesia, and then they read another statement to me as they're bringing me out of anesthesia, and they were so into it. They, you know, I gave them links to those episodes. I gave them links to the research, all of that. They were so into it, Alex, that in the recovery room, I had the surgeon come in and visit me, which I would imagine I had the anesthesiologist, the CRNA, the scrub nurse, the recovery room nurse, and the circulating nurse. So I had six people come in and say to me, "We read all that stuff you wanted us to read, and we all got copies of that. I had it all typed out for him. Here's what you say when you put me under. Here's what you say when you're bringing me up, and it was remarkable. I was on pain meds. The worst pain was really in the recovery room,
Alex Ferrari 29:15
Of course.
Julie Ryan 29:15
And I said to the nurse who was taking care of me, I as I was waking up, I said, "Do you have any good drugs around here? And she started laughing, and she said, "Oh, honey, I have 350-pound lineman football players in here that are crying like babies. You're doing great. So they got me drugs, but I was only on them really the day of surgery, and then probably the day after, and then I didn't need any after that. I didn't even take Tylenol or Advil. So when I went to see the surgeon post-op, like two weeks later or something, and then I went back four weeks later, he said, "This is a this is amazing. I this healing, and he said, "Well, how are you doing? I said, "It was really been a non-event." I have never had a patient say that to me before, but it was because of all of the other things that we added to it. It's all part of the healing equation.
Julie Ryan 31:32
And the biggest hassle for me was I couldn't wear shoes. My foot was in a walking boot, which was not a big deal, and I couldn't drive for eight weeks. But you know, other than that, I'm three months post-op, and here I am. I go. No, your airport's fine, and you've seen me walk. I'm doing great.
Alex Ferrari 31:52
Yeah, yeah, no, no question. It's it's it's fascinating how the medical field. I think the newer generation of doctors coming up are a bit more open to some of this stuff. Some aren't, obviously, but but much more than it was your generation of doctors, you know, yeah, or even my generation of doctors. But the kids coming up, they're starting to figure other things out,
Julie Ryan 32:16
Right!
Alex Ferrari 32:17
But that's fascinating about the the the departments are using 800
Julie Ryan 32:24
800 hospitals
Alex Ferrari 32:25
Are in using energy medicine.
Julie Ryan 32:26
Well, and even more hospitals than that in their oncology departments, they now have acupuncture available because studies have shown that post chemo, somebody goes and gets their chemo treatment, they go right to the acupuncture practitioner and get acupuncture, and it reduces the symptoms like dramatically, dramatically. So it's fascinating to me because I've always been interested in healing. It's fascinating to me to be able to combine the two, you know, the woo and the woo woo and the regular healing certainly it progresses through time. It used to be if you had an ulcer, they'd cut out most of your stomach. Now they give you a round of antibiotics for a week, and there's no surgery needed. More and more of that is happening. The robotics are interesting when somebody's having a new hip or a knee or a shoulder put in, I always say be sure your surgeon lines them up with robotics because it's more accurate and it reduces the healing time.
Alex Ferrari 33:34
Yeah, and yeah, surgeries. I mean, what tonsils were out when you had the tonsils out back in the 50s or 60s? It was like a major surgery. Where now it's
Julie Ryan 33:42
Well, a total hip and a total knee or outpatient.
Alex Ferrari 33:46
Isn't that crazy?
Julie Ryan 33:47
It's wild.
Alex Ferrari 33:48
That yeah. Before it was like forget it.
Julie Ryan 33:50
It's wild.
Alex Ferrari 33:51
It's crazy.
Julie Ryan 33:51
Well, the other thing too that I find is that most doctors, especially surgeons, they're interested in helping their patients heal better, quicker, more completely, and they're kind of open to most things. I mean, and and when there's proof, that really convinces them, and they're saying, "Okay, how's this work? What's going on? I've had many doctors go through my big weekend training, and and then they take and other medical providers, and then they take this information back and they use it in their practice. A lot of them are doing it intuitively, anyways, and they just don't realize they are.
Alex Ferrari 34:34
I have to ask you this question because I think it's a question that most people, I think everybody wants to know: Why do people actually get sick. Like, I mean, obviously there is like viruses and there's actual accidents and things. But is there a metaphysical aspect always to it? Can you explain?
Julie Ryan 34:50
Always, always, always. There's always an emotional component in place before any kind of disease or illness or medical condition materializes. And that can range from something very simplistic, like somebody called you a poopy face when you were three,
Alex Ferrari 35:05
And you're holding on to that.
Julie Ryan 35:07
And we think, well, that was no big deal. What was a big deal to your three-year-old little self at the time? Or it may be something really dramatic. One of my favorite stories that was high drama was I have a client who lives in Guernsey on the Isle of Guernsey, in the northern British Isles, and I'll go into how we got to this. But I said, "I'm seeing this scene in Europe. You're like a preteen, maybe 11 or 12, and there's an explosion behind you. Does that make sense to you? She said, "Yeah, I was a victim of an IRA bombing when I was 11, and I was in the hospital for three months, and I still have shrapnel in my thigh. Okay, that's pretty dramatic. So that was an emotional event in this life. There are many in past lives, and it affected her energy field. When we have an emotional event, it causes an energy block. All at Eastern medicine, acupressure, acupuncture, clear the block, get the cheetah moved. That whole concept, energy blocks form one is what I'm looking for. Where did it start? And then other life events, emotional energy piles, piles, piles on top of it. Eventually, causing enough pressure causes a blowout in the energy field membrane, which is the container that holds the energy that makes up our body and our spirit.
Alex Ferrari 36:38
So, Julie, because as I'm going through this, I'm still trying to, I'm trying to process it, and I'm trying to analyze it from a not only a metaphysical point of view, but from a practical point of view, and of course a movie point of view, which I'm going to use now as a reference. So it sounds to me, and again, I'm just trying to grasp this, the technology behind this, which is interesting. So, in many ways, the energy that flows around us, which the the Eastern Chinese call it chi energy, Japanese gi energy, and prana, and all this kind of stuff from India. So, that concept, the the life force energy,
Julie Ryan 37:17
Right,
Alex Ferrari 37:17
Is something that practitioners who understand how to tap into it can then focus that energy in a way. So, what we're talking about is connecting to spirit. You, as the medical intuitive, is aiming that understanding, that energy, that that pointer towards someone who needs to be healed, to then remind that body how to actually heal,
Julie Ryan 37:45
How to accept the healing,
Alex Ferrari 37:46
How to accept the healing from themselves. So you're almost, and please forgive me, Jedi esque, in in the sense that you're using
Julie Ryan 37:55
About that,
Alex Ferrari 37:55
But no, but you, but there's a Yoda behind you. So
Julie Ryan 37:59
My ears don't look like yeah.
Alex Ferrari 38:00
No, you do not look like Princess Leia. But the when I'm using that as a reference point, it's kind of like you're using the force in a sense, and I used to use the term force where Lucas got it from Chi, from Gi, all that kind of stuff. So it's that you as a practitioner have learned how to tap into that energy, and then focus that energy onto the person who needs healing to remind that body and that spirit how to heal if it's in the best interest of that spirit experience in this lifetime.
Julie Ryan 38:33
Right, they're going to do that. Everybody, that chi that you're talking about, people call it an aura. Yeah, people call it a halo. They can call it an energy field. How I explain it, because you know I gotta have visuals hanging around you even before I met you. How I explain it when I teach this is the body is inside the spirit. The spirit's the everlasting part, and it's in this energy-filled membrane that contains it. If we need energy for a specific purpose, like running a body, it needs to be in some kind of a container. Electricity coming into our homes and our businesses is in a wire contained in wires. Natural gas is in a pipe. Water's in a pipe. All those kinds of things. So if you imagine going to the pet store and buying a goldfish, they're going to put it in a plastic bag of water in order for you to get it home. Which I think is a great analogy for this. The fish represents our body. The water represents our spirit. The body's inside the spirit, and the plastic bag represents our energy field membrane, which reminds me of that really thin plastic wrap or saran wrap that's on a tray of chicken breasts you get at the grocery store. Yeah, yeah. You know how that stuff's thinner and stretchier than the glad wrap, maybe in a box in our kitchen drawers. When there's a terror or hole in that, it's causing an energy leak. Energy leaks always precede any kind of medical condition. They're caused by an emotional event, either in this life or a past life. So I envision myself going into that terror or hole, and I'm given information. I'll say 1987, and I, Alex, really 99 of my clients will know what happened in 1987. My parents got divorced. My grandmother died. My dog died. There was a Mean Girl episode. You know, my heart was broken by my boyfriend. Whatever they know instantly, it's fascinating. If they don't know, I can go in and I'll see scenes. When it's a past life, those are so much fun. That's why we had so much fun filming the past life.
Alex Ferrari 40:54
It was amazing. Yeah, so much fun.
Julie Ryan 40:56
We had so much fun. We were laughing so hard during so much of that. the The past life, well, I'll get where it was, when it was, what happened. We'll correlate it with what's going on in their current life from an emotional standpoint. It's always boom, nails it. Soon as we illuminate it, it eradicates that energy block, which looks to me like a little kernel of un pop popcorn, and then other life events, energy piles, piles, piles on top of it. Eventually, causing enough pressure causes a blowout. The interesting thing about this is, as soon as we illuminate it, it's eradicated that energy block, and that energy filled membrane instantly heals. Now, I have done healings 10s of 1000s of times in this work that I've been doing, I have never seen an energy-filled membrane rupture again after it's been healed, ever. I'm not saying it can't, but I'm saying it's highly unlikely that it will, because I think I would have seen it by now, but I never have. Furthermore, the other thing that's so interesting about this, in my mind, is when we're working with a psychologist or a psychotherapist, oftentimes we'll hear, "Now, Alex, we're going to talk about your life, and it's going to be peeling it like peeling an onion, a layer at a time, always room for that in the work that I do. I'm a businesswoman. Let's get to it. Let's get it done. Let's move on. I want to find out where did that first block begin, because when we get the onion out by the root, it clears all the other energy blocks, all the other energy that's piled on top of it in one fell swoop. I didn't learn any of this stuff. This has all come in from spirit over the years for me, and I believe that fixing the energy-filled membrane is the most important part of healing because we can fix body parts all day long. But if you're leaking power, what's point?
Alex Ferrari 42:57
Right. Yeah. You could. You could. You can continue to fix the chicken breast inside of the wrapper, but if there's a hole in it, air is going to continuously get into it, and it's going to it's going to create issues.
Julie Ryan 43:06
Well, or I like to use the analogy of a car. You know, you gotta you need a new radiator, so you take it into the shop. They put a new radiator in, and you're ready to pick it up. It's got a dead battery. Doesn't matter. You got a new radiator. The car won't start. It's not much use to you. Another really important point to all of this too is, it's been my experience ever doing this for more than three decades that spirit sends me these visuals, these analogies for body parts to give us a human frame of reference. Because when we can picture something. The body's going to follow what the brain shows it, even if the body or the brain doesn't believe it to be true. For example, you're watching a sad movie, and it's you know Pocahontas or something, and it's a you know it's a or it's Frozen Two when Olaf dies, and he fights Olaf dies, and you find yourself getting all weepy over it. And I think Ryan, get a grab. This is pretend. It's not only pretend. It's animation pretend. But my body is following what my brain is seeing and emoting, and that's your whole.
Alex Ferrari 44:17
That's the magic of background.
Julie Ryan 44:18
The magic of movies
Alex Ferrari 44:19
And story in general,
Julie Ryan 44:20
Exactly. So the same thing with this. I may tell you your elbow looks like whipped cream, which makes no sense, but you can't not picture it in your mind. And what I've discovered over the years is spirit has that image full of the energy frequency that's integrating into your body, so your body can heal. I'm talking about stem cell energy generating a new kidney, stem cell energy healing a wound, whatever. Stem cell energy is my favorite thing because it'll fix any body part we need, and I'm describing. Story. I'm describing what I'm seeing in my mind's eye as my client is listening to the story and visualizing it. Spirits got all of that analogy and those visions embedded with the frequency that they're bringing into their body to help them heal. It's really fascinating.
Alex Ferrari 45:21
So we kind of touched upon past lives a little bit. Yeah, can we? You know, we did that. We did that beautiful mastery course on past lives, but in our in the scope of our conversation, can you explain to people where you've learned in doing past life scans or past life regressions, if you will, to look back into past lives and how that affects our bodies. In this one, illnesses, effects, and things like that. So, just as a general, simple idea is like what I understand is like if there's a mole on the back of your on your back somewhere, and it's like a big black mold or a big black stain or something that was on you. I've been told before that was like, well, you might have been shot in the back in a form in the Revolutionary War, and that and you're just still carrying that that energetic thing that happened to you is still there. Or if you had a, you know, I gave you example of that where I heard somebody tell me that, yeah, I had a client that their shoulder hurt really bad, but there was no injuries in this life. There was no nothing, and then they did a past life. They found out that they were a Scottish warrior in the Highlands, and he got axed right here. And it was a woman in this life, but it was a huge, giant, you know, red-haired, you know, Irishman, Braveheart, yeah, Braveheart, Scottish, or something like that, exactly. But he got sliced here, and that, and you're still carrying energetically that pain into this life. So, can you explain, go a little bit detail with that?
Julie Ryan 46:51
I rarely see that when I'm doing past life scans in in conjunction with healing. Now, if we're doing just past life,
Alex Ferrari 47:01
Past life stuff, yeah,
Julie Ryan 47:03
Yeah, we see that all the time. It's more of an emotional component
Alex Ferrari 47:07
In this life,
Julie Ryan 47:07
In in a past life that we bring into this lifetime, and we're exploring and experiencing that same basic script. And I'll give you an example here in a minute from this perspective, and it's an emotional thing. There's always an emotional component in place before any kind of medical condition arises. That's been my experience. So, for example, I was talking with a client last week, and she's a professor at a Ivy League school teaches biology, and she had kidney disease. She had growth on her kidneys, and her you know she wasn't on dialysis yet, but she was headed towards it. So she had a big hole. It was right in the middle of her sternum, in the energy field membrane, and so I see myself going in like I'm walking into the scene of a movie, and if it's this lifetime, I'll get a year, as I mentioned, and then we'll go into what happened. If it's a past life, I'll see myself walking into the scene of the movie of that past life, I'll get where it was, when it was, what happened, all of that, and what I got was she was a professor. It was in the 1940s, and she was studying quantum physics. She was studying it. She was, you know,
Alex Ferrari 48:36
Beginning of close to it. Yeah,
Julie Ryan 48:38
Yeah. It was. She was part of the atomic bomb kind of stuff, you know. I mean that that whole New Mexico Roswell, you know, all of that, and and she was a man, and there was a colleague that was jealous of what she he she was she was a man in that past life. What he was discovering, and he blackballed her, and she was one of the brightest minds there, and so all the ramifications that go with that. We get that information, and then I ask Spirit, how does that correlate with her current life? Well, she'd been blackballed more than once in different departments where she'd been a professor at different schools, and she didn't get tenure at her last job, and so she moved, and it ended up being an upgrade for her. But she said she was out of work for a year, and then she got a job where tenure was feasible for her, but we'll see a semblance of the script that will repeat itself through multiple lifetimes, and we're looking at it from a different perspective, different time, different place, different set of circumstances. Once we illuminated that, it immediately eradicates that energy block, takes out all. All of the other energetic drama and trauma that's piled on top of it, her energy field membrane heals, and she looked like a supernova working on full power. It's really fascinating. And then after the healings, people will send me emails, or I'll talk to them on a subsequent appointment, and they'll say, "I have more energy than I did when I was in my 20s. I said, "Well, yeah, you're not leaking power anymore. It's really fascinating. It's the most important part of the healing.
Alex Ferrari 50:30
Really,
Julie Ryan 50:30
I don't know anybody else that does this with the energy filled membrane, or I've never heard of anybody calling anything else either. But I see it as this membrane that goes around the body and it expands and contracts. And the thing that's so interesting too about our energy is that we are all familiar with EKGs, where they monitor the heart rate outside of the body that they're picking up on the energy, and also EEGs, which are the brain scans, and they're picking that stuff out stuff up outside of the bias. This stuff's been going on for a long time. There's just more and more of it that's being developed now. It's fascinating.
Alex Ferrari 51:11
Is there? Can people truly heal themselves?
Julie Ryan 51:17
Oh, absolutely.
Alex Ferrari 51:18
So then, explain to me. So, okay. So, what is the biggest lie that people have told us about our bodies and what we can actually
Julie Ryan 51:25
That they can't heal? The body is miraculous. The body can heal absolutely anything and everything, absolutely. And I've seen miraculous things happen over the years, not just in this business, but also you know in the work that I do now, but but other tales of and stories of people that were told go home and get your affairs in order because you're not going to be alive for the next you know two weeks. You're going to die in two weeks, or something like that. There's there's a book called Radical Remission, and it's all about how patients who were cancer patients who were terminal, and that's somebody's opinion. It's an educated opinion, but it's still an opinion that they were terminal and they went home, and 10 years later they have no cancer and they're just fine.
Alex Ferrari 52:16
Yeah, we've we've heard all this,
Julie Ryan 52:18
All these stories. Yeah, so it's fascinating to me how people say, "Well, it's just the placebo effect. Okay,
Alex Ferrari 52:26
Fine. Who cares?
Julie Ryan 52:30
Yeah. Okay. You know, so much of it is belief too. If you believe that the doctor is gonna do surgery on my foot, and I believe it's gonna heal quickly and completely, and you know, be not a big deal. Yeah, that helps a lot. That's a big part of the equation. The whole placebo effect. All drug studies, all pharmaceutical studies, the placebo effect always performs better than the drug. Always, it's. I think it's an average of 52%
Alex Ferrari 53:02
Yeah, it was. I've heard doctors like, yeah, that placebo effect is messing up our whole test, and we're like, well, that should say something to you.
Julie Ryan 53:10
Exactly.
Alex Ferrari 53:11
That should say something to you. Yeah.
Julie Ryan 53:13
So, pay attention. I always tell people, pay attention to what resonates with you. If you get a diagnosis and you're told you just got to take this medicine for the rest of your life, and this is just chronic, and you can't heal it. That is such nonsense. I don't care what it is; it's nonsense. The body has the capacity to heal absolutely everything, and it it can heal over and over and over again. Part of the journey is what does your soul want to explore and experience? So that's always an integral part of the healing equation,
Alex Ferrari 53:49
Which then gets into the whole concept of the soul blueprint or the soul plan or the pre the pre birth plan when you're on the other side of like what you want to experience in this lifetime, right? And so let's say you know I'm going through something right now. I'm like I don't want this. I don't want this. On this level, you don't want it. But on the on the higher level, it's like maybe this is what you need to go through, or this is in your best interest to go through. I think we've all gone through very difficult times in our lives in all different ways: some physical, some mental, some spiritual, all of it, but we become stronger on the other end of it. But it is, you know. But when you're going through the the storm, it's not fun,
Julie Ryan 54:31
Right! And we always need to remember too that our thoughts create our reality, and every thought has a frequency, and then the outcome is going to be attracted to that frequency. So I don't want to have pain. I don't want to have pain. This pain is driving me nuts. I don't want to have pain. And it's hard not to focus on pain when you're in pain. Yeah. But what are you doing? That's the information you're sending out. That's what you're attracting. So what I suggest too, in addition. To the healing is focus on what you want. The power of the mind is so amazing, and when I see inflammation in somebody's body, and I'll tell my clients and callers into my Thursday night show. I have a live show on Thursday nights. Ask Julie Ryan, eight Eastern, seven Central, and five Pacific. By the way. Just saying, when I get somebody on my radar and they're full of inflammation, I'll say inflammation looks like red fog on body parts. Again, it's an image spirit sending to me that when they envision it, it incorporates that incorporates that frequency into their body, and I'll say, imagine royal blue energy coming on top of it. Think of the color of a refreezable ice pack that royal blue, and it calms down that inflammation instantly. And so I'll say, do that when you're in pain. And the stories I get back from people are just remarkable. Oh my God, I can do that, and my pain is reduced tremendously, almost instantly, because the body's going to follow what the brain shows it. So we can do that.
Alex Ferrari 56:12
So does when the body comes when the when you get sick, is it a message or is it the body just breaking down? I mean, obviously, as we get older, the body, you know, slowly deteriorates as age gets older. You know, we're not 20.
Julie Ryan 56:29
That's a belief.
Alex Ferrari 56:30
So, all right, and I have seen a lot of you know jacked up 70 year olds now, which I don't know how I feel about that. But you know, when when there's a 75 year old with a ripped sum. I'm like, look, dude, I know what you're doing. Naturally, that's not the way it goes. Generally speaking,
Julie Ryan 56:48
Yeah, but then you go to the blue zones and people live way past 100.
Alex Ferrari 56:53
Exactly. So the blue zones is a that's a great topic because I love the idea. There was a documentary series on blue zones on Netflix. Right. That went to every area. There's one in California,
Julie Ryan 57:05
Pennsylvania.
Alex Ferrari 57:06
There's one in Pennsylvania. There's obviously Japan, Greece, Italy, Greece, Italy. These little, but they're pockets. They're very small pockets. That the death rate or the the living age, it's way Over 100, it's it's it's just fascinating. It's cultural as well because you because they walk everywhere. You see you see old. I mean, when we were in Italy, you see see these people who look 500 years old, just just going out there like mowing the lawn or you know, and you are like,
Julie Ryan 57:41
They're not eating processed food. That's the big thing. They grow their own food. It's not poisoned with glyphosate and
Alex Ferrari 57:48
And all sorts of stuff
Julie Ryan 57:49
Junk like that. It's not processed. You know, it's just it doesn't have chemicals in there that you can't pronounce.
Alex Ferrari 57:55
So let me ask you this. I mean, the the industrial revolution obviously got us all to where we are right now, at a cost, fairly large cost. But within the last 150 years, what we've done as a society, as humanity, is pretty remarkable. Even within my lifetime, within your lifetime, how much has changed is insane, and it's changing so fast now. But we can't keep going down this road because we won't survive. The planet won't survive. We won't survive. And I think people are starting to become much more aware of what's in their food, of what's in their environment, of what what you know institutions have been doing for years and years and years and all that kind of stuff. From a psychic's point of view, where do you see our health, our food systems, our education of our body, and the ability to heal ourselves and things? We're seeing glimpses of it, and we have been seeing glimpses of it for a couple decades now. More than that, probably. There's been earlier in the '60s and so on that there were starts to talk about this Eastern ideas of like acupuncture and all that kind of stuff. But when do you think that we're going to finally wake up and go, hey man, maybe we don't need to eat processed food where there's a burger that lasts forever? I'm not going to say the fast food joint, but we all know what it is. We all see in the videos online. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, I saw one that they were pouring molten gold, molten gold over a burger, and it just bounced off the bread. The bread it didn't melt through as it should. It bounced off, and on the burger itself, it did nothing. It just like it's like Teflon. It was insane. So people are eating this kind of stuff, but people are becoming more aware of this. So where do you see us in in 50 years? Are we going to finally wake up and go, "This is not the food system that we need. This is not the medical system that we need.
Julie Ryan 59:54
Oh, I think we're waking up now. I think the food pyramid here in America has been changed recently. I think it's not.
Alex Ferrari 1:00:01
It's not sponsored by the dairy or the sugar industry. The sugar industry. You need five gallons of sugar a day,
Julie Ryan 1:00:09
Exactly. And I'm a recovering sugar addict. I've been sugar sober for seven years.
Alex Ferrari 1:00:12
I love that sugar sober.
Julie Ryan 1:00:14
I just I couldn't control it, so they just said, okay, I need to treat this like it's a drug addiction, which it is. They say it is more addictive than cocaine. Yeah, yeah. And I am, I am a disciple of. I see it. I go into a bakery, or I'll smell it, or I'll see it at a buffet or something. I go, oh my god, I don't want to eat, and I get the dopamine hit off of it. But then I say, yeah, I don't eat that anymore. Now, the last two weeks of my life, I've told my son, "I want you to break every cookie, every brownie, every piece of cake, every hot fudge sundae, every piece of fudge, whatever. And I'm going to eat it all the last two weeks of my life. He said, "Well, Mom, how am I going to know it's the last two weeks of your life? I said, "I'm a psychic. I'm going to tell you. So we have this running joke about that, but it doesn't mean I don't want it. It just and and the longer you go without it, then oh no, yeah, you become like yeah. We are waking up now. The the there was just here in America a lot is changing because RFK Jr. I don't care whether you like his politics or not? The guy's amazing what he's doing to help with the food supply. Yeah, again, in hospitals, they're putting their funding connected to you. Got to serve healthy food. You got to throw this junky food out that you're giving your diabetic patients, and you're bringing them pudding with a bunch of chemicals in it to eat.
Alex Ferrari 1:01:41
Oh, the hospital food's fantastic.
Julie Ryan 1:01:42
Hospital food, schools.
Alex Ferrari 1:01:44
Oh God,
Julie Ryan 1:01:45
The the welfare programs-they're not going to be paying for soda pop and for a bunch of junk anymore. That's a really grassroots. Let's get down to the basics that I think is going to change a lot of what we're seeing, we can do to to improve our health. What I what I envision happening is when people start eating better, a lot of these health problems are going to go away, and people are going to get it. Not to mention the old guard is dying off, and each generation that's born is smarter, more advanced, all of that. So we're seeing a shattering of the old, especially in my lifetime. You know, I grew up. You didn't mind. Well, I grew up in the '60s, so I said I was weaned on Twinkies.
Alex Ferrari 1:02:36
Oh,
Julie Ryan 1:02:37
You know, Twinkies, ding dongs, ho hos. You know, our oh, I like Captain Crunch.
Alex Ferrari 1:02:44
Well, good Captain Crunch back in the day. Yeah, yeah. Trix.
Julie Ryan 1:02:48
Yeah, but our pantry in my house was the envy of the neighborhood. All the kids wanted to come over and go in the Ryan's pantry. My mother worked, hated to cook, so we had a lot of packaged stuff. God bless her. But we were all taught you don't want to eat butter, you want to eat margarine. Yeah, you don't want to use olive oil, you want to use canola oil. Canola oil's poison. Margarine's poison, that kind of stuff. So people were doing what they were being told to do by their physicians, but the medical industry had been corrupted by, to your point, you know, big ag in certain areas and and the big food companies.
Alex Ferrari 1:03:29
I mean, the food pyramid used to be, you need 45 pieces of bread a day.
Julie Ryan 1:03:34
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:03:34
You know, then some meat, then some dairy.
Julie Ryan 1:03:37
Yeah,
Alex Ferrari 1:03:38
You had to have the dairy in there,
Julie Ryan 1:03:39
But the fruit was on the top,
Alex Ferrari 1:03:41
And the fruit, like just a couple pieces of fruit, and make sure you get that butter in there as well. You need, you need
Julie Ryan 1:03:46
Margarine.
Alex Ferrari 1:03:48
You need or whatever it was, yeah, margarine. So you needed all this stuff, and you just like,
Julie Ryan 1:03:51
Yeah.
Alex Ferrari 1:03:52
Of course, we're like so overweight and so sick and so that, and and then all the fast food and stuff like that. You just, it's a battle with my kids all the time. I'm like, because I'm the I'm the like the not the ninja in the house. I'm like, I'm just like, nope, nope. I'm the label reader. I've got an app. I look all the look everything up. I'm like, nope, that has that chemical in it. Can't have that. But I like that. I'm like, nope. We'll find you another version of that. So like, we had to find clean versions of an Oreo cookie, because that's like, my God! They put a flamethrower to it, a flamethrower.
Julie Ryan 1:04:25
I saw it
Alex Ferrari 1:04:28
For like two minutes, and it barely broke down.
Julie Ryan 1:04:31
I know
Alex Ferrari 1:04:32
For a flamethrower, and we're eating this stuff.
Julie Ryan 1:04:34
I know,
Alex Ferrari 1:04:35
And it's not even cream inside that stuff. It looks not even like there's no dairy. It's a Oreo cookies are vegan. People don't know that it's vegan. Why? Because there's no cream. There's no dairy. It's insane. I think no milk.
Julie Ryan 1:04:51
The other thing that we're seeing is we're seeing a lot of the old things shatter, and you've got to shatter the old to bring to allow the new, and if. Everything's hunky, hunky all the time. We don't have any incentive to create. So when people get all doomy and gloomy on me, oh my god, the planet's you know going to hell in a handbasket and all that. I'm like, no, it's not. We understand things that are less than optimal. We're creating new inventions, new techniques, new methodologies that are going to help us as we go forward with this, and we're always evolving. We're always creating. That's why we're here. We're here to create, and that's why we have the human experience. So it's fun to watch it unfold. The other thing, the other analogy that I like to use, and this came from a girlfriend when I was in my 20s before I was ever married, and I was dating, and she was 20 years older than I, and she said, "That guy you're dating, he's Kool Aid. I said, "What's that mean? She said, "Kool Aid's okay. It tastes good. It looks good. Smells good. You know, it's it's okay, sweet. That's a sugar, yeah. But how do you expect God to fill your bucket with champagne when it's full of Kool Aid? You got to empty your bucket of Kool Aid first before the champagne can come in, and that that's always stuck with me. I thought that was such a great analogy, and I think it pertains to everything in life. We've got to shatter the old. We've got to empty our bucket of whatever that's in there. Shatter the old, in order to leave space to bring in the new.
Alex Ferrari 1:06:29
I think that's what's happening in general right now with everything.
Julie Ryan 1:06:33
Always since the beginning of time.
Alex Ferrari 1:06:35
But but now it just seems, and maybe it's because we're more connected. But there's, I mean, look. There's there's institutions that have been around for a couple 1000 years,
Julie Ryan 1:06:45
Right!
Alex Ferrari 1:06:46
Close to it, and that they were they weren't changing. So the change has has always happened. Everything changes. Everything moves. Everything evolves. But the pace of it seems so much more revved up. From like when I grew up, what we were eating, to the information that's available now, I remember having to do. I was hired by the org. Was it? This is when I was editing full time. I had to. It was the organization. It was a foundation to teach people about organic food. I know that seems insane now, but this is only like 15 years ago. I had to put together a little video explaining to people organic what organic was, how it is. It was better for you, like because people would see it more priced in the supermarket, and no one would get it.
Julie Ryan 1:07:37
Right.
Alex Ferrari 1:07:38
So, so there's been so much more of that happening, and so much faster than it was throughout history, and not only in food, in schools, in government, in tech, in media. Everything's just falling. It just seems to be cracking all over the place.
Julie Ryan 1:07:56
Now, if my memaw, my beloved memaw, for whom I'm named, she was Joya Julie. She would say she used to tell me this all the time. She lived to be almost 100, and she used to tell me, "The older I get, the faster things go. I don't care what it is; it speeds up. And I can tell you, I experience that, and I think of her often. I think, "Oh my God, time just flies the older I get, which makes me more focused on what do I want to accomplish while I'm still here, and and certainly the technology that we have, the AI, the other things that we have that speed up all kinds of different manufacturing and whatever.
Alex Ferrari 1:08:39
Well, the internet, yeah,
Julie Ryan 1:08:41
Exactly. When I tell you that I was so excited when I got my first fax machine, I thought it was miraculous. It was. I mean, it had the thermal paper, so I couldn't lay in the sun and read business reports that came in on my thermal paper fax because it would break. It would the the sun would make it turn a dark gray, and I couldn't read it. I can't tell you how many times I was living in L.A. when I got my first fax machine. How many times I got in the car and raced like hell to the FedEx because they you had to have it there by 5l.A. time to get it back to Louisville, where they or Memphis, I guess it is for FedEx, Louisville's UPS, so that they could you know
Alex Ferrari 1:09:26
Get it
Julie Ryan 1:09:27
Get it on the next plane to wherever it was going. And when I got my fax machine, I thought, oh my god, this is miraculous! This is amazing.
Alex Ferrari 1:09:36
I mean, to be fair, yeah. To be fair, I find fax machines absolutely magical because it's not using it's using a phone line yeah to send paper like yeah like text yeah that is to me even more impressive than email even though email like you type something and it's in the other side of the world instantly that's super cool but old school like Anna. Long technology like that is still like what?
Julie Ryan 1:10:03
Well, my long distance bills.
Alex Ferrari 1:10:06
Oh no! Oh, okay. Now we're just aging ourselves.
Julie Ryan 1:10:08
They were just crazy, and so I had a friend who said, "Well, you know, instead of having a long phone call, just write out a message and fax it. And I thought that's brilliant. It took a minute instead of an hour, it was amazing. You know, so I know. Yeah, but everything progresses, and I think the AI stuff is really interesting because it's it's helping us streamline tasks that are laborious and time consuming, and we can look things up with AI, and we want to verify the sources. Certainly, if it's something that's super important, that would have taken us a week to search, even online, or even before we had the internet library,
Alex Ferrari 1:10:58
Yeah, and then hunt down a book and use the Dewey Decimal system and all of that to find the book or the microfiche of it all. So it's it's it's insane. This whole this whole this whole journey, the game we're all in is fabulous.
Alex Ferrari 1:11:18
It's insane.
Julie Ryan 1:11:19
It's fabulous.
Alex Ferrari 1:11:21
I think, and I always tell people too, is like I think that everybody, everybody comes down here. We're thrown into this, like this giant video game, and we're all we're thrown into this. No rules, no nothing. So basically, whatever rules you're born into, meaning the family you're born into, the community you're born into, the situation you're born into, are the way you look at life. So those are the stories that you start to understand, and then start incorporating into your foundational thing. The story of like this is how this works because it's it's insane. This you're just trying to figure it out, and I think all of us on every on multiple stages are just trying to figure out what this is and our place in it.
Julie Ryan 1:12:03
Well, and that's the work that you do, and the work that I do, and the work that our colleagues do, and that is to really take a good look at all of those beliefs that were embedded in us by our families of origin and our religions and communities, yeah, stuff like that, and go. You know that just really doesn't make sense, and it doesn't work for me anymore. It may work for my parents or my grandparents, but I was raised Catholic. You know, you don't eat meat on Friday ever,
Alex Ferrari 1:12:36
Obviously.
Julie Ryan 1:12:37
And then the church changed it, and then you just didn't eat meat on Friday during Lent, and you know you're gonna that was a big sin, and I and I used to think as a kid that does not make any sense. God doesn't care what you eat, and then and then the best is now I think well what happened to all those poor souls that went to hell because they ate meat on Friday and then the church changed their laws, you know?
Alex Ferrari 1:13:01
Sodo you you ever see the George Carlin bit on that? Yeah, he's like. So I was thinking, saying same things. Like, so what happened to all those people that went to hell for the meat wrap? Yeah, yeah. Like, is that oops? Like, sorry. Like, like they've been spending all that time. There's so many whole plot, so many plot holes.
Julie Ryan 1:13:19
It not and not just with religions, with everything.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:23
Oh, yeah. Well, for the food system, you know, with med, with medicine, with this and that, you know.
Julie Ryan 1:13:27
I used to say you you need to put a scarf on or a hat on because it's windy outside. You're going to get cold.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:34
Like that's not the way that works.
Julie Ryan 1:13:35
Well, colds are viruses. They don't come from the wind unless there's like a virus that the wind is? It usually comes from touching something, and then you touch your nose or your eyes or put your hands in your mouth. But you know what? To this day, Alex, in my mid 60s, I go outside on a windy day. I can hear my mima saying to me, "You need to put a hat or scarf on because it's windy out here, and you're going to catch a cold.
Alex Ferrari 1:13:57
And then I laugh. I turn it to my parents because now I tell my kids, they're like, "It's cold outside. You gotta put a jacket on. Why are you dressed like that? Why the shorts? Why are you wearing shorts like that? You wear shorts. I'm like, "I'm different. Why?
Julie Ryan 1:14:08
Yeah, I got hair on my legs.
Alex Ferrari 1:14:11
I have hair on my legs. It's insulating, like a yeti. So it's it's fascinating. So before we go, I wanted to ask. Let's talk a little bit about what we did together. Okay. So we shot two courses, and they either have been one has been released by this conversation being released, or both have been released, or one is about to be released, or so on and so on. But we did one on past lives, which I just loved. It was so much fun going into that, and another one about what happens when people die. Now you've written multiple books about the 12 phases.
Julie Ryan 1:14:47
One book,
Alex Ferrari 1:14:47
One book. But you've spoken a lot about the 12 phases of what actually happens on the deathbed,
Julie Ryan 1:14:53
Right!
Alex Ferrari 1:14:53
But what I discovered as well, which I found interesting, is I asked you the question while we were shooting, and. I was like, well, wait a minute. I get it. If you're like dying and you're in your deathbed and you're in hospice or you had a surgery or something like that, well, this situation makes sense. I'm like, oh yeah. And then on day one, all these people show up or these spirits show up, and day two, the the animals come in day three, whatever the the the sequence is. I'm like, that's all great, but what if you die in an accident? You know, your plane crash is like, what happens? And you made it very clear, like, no, no, no, no, this happens for everybody the exact same way because time is a construct of this reality, not of the other side. So if you die in a car accident or you die in an airplane crash, that moment when you're gone, all of this stuff happens in that time period, right? Is that correct?
Julie Ryan 1:15:45
Yeah, time doesn't exist in the spirit world. Time's a human creation, and regardless of how somebody dies, whether it be instantly, like in a in a suicide or a homicide, or it's prolonged over days, weeks, months, sometimes even years, we all go through what I call the 12 phases of transition, and it's a configuration of how angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets are there to help with the transition. I call them the Welcome to Heaven Committee, and then they're also there when we get to heaven. The reason why this is so important, and I think this stuff should be taught in schools, is there's lots of information out there about what happens in the afterlife, lots of information about near-death experiences, lots of information about how to grieve, but what we're really all afraid of is what's going to happen as we're dying, because some of us have seen the movie Ghost, where you know the evil spirits come. Yeah, yeah, which is all nonsense. All
Alex Ferrari 1:16:51
I told Bruce that was nonsense. Bruce wrote it, and he's he was he was on the show. I'm like Bruce. That's that you weren't right there, and you got a lot of stuff right. Yeah, there's a bunch of stuff right in that movie.
Julie Ryan 1:17:00
Well, back to that's what our frame of reference is. That's what we've been taught over the generations,
Alex Ferrari 1:17:04
And it's also very dramatic. It's dramatic. You need a devil. You need a Darth Vader. You need a Voldemort. You know,
Julie Ryan 1:17:10
But you know what? What controls the mass is better than anything? Fear, fear, and it's nonsense. All spirits go to heaven. All of that. The other thing that's so interesting about the 12 phases is there's a prayer said at the end of every Roman Catholic funeral, and it's called In Paradisum, and in Latin it translates into English into into paradise, and it talks about how the angels and your loved ones will greet you and lead you into paradise. Well, that's what I see happen energetically with the 12 phases of transition, and everybody goes through them. And back to science catching up with woo woo. University based research shows now that 90% of people at the end of their lives see the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets as they're transitioning, whether that be a year or longer, whether that be an hour, whether that be instantly, 90% So when we think, "Oh, grandma can see her mother who's been dead for 50 years; she's hallucinating from the morphine. No, she's not. She's actually able to see and communicate.
Alex Ferrari 1:18:24
Yeah, they have. Yeah, full. My grandmother had full communications. Yeah, like full talks with yeah with people that died.
Julie Ryan 1:18:32
Well, and anybody that works in the critical care areas of a hospital, ICU, CCU, ER, hospice care, they all have a bazillion stories about their patients talking to deceased loved ones, seeing deceased loved ones, seeing deceased pets. Whether the pets be barnyard animals like horses and cows and stuff, or giraffes or elephants, yeah, yeah, or you know a Yorkie or whatever, and also the other people that I find that have endless stories about this are the funeral directors. When the families go in to plan a funeral, they all have lots of stories about. Well, my dad at the end of his life saw his childhood friend who died when they were five, and he they were having a conversation. He was laughing, and he was so excited to see Bruce, and and we're all looking at him like, what kind of drugs is he on? But he was he wasn't. He was actually able to the veil that people talk about. People have one foot as they're dying in this human reality, and one foot in the spirit world, so it makes it much easier to communicate.
Alex Ferrari 1:19:43
Yeah, and and and the course goes into much, much, much more detail, and we just and we discuss a lot of other things in regards to the dying process and the healing process and the and the reasonings behind it and what happens afterwards and all that. So it was a beautiful, beautiful course, and I think a very important one too.
Julie Ryan 1:19:58
Even if. You don't have somebody in your life that's dying. You will eventually.
Alex Ferrari 1:20:05
Everyone does,
Julie Ryan 1:20:05
And we're all going to be there eventually. And even more so than that, Alex, that it helps us navigate those times, and it helps in the grieving process too. When we know, okay, nobody ever dies alone. My child, who died in a car crash, there were angels surrounding them, and angels that escorted them to heaven. But the other thing is, I find for me personally, it helps me live a more joyful life, absolutely, and a more adventurous life, because I and I don't get wound up about things so much anymore because I think if the worst thing that can happen to me is I die and I'm escorted to heaven by angels and all my loved ones are there, okay, bring it on. What you got for me? And and it's really changed how I look at living life even more. So when I'm going through the death of the dying process with a client or with somebody I love. It's way easier for me to navigate that and to also know that I can communicate with them telepathically as they're going through it. Once they're in heaven, whenever I want, and it's it really has so many wonderful benefits to knowing this information. Not just when you have somebody who's dying,
Alex Ferrari 1:21:28
No question. And and when you don't have to worry about like, am I going to hell? Am I going to help? That that that's just trauma. You know, as a Catholic as well as a
Julie Ryan 1:21:40
Purgatory, limbo
Alex Ferrari 1:21:40
Limbo, purgatory, hell. Like you know, I was introduced to hell when I was in first grade, for God's sakes, by a nun, and I came. It was like it's just
Julie Ryan 1:21:52
You were just way more gullible. I heard that nonsense, and I was like, oh, this is nonsense.
Alex Ferrari 1:21:56
Okay, first of all, I wasn't as evolved as you, Julie. I'm sorry
Julie Ryan 1:21:59
Six year old. I was like,
Alex Ferrari 1:22:04
No, I was terrified, and and then yeah, and then like a few months later, I came home and I go, Mom, you know what? I know what I want to do when I grow up, and she's like, what? She's like, I want to be a priest, and she's like, what? She's like, yeah, I just want to be a priest. I think it's the thing to do. Seems like an important dude. Yeah, seems very powerful. I was like, and she's like, "Okay, let's hope this wears off.
Julie Ryan 1:22:24
Well, we used to when we were little, and we'd get ready to get in the tub of one of four. We'd take our shirts, you know, and just leave them on our heads.
Alex Ferrari 1:22:31
Oh, like a habit,
Julie Ryan 1:22:32
Like like a nun's veil, you know, and we'd walk around like that, which was yeah. Well, we used to play mass with Necco wafers as the communion. Did you ever do that?
Alex Ferrari 1:22:42
I played. Oh no, I didn't.
Julie Ryan 1:22:45
You know what necco wafers are? Those little
Alex Ferrari 1:22:47
The one. You mean the actual body of Christ ones?
Julie Ryan 1:22:49
No, the neco wafers, the candy, necco. They look like communion, but they come in different colors and they come in a pack. A lot of people that are watching this will know what I'm talking about.
Alex Ferrari 1:22:59
I don't know how
Julie Ryan 1:23:00
Necco.
Alex Ferrari 1:23:01
By the way, I don't know how that communion was processed, but I remember always liking it. I always liked the bread. I don't know why it was something, but I did enjoy it. Like I'm like, can we buy the bread? I thought it was sacrilege.
Julie Ryan 1:23:12
Unleavened bread.
Alex Ferrari 1:23:14
Yeah, it was just it was just really. I just remember very very fondly, but I was like, I'm sure they sell it.
Julie Ryan 1:23:20
It's the Catholic form of matzah.
Alex Ferrari 1:23:22
It basically is the Catholic matzah. Yeah, exactly. But we don't have a soup based on it. But and then of course we did the other course on past lives, which we've talked about a bunch. So much fun. You do a past life scan versus a past life regression, where a regression is much more of a journey hour hypnotic kind of meditative thing, which I've done that, and that's been wonderful. Yeah, and it was really, really eye opening seeing that life. But you do past life scans, and in the course you actually break down how you can do it. We teach you how to do it yourself, and you could do it for other people and things. So much fun, so much is so fascinating. And what I adore about the way you teach, Julie, you're very unique in the space because of the of your as matter of fact kind of way of approaching all of this woo stuff, which I find so beautiful. You're like, look. There's spirits. There's this. There's that. There's going to be a past life, and you go do this, and you do that, and you do this, and there's going to be angels there, and there's going to be, and you just, it's not even. It's like you're like talking about a coffee. You're like, yeah, we're going to go get a cup of coffee, and then we'll have dinner, and we're like, it's that kind of energy. So it's really refreshing to see it without a lot of the grandiose wooness of it all, like it's and then the angels come. It's like it's like the Christmas carol. All of a sudden, then Marley showed up. None of that stuff. It's very straightforward, very easy to understand.
Julie Ryan 1:24:53
I'm a businesswoman. Cut to the chase. You're all in. Let's get it. Let's move on. I think the past like. Regressions are wonderful.
Alex Ferrari 1:25:01
Oh yeah, they're wonderful.
Julie Ryan 1:25:03
I I got things to do, people to see, places to go.
Alex Ferrari 1:25:08
Listen, there's nothing wrong with those, but this is a this is a past life scan.
Julie Ryan 1:25:11
It's a scan. You know, you got an hour to do a past life regression. I got an hour. We can do 13 past lives for you. Yeah. People go, well, tell me all about my past lives. I'm not going to live long enough to tell you about all your past lives because you've lived 1000s of them. So we teach the technique in your training that you know here's how you do it. Here's how you figure out what's the past life that has the most correlation with what you're going through in this life. Yes, and we talk also about soul families and
Alex Ferrari 1:25:44
Yeah, and pre birth and pre birth planning and all of that kind of stuff. Oh no, it it was it was wonderful. And for someone like myself who's you know versed in a lot of this stuff, I learned a bunch of new stuff that I hadn't learned before, which is always fun for me. You know, after so many conversations about this stuff, to be surprised about certain things.
Julie Ryan 1:26:02
Well, and I've experienced it 10s of 1000s of times. So people can say, "Well, how do you know that's really real? I go, "Well, that's what I've experienced. Your experience may be totally different, but here's what I experienced. And the thing that makes it so much fun in my mind is, oftentimes we get information we can validate with historic documentation online, and I say you can make this stuff up. I mean, there's no way we can find people's names, and in historic census documents, and we find out that they lived where we got what the address?
Alex Ferrari 1:26:41
And they're not Cleopatra. They're not super famous. Yeah, they're just like a dude that was doing something, or a lady that was doing something.
Julie Ryan 1:26:47
And everybody will say, "Well, I'm told I'm an Indian princess. Well, maybe yes, maybe no. Let's find out. But I love when we can get the historic documentation because it validates it. And I, I always say, I don't know this stuff. I can't make this stuff up, and and it comes in. So yeah, past lives are that's one of the most fun things I get to do.
Alex Ferrari 1:27:10
It was a beautiful course, and if anyone everyone watching, depending on where you're watching, you should see a link here coming up right now. If not, if you're on YouTube or anywhere else, there should be a link in the description. But if you're on Next Level Soul TV, you might already have it, so you should be watching it right now. Julie, where can people find out more about you and the amazing work you're doing in the world?
Julie Ryan 1:27:32
askjulieryan.com is where everything is. We do a show release, three shows a week, two interviews, live show. People call in from all over the world. That's a blast, and we can do anything in the buffet of psychicness. Also, I have my weekend training for the whole buffet of psychicness that's coming up in Atlanta. It's in person, and it's the weekend of october 23 through the 25th. So, if you're interested in learning the buffet of psychicness, and we have so much fun over a weekend, and we about blow the roof off of the hotel because the energy vibe is so high.
Alex Ferrari 1:28:12
Yeah, we had something similar at the Ascension Conference. Yeah, like just so many cool people, right? So many cool high vibe people all in one place. That's right. It just does lift the place,
Julie Ryan 1:28:21
And they come from all over the world. All over the world, yeah. It's pretty fascinating. It's really fun, and so everybody can do all this stuff I do. Remember, I learned how to do this. I didn't have any skills that I knew of, but it's just a matter of developing and enhancing it. And everybody can do this, and people are doing this stuff in the first hour of my training.
Alex Ferrari 1:28:43
That's awesome. That's awesome, Julie. It's always a pleasure having you on the show. Thank you so so much for for being here and for working with us as always. And I can't wait for people to see these amazing courses that we put together. So thank you as always, my dear.
Julie Ryan 1:28:58
It's my honor to always be with you. I love you dearly. You're my little brother, and I always love it when I say to people, "Don't we look a lot alike? They'll be like, "No,
Alex Ferrari 1:29:10
Not even a little bit. But yes, I get you from another mother, little brother from another mother.
Julie Ryan 1:29:14
