About this course
The Between is inspired by the Tibetan Book of the Dead. It gently dissolves the fear of death by pointing to the awareness that exists beyond the body and the mind.
Through contemplation and presence, you discover that what you truly are has never been born and can never die. Life and death begin to look like two expressions of the same eternal awareness.
Maybe you have lost someone. Maybe you simply wonder. Either way, you will find peace, freedom, and clarity here.
