Can I return or exchange an item?

Everything in the Next Level Soul Shop is made to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on the products we make for you. That includes changes of mind, size, or color.

We still want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, including the wrong size, we can refund or replace it. See My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
