Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment on purpose, without judgment. It grew out of Buddhist meditation and is now widely taught in health and wellness settings. People use it to notice thoughts and feelings, slow down reactions, and bring more calm to everyday tasks.

Why It Matters

Mindfulness is the simplest practice to start today. It needs no equipment, only a few moments of attention.
