Where is my order?

When you order, you get a confirmation email right away. Because every item is made to order, your tracking email arrives once your order has been printed and handed to the carrier.

• Use the tracking link in your shipping email to see where your package is.
• Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after the label is created. This is normal.
• If your tracking has not moved in 10 business days, or you have no shipping email after 10 business days, email us with your order number and we will look into it.
