How are shop items made?
Everything in the Next Level Soul Shop is made to order. When you place an order, our print partner makes your item just for you and ships it directly to you.

- It also means we cannot take returns or exchanges on items we make for you. See Can I return or exchange an item?
- Colors can look slightly different on a screen than in person.
If anything arrives wrong or damaged, we will make it right.
