Can I change or cancel my order?

Production starts quickly because every item is made to order. That means orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

• Email gifts@nextlevelsoul.com right away with your order number and what you need changed.
• If your order has already gone into production, we are not able to change or cancel it.
• Typed the wrong address? Tell us immediately so we can try to fix it before it ships.
