I Was Dead for 44 Hours & Came Back with Robert Marshall

On today’s episode, we welcome Robert Marshall, a man who quite literally crossed the line between life and death — three times. A former military veteran and once a self-described “stubborn, arrogant man,” Robert’s heart stopped for over ninety minutes, his brain destroyed, his body bloated beyond recognition. Yet, by what can only be called a divine act, he returned to life — completely healed, mind and body restored, and filled with the memory of forty-four astonishing hours in heaven.

His story begins in a hospital room in Fort Worth, Texas. A sudden airway collapse caused by what doctors believed was an aggressive cancer took his breath — and his heartbeat — away. As physicians frantically worked to revive him, Robert’s consciousness drifted above his body, calmly observing the chaos below. “I was hovering above the bed, watching the nurses and doctors break my ribs doing CPR,” he recalls. “And then — that fast — I was standing in heaven.” What he saw next defied earthly description. There were colors no human eye had ever seen, harmonies that filled the air like sunlight, and an atmosphere so saturated with love that even the trees and flowers sang praises to God. “In heaven,” he said, “everything gives off a melody — even the plants. Every sound, every scent is alive in praise.”

It was there that Robert saw his father again — young, healthy, radiant. “He looked at me and said, ‘Well, you did it now, didn’t you, son?’” It was his father’s familiar teasing from their time on Earth, a gentle way of saying, “You’ve gone and gotten yourself into trouble again.” Robert laughed, realizing he was indeed home — the true home we all long for, where no pain exists, only peace. And then, in the distance, he saw a luminous figure: Jesus Christ. “How do I talk to Him?” he asked his father. “Start with your right knee on the ground,” came the answer. But when Robert finally approached Christ, he found himself unable to kneel halfway. “I just fell flat on my face, sobbing. They weren’t tears of sorrow — they were tears of joy.”

For forty-three hours and twenty-eight minutes of heavenly time, Robert walked with Jesus, who taught him the mysteries of creation — from Genesis to Revelation, the purpose of faith, and the meaning of true salvation. “He explained the Bible, why it was written, and why there are no contradictions — only layers of truth.” Jesus showed him the “river of life,” the radiant fields of heaven, and even the mansion that would one day be his. But as their journey neared its end, Jesus said something that shook him: “Now you know this is not where you will spend all of eternity.” Robert panicked — until Christ clarified: there would one day be a new heaven and a new earth, and humanity would share in its divine renewal.

Still, Robert’s mission was not yet complete. “You asked to go back,” Jesus reminded him. “Your body is destroyed — your brain gone, your organs decayed. But I can send you back with a miracle that none will deny.” Jesus promised him a new brain, a new heart, new lungs — everything restored as if he had never died. “I will make you whole,” Christ said, “so that you may tell the world that I am real, that heaven is real, and that love is eternal.”

When Robert awoke, he was in the hospital, surrounded by disbelief. His wife had refused to let doctors pull the plug after three and a half days of brain death. As she held his hand, he squeezed her fingers — not once, but twice. The doctor, determined to prove reflexes, shouted, “If you can hear me, raise your arms!” and to his astonishment, Robert did. “The doctor flew back in his chair,” he laughs. “He couldn’t believe it. My brain scans showed nothing — and then, the next day, a perfect brain.” Even more astonishing, his blood type had changed, his tracheotomy hole sealed overnight, leaving no scar. As he says, “They couldn’t explain it. But I can — Jesus did exactly what He promised.”

When Robert later returned to the ICU, the very doctors and nurses who had pronounced him dead were speechless. Standing before them — strong, radiant, and alive — he delivered the message Christ had given him: that their healing hands were extensions of divine will, and that life and death are not theirs to control, but sacred mysteries entrusted to God.

SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS

  1. Love is the foundation of heaven. Every atom, every sound, and every living being is connected through divine love — the pulse of creation itself.

  2. Faith is the key to resurrection. True belief in God’s presence transforms fear into peace, even in the face of death.

  3. Miracles are messages. Each act of divine intervention is an invitation to awaken, to remember that we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience.

Robert Marshall’s return from death is not simply a story about survival — it is a revelation about surrender. “When I fell before Jesus,” he says, “I understood that faith isn’t believing that He can. It’s knowing that He already has.” His life now is a living testament to that truth — a man reborn, walking among us, carrying heaven in his heart.

You know, 20-30, seconds, how long it takes to look down and see what's going on. And I drifted out here, and then that fast I was standing in heaven. The first thing out of my mouth, selfishness, should have been anything but this. But it wasn't. I said, why I said this? I says, Can I go back? I've never heard anything so dumb in my whole life. It's actually kind of comical. Here's a doctor that knows you have no brain, knows you're dead, and tells you to raise, to raise your arms

Alex Ferrari 0:35
Well, but he's doing it just to prove a point

Robert Marshall 0:37
You want to try to kill me. He goes, he goes, Look at me. I looked over at him.

Alex Ferrari 1:04

Robert Marshall 1:27
I'm blessed. I'm doing fabulous. Thank you. Thank you, Alex!

Alex Ferrari 1:31
Thank you so much for coming, my friend. I am excited to hear your story of your near death experience. Is I've done about 130, 140, 150 of them at this point. Again, you have a very at this point, again, you have a very unique one. It's a unique story. And how long you spent, what happened to you, everything your book here is called, it's a kind of a spoiler alert, 44 hours in heaven. So we're gonna start. We'll start from the beginning, like what we're what happened? How did you How did you die? Let's say, let's, let's take it. Let's take us back to the day that you, you passed, and what happened?

Robert Marshall 2:07
Okay, first of all, it's not, truly not an nde a near death experience. I actually died. I was dead for three days, and if you would call it, he resurrected me from the dead the 17th of May, I had you want a long, short, long, short version.

Alex Ferrari 2:30
Let's keep it. Let's keep the long stuff for inside of heaven, up until then we can kind of shorten it up.

Robert Marshall 2:36
All right. On the 17th of May, I had a very large mass on my neck. It was swallowed like this. I had gone previously going to an outpatient emergency room stand alone, and the doctors said that he came back, did MRIs blood test and all that stuff, and I was having trouble breathing. That's why I went there and swallowing. And the doctor came back in and told me, he said that there's about a 99% chance that this is a very aggressive form of cancer. And he said, I've sent your information out to two other doctors. They have all agreed that this is very aggressive and you need to go see this cancer surgeon immediately on Monday, He cleared his schedule so I could go in on Monday. He says, Do not put this off. It's very aggressive. And he said, You need to go see him now. I said, Okay, I never made it to Monday, Friday or on the 17th of may. I was having extreme difficulty swallowing and breathing. I couldn't swallow water. I couldn't swallow anything. We have little oxygen meters that measure your oxygen and my oxygen at that point was registered, registering about 88 to 89% and they say below 90, you need to get to an emergency room fast, very much so. And in addition to low oxygen level, I was I couldn't swallow. It's just that simple. So my wife said, Let's go. We went to the emergency room in downtown. Fort Worth she drove. I was I was feeling enough out of it at that point. I didn't feel safe to drive. She drove. We went to the emergency room. She I said, drop me off in front. Park the car. Come on in. She said, Okay. And I walked through the emergency room doors. And there's a line in emergency rooms of people checking in, and the lady at the who was behind the window kind of went like this, and looked at me and says, are you okay? Well, I had to struggle to get to get out, so I'm having a little trouble breathing. And she said to go in the back right now. And she pushed the button, the door open, and I went straight into the back. She didn't even check me in at this point, just sent me right straight back to the emergency room. You. The Doctor met me back there, sat down, start looking, examining me, and taking his little preliminary test and everything else. And make a longer story short, my wife got there about the same time that the doctor said we're going back here and we're going to intubate him, which is an oral tube down my throat. So they took me into the into the back room, and of course, they put me asleep, to put this tube down, and intubated me. They put the tube in and then so I could get oxygen, and took me immediately. They admitted me to the intensive care unit. That was the last thing I last time I was awake. They took me in there on the 19th of May, the doctor came in. They had had me for, you know, two days, and then they were filled me with antibiotics and steroids and everything else in the world you can think of, you know, doctors, they just throw everything in there to help. Knew they had, knew they had to get this swelling down, and at this point, they still felt that they were dealing with cancer at that point, and it was blocking my airway, pushing pressure on my airway, that was a problem. I had breathing. But with the tube down there, I was fine. I was getting oxygen. I'm doing good, you know, except for cancer,

Alex Ferrari 6:31
Giant thing of cancer,

Robert Marshall 6:32
Everybody gets a little piece of cancer every once in a while, lived till you had some right? Yeah. And what happened was a doctor came in, looked at the charts, looked at all the machines, you know, because they had me, you know, on the machine. You know, they put you on the machines and everything. And of course, the oxygen going in, and tubes everywhere. And the doctor looked down and says, Well, he seemed to be his stats look real good. Let's see how he does without the tube, and see if he could breathe without it. Well, she kind of messed up, because she should have had, should have done an x ray prior to that which she didn't or an MI, or something which is neither here nor there. You know, doctors are human too. She, she took it out, asked my wife to leave the room, took it out, and, you know, started watching. And my wife came back in, and she was in there about 3035, minutes, and I was, I was breathing fine. Everything was, everything was looking great. I'm getting oxygen stats into my, you know, they put it on. Figure myself, everything was good. And she's all right, looks like he's doing okay on this. And she left the room with my wife out there. And then, of course, my wife came back in. Well, they were gone about 40, 35, or 40 minutes, according to medical records. And that's the other nice thing about unique thing about this. Everything was recorded. So I think when I say the time, I can look out, the medical records say how long it was during that 35 to 40 minutes that they were gone, that mass rolled over my airway and I suffocated to death. My heart stopped. I had no oxygen. My wife is the one that discovered me turning blue, deeper blue, deeper blue, deeper blue. I looked like somebody in the Blue Man Group, except I had no makeup. I was just no oxygen. She ran out of the room out there and hollered, he's blue. He's blue. And the doctor was at the nurse's station. And the doctor, of course, ran in and discovered me. She was right. I stopped breathing. My heart had stopped. They, of course, hit the Code Blue Button. Everybody in the world came in. They chased my wife out of there, because now I'm not aware of this, okay? I mean that we read the medical records, what it is, you know, and they started working on trying to get me breathing again. They had, they were doing CPR. They took them 15 minutes of CPR to get my heart going. And they they, in the process, they were trying to get oxygen into me. They couldn't do that. Now, when I died, the first time I'd actually died three times within this one in succession, yeah, within this, this situation, yes, got it. So the first time that I died, I I I was in heaven for 15 minutes. Basically, is about what it we tried to equate that time, 15 minutes Earth time. We tried to equate this according to how long, no heart, no absence, no nothing, no stimulus, and everything according to medical records. And I left my body. Body, and I remember hovering above my body and looking down and going like and I'm watching all the nurses and the doctors crawl under the tables. There were tubes. They were pushing. They ended up breaking my ribs, of course, doing CPR, trying to get my heart going. I drifted out to the hall, and I saw my wife just crying. She was just hysterical, as you can imagine, and literally, there were puddles of tear on the floor. She was been Were you aware that you were dead? I At that point, I knew I I knew something isn't normal, okay? Yes, I'm not with my body. I'm going like looking down. It's surreal, but it wasn't like that. I'm going, Oh, wow, I'm down. Like, what's happening? Yeah, I mean, no pain, no pain, no feeling, nothing. I'm just watching.

Alex Ferrari 10:51
You're just at this point. You're just kind of like hovering and watching the situation. Got it!

Robert Marshall 10:56
And I drifted back into thing. Now this isn't for a long period of time. This was like, maybe, you know, 20, 30, seconds, how long it takes to look down and see what's going on. And I drifted out here, and then that fast, I was standing in heaven. I didn't see a tunnel light. I didn't go through a tunnel of light. I didn't do it. I was just in heaven. So what does heaven look like? Oh my gosh. I remember the feeling that soon as I was standing there now, I could feel, I could smell, I could hear, I could do everything, and I was standing at the edge of what I call like the inner courtyard, if you would call it. It's like a huge maze like, pardon,

Alex Ferrari 11:38
Is this a stone, or is it?

Robert Marshall 11:40
No, it was, it was there were trees and bushes, all natural, all yes, so I'm standing here, and I'm looking around, literally, like you were just, what's it like? And I'm looking at, I'm looking at the trees and the flowers and just disrupt everything. And it's just there's this massive and so beautiful and brilliant and like, we have 43 oak trees in our backyard, and our oak trees, compared to the trees in heaven, are like little dying branches. Oh, it's just the collars are so vibrant, right? And it's not like three dimensional, that's like gazillion dimensional. I mean, it's just, they're just there, and the flowers or the colors, and it just, it's just

Alex Ferrari 12:22
There's colors you didn't recognize.

Robert Marshall 12:23
Yes, they're there. You've talked to other people. There is absolutely no way you could describe all of those colors and trees and and the greens and different colors you they don't even have here.

Alex Ferrari 12:36
What are you feeling?

Robert Marshall 12:37
I am feeling the most peaceful, loving feeling. It's like a huge, giant hub. It's like you're connected to everything, and everything is just fills you with love and the peace and hub and and I found out what that is, is in heaven, there's no no sun, there's no night, there's no day. It's just day, but there's no sun in the sky. You know, we always say that Jesus is the light. Well, that's literal. He his light lights up all of heaven, and in his light is his love that carries out and comfort that just permeates everything and everybody, and everybody's connected by that, that love, that just, you just just, you just feel the love. It's just, it's just a, just like a giant hug.

Alex Ferrari 13:31
Robert, before we continue, were you a Christian prior

Robert Marshall 13:35
Yes, I was a Christian, but I wasn't what you would call a very good one.

Alex Ferrari 13:40
You were the the occasional Christian, like I was an occasional Catholic. I would go Easter, Christmas, pretty much. That's it.

Robert Marshall 13:46
Yeah, I, I accepted the Lord in 1984 and I, I just didn't, you know, I knew I loved Jesus and I understood, but I wouldn't go to church. I wasn't doing any of that. I didn't study the Bible. I didn't, in fact, when I died, I didn't even own a Bible true. So I had never read it. I just knew that he that I accepted the Lord, sure.

Alex Ferrari 14:20
Okay, so you're back in heaven.

Robert Marshall 14:22
So I'm back in heaven. So now I'm looking at the trees and the vibrancy of them, but something unique about the trees and the plants in heaven. Every tree, every flower, every plant, gives off what I call a little melodic tone or hum, and they all combine together for a song that's singing praises to Jesus all day long. Now it's in the background. It's like a a not a white noise, but I mean, if you stop and you could hear it. But. It's there. There's no dead silence, but it's there, and it's continuously. And it's the most beautiful song, melodic tone that you ever could think of. In addition to that, every plant, every flower, all gives off a special little scent of their own that wants to get again. Combined together makes the most beautiful fragrance and smell of air that you it's like fresh air and just everything you could even imagine. It's not strong, like perfume or anything. It's just, it's just the most incredible smell of fresh air that you could ever, ever imagined. Now, you could stop and go to individual plants and look and smell them, each different scent of the plants and separate it. But when it's combined, just like that, when you're not doing that, it's just like the trees. You can hear that special tone, but it's combined that, that does that, that makes that beautiful thing and and it literally praises Jesus all day long. I mean, we always hear they're going to be praising Jesus all day long and praising God all day long. Well, the plans and everybody are, which is just, it was the, just the neatest thing, I've most peaceful, loving feeling. You're looking at you going like, Wow. I mean, you just can't believe, and it's like you don't feel any pain, you don't feel you just feel vibrant, loved, warmth, just it's just incredible. And the beauty of everything is unbelievable. Now, over at the outside, I was outside, but I was looking in the inner courtyard, and it's just rows of shrubbery. There was a river of pure, colossal river life running through all the way back up to what would be like a throne, if you would have it. And along it were benches with trees and flowers on the edge of the river and stuff. And if you ever seen a these huge Manson, Manson mansions that have, like, all the shrubbery and stuff in designs and everything you know, like out of Britain right now, okay, well, it's kind of like that only the most elaborate, elegant, beautiful things, and everything was absolutely perfect. And I remember looking over and I saw a figure that I recognized, and I looked and is in the distance, and he was just there tending the bushes and stuff like that, you know. And it was my dad. My My dad had died in 1992 No, he died at 92 in 2011 excuse me, in 2011 he died at 92 from cancer. He had throat cancer ended shriveled him away and eat him away. But when I saw him, I recognized him as the dad of my youth. He was about 3536 years old, maybe perfect health, happy, and I remembered him from, from when I was growing up. And I'm looking and I'm going like, wow, you know, because now the sensory overload is just, I mean, I realized now i I'm pretty sure I'm in heaven here, this is, you know, and but I'm still not thinking about having been dad dying. And, you know, there was no pain where that I was just eating when I was down there. And I remember walking over approaching my dad, and I walked up to him, and I said, Dad. Now my dad and I had this kind of little thing that we had when I was growing up. I was in the military and worked, was in some pretty precarious positions, and I remember I get shot or wounded or something. I spent three and a half years in Vietnam alone, but I come home and he'd say, Well, you You really did it. Now, didn't you? Son, Yes, Dad, I didn't do anything. You know that it was his little way of putting light on the situation, but it was kind of a little thing that we did, but was, you know, my dad, well, every time I get in trouble, you did it now, didn't you? And I walked up to him, and I said, dad, and he goes, Yeah. He says, Well, you did it now, didn't you, son? And it was kind of like his way to let me know, this is my dad, right? And I'm going, dad, I didn't do anything. I died. He goes, I know, I know. And I said, Wow. And I went, like, Am I in heaven? He says, Where do you think you are? And I says, I think it's heaven. He goes, Yes. And I went, wow. And we, we talked a little bit and about, you know, things in the past and and I remember looking over, seeing over in a far distance of light and a silhouette of men, which kind of, you know, has silhouette of Jesus, is what I'm looking at. Capital gamble. Guy says, who's that over there? And he said, Who do you think it is? Says, Jesus. And he goes, yes. I went, like, wow. How do I get to talk to him, you know? And he goes, well. He says, first thing you do when you approach him, you start with your right knee on the ground, then your left knee on the ground. And if there's a conversation to be had, he'll start it. I said, Okay, so we're talking a little bit more. And of course, my being me, I'm I want to go meet Jesus. So I started to walk in that fast, just as fast as I was there, that fast I was back in my body. Those cotton picking doctors got my heart going.

Alex Ferrari 20:44
I went from like, what are you doing?

Robert Marshall 20:45
Yeah. I went from total absolute ecstasy to

Alex Ferrari 20:49
Yes, slam it back into your body.

Robert Marshall 20:50
Bam, right back in. And all the pain, all the pain, everything. And at this point, fortunately, I wasn't there that long, conscious at that point, yeah, I was you felt it, oh, yeah. Okay, so now I'm going like this. But then it was almost as fast as I was back. I died again, and I was right this time, I didn't hover. I was right back in heaven again. This time I was standing outside of a field, big, huge pasture and the trees, the familiar smells and the hug and the feeling of love is like, I'm home. Oh, just it was absolutely incredible. Well, I was glad to get out of back down there, so I was kind of glad I died again while what happened down there, and the reason that I died again was because of stress, pain. I suffocated the first time, the second time, during the time I was gone, they they were trying to put get obviously, took 15 minutes get my heart going again. But they, this time, they were trying to get a trach down me again, so that an oral intubation tube, you call it, not the trach yet, so I get oxygen again. But they couldn't get it down in there because that mass had rolled over. It was blocking it. So then they decided they had a trach me. And course, they're doing CPR again, because my heart stopped again, and they're continuing with the CPR. I'm bouncing around on a table, you can imagine. And a scalpel and bouncing on a table is never good. So they were cutting. They cut me to put a trick. And yeah, I know I don't have a big hole there either. That's another amazing thing. We'll get to that down the road. But the they cut it too big, cut it at an angle, and then they tried, they was too big for the trach. They tried to insert the trach down in there, and it cut that down in there. And what had happened was they couldn't, still couldn't get oxygen to me, so I continued being without oxygen. So I've already been without oxygen for 15 minutes. Took them another 2020, minutes to get anything back down in there. And the reason for that is because to get my heart started again. I mean, when they inserted the tubes of the trach tube, they couldn't get oxygen in still, and the reason they couldn't was because they had Nick and I had bled out into my lungs, and my lungs were filled with with blood, and the trach tubes got filled with blood, and all it was doing was pumping blood oxygen in there, and they couldn't get any oxygen because my inside of my lungs had been coated with blood. They were coagulating, and when they pulled the trach tube out, the oxygen was still going in, but it just shot blood everywhere because they kept filling up with blood. That's when they realized we now have a blood problem in addition to a heart problem, in addition to an oxygen problem, we got big problems. And when they that, my heart stopped the second time, and they went, they they came out to my wife, he's gone, he it's gone again. He's gone, he's gone. And they came out and to my wife and says, What do you want us to do? And we had a living will. My wife says, you do everything you can. And they went back in and said, his wife says, keep doing everything we can. So they did. They continued. Took him another 20 minutes to get my heart started. They were trying to get blood out of there. They're pumping.

Alex Ferrari 24:35
So now they're trying to get you back. What's going on in heaven?

Robert Marshall 24:38
Okay, I'm sorry. All right. Well, Jesus told me to tell everybody what that was, because when he sent me back, he wants people to know. Got it all right. So I'm back in heaven. Yeah, in heaven, I'm standing at the pasture in a field of just beautiful now, the trees, the flowers, tall, flowing grass and. Across the field, come running, two horses trotting, and three little dogs. I'm looking at this. And as they got closer, I recognized the two horses. My wife and I had horses. One was named shakush. Called him shock. He's white, Arabian, beautiful horse. Personality of a playful clown. Thought he was a dog in the arena, whether he jumped like a dog does with her. The other woman was named nuggets. She was a quarter horse, a buckskin Quarter Horse, very regal and gentle. You know, total different personalities. I recognized they came up. We had to have both of them put down because of age and cancer and stuff like that they had, and they both came running up to me, along with the three little dogs. And I recognized the horses, except now they're in perfect shape too. I mean, there's nothing wrong with them, right? No, swayed back from saddle. I mean, just absolutely beautiful. And I recognized two of the dogs, third one I didn't know. And we have had three, three dogs. We had first dog was named fudge fudge one, of course, we had to have him put down because of old age. Fudge two, we had him put down because of old age and dementia. And then we have another dog right now, fudge three, but he's still okay. He's still at home with us. But those were fudge one and fudge two that we had. There were our dogs. They were there third one I didn't know. Later, I found out that that little third dog was named Annie, and there was a dog that my wife had had before I even knew her. I never knew this dog. I never knew that my wife had this

Alex Ferrari 26:40
Decided, like, Hey, I'm gonna come to the party.

Robert Marshall 26:43
Well, yeah, you know, and the little dog, she was just sitting there, cute little dog. And I was back telling my wife about, you know, the dogs, obviously telling her what happened. And she goes, Just a minute, she went, got a picture. He says, Is this the dog? I described it? And she says this. I said, Yes, it was her dog that she had put down before I even knew her. So at that point, I'm I, I'm treated with this experience. Our pets are absolutely in heaven. They were a gift from God, and he doesn't take gifts that He gives you back. He gave us those dogs he gave us, those horses, and that bond, that special. And they do have little souls, and they do love, and they are, they're just the coolest little animals. Now, another thing that I found out in heaven was, when you're in heaven, you can communicate with your pets, not like Hello, Mr. Ed the talking horse, but you know what they're saying. They know what you're saying. You can communicate. We, we had the greatest conversation, and they were, they were happy that we took them out of their suffering.

Alex Ferrari 27:50
When you were speaking to your dad in the first the first time, were you doing the same kind of communication?

Robert Marshall 27:56
No, it was physical, just like we're talking here,

Alex Ferrari 27:59
Really? So you saw body? He saw, Oh yes. And he said, and you had a body? You actually,

Robert Marshall 28:04
I actually had a body. You saw. It wasn't a spirit form. I was, I was, I was there. I was physically a perfect body, just like my dad was the perfect body. We're talking just like we are here, okay? And same thing there. They had the horses weren't spared. They were physical horses, just like physical

Alex Ferrari 28:21
But you were talking to them mentally,

Robert Marshall 28:23
Yes, and it was just the most incredible experience. And we talked, we talked. I wasn't having that time of about 17 minutes, 17 minutes, and I was just enjoying myself, just and just feeling loved like you just, you can't explain the feeling there with the smells and the sounds and the beauty of everything is just, and it's not just the beauty, it's the you're connected to, the whole that beauty you're connected to, all those trees you're connected to Every I never felt love and connected with my father like I did when I was there, or the horses or the dogs. It's just a total, just overwhelming love and appreciation

Alex Ferrari 29:14
And connection,

Robert Marshall 29:15
Total absolute. You want to know what the doctors did, right?

Alex Ferrari 29:20
They brought you back again, didn't they? Those that, those sons of you know,

Robert Marshall 29:25
I'm not gonna say that, but you're having I'm going, I can't believe you. What are you doing?

Alex Ferrari 29:31
Hanging out with horses and heaven. I'm feeling good. What do you keep doing? I don't want to come back here.

Robert Marshall 29:36
No, are you kidding me? So I I'm sitting there, or now I'm back in my body that fast. I'm back in and pain. Everything comes everything, and you're in your conscious again, again. I'm aware of everything, okay, well, at this point they I wasn't back very long again, because I drowned on my blood. Obviously, I'm still getting no oxygen. Oxygen. At this point I was without oxygen. Now for about 35 minutes with zero oxygen, not a good thing, no heartbeat, except for a fraction. Oh, we got it going and, okay, let him feel what's going on. I let him die again. Go on back. So I did again. So I'm back there now. I died the third time, and I went back to heaven again. Well, they kept working on me down here and and what they they can read in the book, if they want, we'll get to heaven. Talk about heaven here, but they continue. They had to scrape my lungs. They had to take me to surgery, scraped my lungs out. They had drained blood. They ended up draining out eventually. I think it was like they had drill, had drilled a hole in my side and drained like a liter bottle full of blood, fluids out. I was in pretty bad shape,

Alex Ferrari 30:55
That sounds like

Robert Marshall 30:55
But my wife wouldn't let them they want after the first time.

Alex Ferrari 30:59
I mean, look, look after 35 minutes, you're brain dead. There's really nothing to in theory, there's really nothing to bring back, because you would arguably be a vegetable if you did, if you happen to come back.

Robert Marshall 31:12
Absolutely no. The doctors after the first 15 minutes, wanted to pull it right then, of course, after the second time they there's no way, but my wife wouldn't let them know. And with a living will, it states that if they put you on life support machine for any reason, they can't take you off, except for 14 days on ours, unless she agreed. The power agrees, yes, you can. You can take them off of life support. Well, they kept trying to convince her, and she kept trying to tell him, No, get back in there. She wasn't she's a determined critic. It's a bulldog. Oh man, I'll tell you, I couldn't ask for a better woman. She was protecting her man. She is the sweetest, most wonderful, incredible woman I have ever

Robert Marshall 31:50
And you're not just saying that because she's hearing you in the other room. Oh, you in the other room.

Robert Marshall 32:02
Oh, I actually forgot. No, no, no, no.

Alex Ferrari 32:07
How long have you been married with her?

Robert Marshall 32:09
We've been over a little over 31 years. You put me on the spot here? Yeah, no, she is. She's my everything. I know the feeling as I tell her second to Jesus. Now I'm gonna get on my priority straight. So I died the third time. I'm back in heaven again. This time I'm going like, hopefully I don't have to go back again. I may not be here longer, you know, I didn't know how long I was going to be there. I'm standing at the inner courtyard and that same familiar smell and peace

Alex Ferrari 32:44
The courtyard from the first time.

Robert Marshall 32:46
Yes, okay, except I'm more over here. I still saw my dad over there, and I saw my mom in the distance over there. I never went up and talked to her. My dad was the only one that I ever talked to. And I'm now. I'm back, and after having talked with Jesus for a long time, I understand why, but I'm standing there and I'm looking and I'm going like, Ah, this is so much better than done. Oh, it feels good. No pain, tranquility, love, peace, the smells, the trees, the familiar hug of I'm home, and I saw in the distance. I says, Okay, I'm I saw the silhouette Jesus. I'm going to talk. I want to try and go and talk to Jesus. Now, I've had experiences before that. I didn't make it over there to talk to me, and I'm going, I hope I didn't know what I was going to get to, but I'm going to but I'm going to try. And I walked over, and as I approached, I found out my dad was wrong. He said, start with your right knee on the ground and your left knee on the ground. If conversation to be had, he'll start it. He was wrong. I didn't start my right knee, my left knee, I just fell full prostate, straight face down on the ground, crying like a baby. It was like not tears of sorrow, tears of joy and humility. I'm not at this point. I'm not standing. I was laying in front of my Lord and Savior, the creator of the entire universe, I'm in front of him. I know I'm in heaven. Now. He stood, and he walked over to me, and he reached down with his hand. He says, take my hand and stand. We've much to talk about, and he helped me up. He wiped my tears and said, it's going to be okay. Let's walk and talk. The first thing out of my mouth is. Selfishness should have been anything but this, but it wasn't. I said, why? I said this. I says, Can I go back? Really? I said, I need to comfort Carol, because I remembered her in the anguish that she was going and because of where I was at and what I felt, every bit of her pain, every bit of things she was going through

Alex Ferrari 35:31
While you were in heaven there. Yeah, okay,

Robert Marshall 35:36
Remember I wasn't a resident yet, yeah, my miss, my memory was still very poignant about her back here, and what's going on? I knew what was going on back here. I knew that I had died at this point. I There's no question. I know I died three times now, and I says, Can I go back? He never answered it. It was like it went right over his head. I go, Well, I guess that's my answer. So we started walking, and I know there's no time in heaven. I want to emphasize that. And the time periods that I use, I utilize for absent from the body, no heartbeat, no oxygen. This is what equates death here, okay? And I've gone through medical notes and and they recorded everything. Heart heart stopped, heart started, heart stopped, heart started, heart stopped, heart started no oxygen. Well, the second time that I died, I it was like 55 minutes before they could get my heart and oxygen, everything to where I could get any oxygen in me, and this is after surgery and everything else. And when they finally did get oxygen coming back in, it was only started out like point 03, of 1% I mean, virtually nothing. Sure you got to have 90% or above 95 is usually normal. 95 to 100% but at point 03, is ridiculous, and it took several a little while before you get the oxygen count back up. But I'm standing there and and he says, All right, let's walk and talk in heaven again. And we're walking through heaven. And I mean, wow, you cannot even imagine how beautiful heaven is, the smells, the joys, the love that you feel. And I'm walking with Jesus, hand in hand, and as we walked through heaven, we walked and talked. I say talked. He talked. Mostly he was teaching. He taught me about the Bible. He shared with me things in heaven we went to he what we ended up walking towards, to our house, what our mansion is going to be in heaven. He took me there to show me that. But we walked for 43 hours, 28 minutes straight, non stop, no sleep, just him teaching me continuously. And he while we walk, he taught me about the Bible, why it was written. He told me about different religions, how religions came about, all the different, you know, everything he taught me when time began creation, from Genesis all the way to through revelations. He taught me why there seems to be things in the Bible that show can be interpreted different ways, or what appears to be contradictions, but they're not why. He used parables examples, what we need to do, how to lean on your understanding. Taught me what truly is salvation in faith. I mean what it I mean everything. And I'm going like, why is he teaching me at certain point, when you get to heaven, I always been taught you'll know everything. Well, that's wasn't true in my case, and probably because I he knew, but I didn't that I wasn't going to be staying, I was going to be going back. So he continued to teach me for that entire time, and he shared with me what he wants me to share with other people because of questions people have. So we continued walking through and learning and teaching, and we ended up back at the inner courtyard. This is all nature, still all natural, yeah, and it wasn't spirit, it was physical. Sure it was when it says, If I stood up, if I was on the ground, and you reached over and grabbed me and helped me up, it was physical. We were talking. This wasn't a dream. This isn't a vision. This is This is heaven. He showed us what our house. Was going to look like where it was going to be. And he explained to me about the new heavens and the new earth, and that where he kind of scared me when he said this. He says, now you know, this is not where you're going to spend all of eternity. I thought, oh my goodness, what a horrible

Alex Ferrari 40:19
Wait a minute. I mean, you're walking me through all that that's, that's horrible, horrible ending there. Jesus, yeah,

Robert Marshall 40:25
He cleared it up real quick, but that moment, my heart fluttered and went like, what? No, you just show me this what I'm gonna miss, he says, because

Alex Ferrari 40:38
All of this is not for you. Yeah? Oh, god, yeah.

Robert Marshall 40:42
He said, he says, We new heavens and the new earth, and the new earth is where we'll be part of the new heavens. And I'm going, Okay, I remember that. And then, of course, he taught me about the new heavens and the new earth and the Bible and everything, and what, how it's going to be. It'll be very similar, but the New Earth is going to be a lot larger, obviously. And there's a lot of things that have changed that will not apply, that apply here, like, how we travel? How do we talk to people? Where are we going to live, what we're going to eat, everything. What do we do in heaven? He taught me all of these things, and then I'm going like, why is he giving me all this information? And we get back at the inner courtyard, and we're sitting on a bench underneath the canopy of trees and the river of life. I mean a serene, surreal I mean vision that you just you couldn't even imagine how beautiful it was. I'm sitting here on a bench next to Jesus, next to God, and he started the conversation. He said, when you first came before me, he he said, You asked if he could go back. I went, Oh, he did hear.

Alex Ferrari 42:05
I don't think Jesus is hard of hearing.

Robert Marshall 42:09
No, he's not. He didn't answer. Then he says, however. He says, and this is when I knew exactly how bad my body was. He says, your your brain has been destroyed, obviously 90 minutes no oxygen, or longer than 90 because even then it was only like a point something percent. He said, Your body's been ravished. Not only has your brain been destroyed, but your body. When your body is without oxygen, it eats away the muscles. It eats everything too, and it blows when it eats a cell to get the oxygen. That's residual oxygen, it explodes and emits a gas. That's why dead people blow up. My brain bloated, yeah, yeah, it's this horn. My skull was deformed. I mean, I looked at when I came back, I looked at the MRI from evening to the 19th they did an MRI, and my skull looked like something out of a monster movie, and there was nothing in there. I had no brain no activity, so they knew I was brain dead. And he says, Your body's been ravaged. It's been destroyed. He said, and I could not send you back, because if I were to send you back to your body, and even in this he was kind instead of saying you'd be a vegetable, he said you would be self contained within that physical body, and you would not be able to comfort or help anybody. Instead of saying your best, but you're just going to be self contained, it's going to be a holding cell until I bring you back up here. Anyway, he says, Therefore I cannot and would not send you back. And what I got my answer again and then again, like when he said, You're not going to live here for all he's going to be. He scares you, right? He goes, however I could and would send you back with some caveats. He said, first I'll send you back with a miracle that nobody could ever deny, not the doctors, not the nurses, not scientists. Nobody could ever deny that he when I say I am God, this is him talking that I am God, and I did this. And there's no question that I'm alive. I'm real. Heaven is real, and they will never be able to question that. They could question whether or not you talk to me, what you learned is from me, he said, but when they think about the miracle, it wouldn't make any sense for you to come back and tell something that wasn't he says, I wouldn't allow that. He says, but they cannot deny that he's God, and that's why the. Will listen to what you have to say. I went okay. He says, Now I will send you back as if you had never died, as if you had never had anything wrong with you in your entire life. He said, I will restore your I will first, I will give you a new brain. I will restore your entire memory of your entire life that you can have recall on, I will give you a total memory of everything that you learned, experienced and were taught while here in heaven from me, he says, I'll give you complete memory with recall for all of that, he says, I will restore your heart, your liver, your kidneys, I will give you everything new and will be as if you had never died, as if nothing had ever happened. Your body will recover, and your brain will be remain intact, perfect, and my body did take a little bit to recover. It not like normal people. But, I mean, you were dead for

Robert Marshall 46:06
Yeah, and it was, it was the recovery was amazing.

Alex Ferrari 46:11
Why you heart new lungs

Robert Marshall 46:13
Well, when I came back, I had new heart, and everything was brand new. Do not even have the same type blood. Found that out later.

Alex Ferrari 46:21
So your your blood type changed?

Robert Marshall 46:23
I was a type A. I'm now a typo. My DNA doesn't match.

Alex Ferrari 46:28
Interesting, no, and that's something that that's provable, obviously, yeah, oh, all of it.

Robert Marshall 46:35
I was in the military. You want to have trouble proven. Military has me type A when I go back in there, and they draw blood and stuff, you know, for physicals. And I go, what? What's going on here? All of a sudden, now they said, This is typo, yeah, well, you know, remember when I die?

Alex Ferrari 46:53
Okay, so you're still back in heaven before we get back down.

Robert Marshall 46:58
Okay, so we're standing there on the bench, and he says, Now I could and would send you back. I'll send you back with new brain, new everything, as if you had never died, he says, and I will command you to share everything that I taught you, everything you learned, everything that you experienced in heaven, including how you died, why you died, what happened to you, and the miracle that I'd performed to bring you back. You will share that with anybody anywhere, anytime, and to as many people as you can until you return. He says you will also answer any questions with anybody, anywhere, anytime that I put in front of you, and you will answer their questions. He said, I'll be with you. You'll answer them in spirit and truth, and you will answer them from what I taught you, he says, and you will do that till I bring you home. He says, Now there was another caveat, he said, When you go back, assuming you choose to go back. And he gave me a choice. He says, in addition to those caveats, you will experience when you enter your body, you will experience every bit of pain. It that your body is going through until you leave the hospital and fully recover, as if you had no anesthesia. He says, Now the doctors will give you anesthesia. You will have that, but you're going to feel it. And if you go through that and you you survive that, this was another if Jesus ever tells you, if get ready,

Alex Ferrari 48:47
It's not a good situation,

Robert Marshall 48:50
If you survive that, then you will fully recover and you will carry out my mission. Said, Okay. He says, Now, you know when I taught you up here that if somebody comes to heaven, they do not get to look down upon their loved ones. You can't interact, you can't interfere, you can't come from them, because that's going to cause problems in heaven as far as emotions, anger and so on. And that's a whole nother topic, but he says everybody will understand that now, if you stay, if you choose to stay, you have your choice. You can stay, and you will be here in heaven, and you'll be fine. You won't remember Carol. You will not have any ability to comfort her or do anything until she comes here, that's the way that's going to be. Or if you choose to go back, you will have to fulfill all of those caveats. And if so, then you will go ahead and you will share my word as I've told you, you. Your choice. When you choose, understand, I'm going to search your heart, your mind to make sure that it's for the right, correct reasons. Another totally out of luck. No selfish this is your choice. You choose. It didn't take long, and I must have had the right reasons, because the next instant, I was sitting on the bench with Jesus in heaven, total peace, love, you can just imagine. And that fast, and I'm back in my body, and it was not pleasant. All of it came rushing in. I went through surgery, the doctors had no idea that I could feel anything. They assumed, like everybody else, you're not gonna feel anything.

Alex Ferrari 50:48
So when you're in surgery, I felt everything. Not only did you feel anything, but are you dead at this point or No, you've brought your I am back alive. Okay, so you're alive now.

Robert Marshall 50:59
He let me experience everything, even though I was gone before he let me experience the reason why he didn't, but I understand now. A lot of people have asked that I understand now, why? Because what he was asking me to do was not of the norm, and he wanted to make sure that I understood what he went through in a small way, and that there's always a sacrifice that you have to make, you have to endure. And and I think was his way of showing me that to endure that then I would be able to endure and go and talk to anywhere, anybody, any place, any time. Because, quite candidly, some of the things that I tell people, you know, they look at you like three hands, really, yeah, but yet it's truth and it's facts. He wanted me to understand that this was not normal. This is a one of one, and I'm going back, because I need you to do this. He was asking me to do something for him, and wanted to make sure that I understood it wasn't just something to try this job out. You really want to be able to do this. And I think it was a furtherance of him searching my heart. Yes, I had the right reasons in my heart, but remember he said in your I'll search your heart and your mind. My heart, he knew was true. Was my mind going to be able to withstand and do this and truly want this over all costs? And I think that's what it was. Is his way of saying, will your mind understand at all costs that you have to do this.

Alex Ferrari 52:41
So you're so you're back, so you come back. You told me earlier off camera that you had completely died. You even got bloated. Yeah. So Explain that. Explain that. Like, I want people to really, truly understand how dead you were, sir,

Robert Marshall 52:56
I was, I had, I was at the Country Music Awards. And I was talking and that they I gave a thing at the church there for everybody. It was in the country music, Christian Country Music Awards, and I gave a testimony. And the pastor, the preacher, was introducing me, he said, he said, this is kind of funny, the way he said, he said, This guy was graveyard dead. That's pretty much what it was. When you are without oxygen for even just a short period of five minutes, five minutes, they say death is imminent. It's going to happen at 10 minutes to 15 minutes. There's absolutely no recovery at 20 to 30 minutes, it's just destroyed. There's absolutely no way you are coming back without total, absolute brain damage. And as you say, a vegetable, or as Jesus says, self contained within your own body. At 90 minutes, at 25 minutes, additional things happens. So your brain has residual oxygen in all the brain cells your body, muscles, everything, every organ in your body has residual oxygen in the cells that make it up. When your brain is without oxygen, it explodes those cells because it's starving for oxygen and it wants to get the oxygen. As a result, it explodes those brain cells. It gets that oxygen, but it also emits a gas, and the more brain cells that you have are eating, the more gas it gets in there. In my case, my whole brain was eaten. My brain cells were eaten. The gas that was emitted just blew my skull even out of proportion because of the thing. It just took. The bone looked like some kind of a monster skull, but left nothing else to get. There was no brain cells left to get oxygen from body as well. That happened at your body. Does it a little bit slower process? And what happens is, when a person dies, they have residual oxygen in them anyway, and that's why you see bloated people, that's their muscles and everything exploding, because it's still starving for oxygen, and it explodes and the gas emits. And of course, the gas builds up, builds up, builds up and and you just keep blowing up, blowing up, blowing up. I'd love like a Pillsbury dope way my wife would would come in, and she would try, and she says, Is it to the doctor? Says, Okay, if he I rub his hands, I guess you know, they're just bloated, you can imagine. And he says,

Alex Ferrari 55:30
You're alive. At this point,

Robert Marshall 55:32
I was, I was alive, but I was, I was still, still dead.

Alex Ferrari 55:36
Yeah, right, you were dead, but you were. The machines were technically keeping you alive, but you weren't.

Robert Marshall 55:40
They had the heart going, and that was all that was happening. Yeah, yeah. And the oxygen they were still trying to get out. They were still trying to get oxygen in there. Yes, got it. So she, he's a doctor, told her, yeah, it won't hurt anything. So she would just rub my hand, and she would just try to do that, but I just blew up, like the marshmallow dough boy, like a dead person does, and that's what happens. The difference between that and this is, is he gave me life again, and I was able to get and residuate, get that out of there, my my lungs and everything recover.

Alex Ferrari 56:15
So let me ask you a question, right? So you're, you're you're back, you're feeling all this pain. They've done surgery on you. You're still bloating your heads a little bit. This formed. It all started coming back down now. So everything just starts to recede, recede and go back to where it was. Yes, at that point, what are the doctors saying?

Robert Marshall 56:34
Oh, well, let's go back to what the doctor said when I first came back.

Alex Ferrari 56:39
The third time, yeah, the final time,

Robert Marshall 56:41
Oh, yeah, yeah, we kind of skipped over that you wanted to go to heaven. I'll take you down on I died on the 19th of May. On the 23rd of May, is when I came back to shock some doctors totally

Alex Ferrari 56:57
So you're dead.

Robert Marshall 56:57
I was dead till

Alex Ferrari 56:59
for 90 days, of 93 days,

Robert Marshall 57:01
Little over three days, about three and a half days. Yeah, sorry. Okay, so they still have you there, and every day they kept trying to go to my wife and say, you know, we really need to end the life support

Alex Ferrari 57:13
So your machine, your body, is technically functioning, but not you're bloating your heads. This formed. There's no reason why you should be on life support. No, you should have been pulled off days ago, absolutely, because it's really, it looks like, come on,

Robert Marshall 57:30
That's exactly correct. And they wanted to end it on the 19th

Alex Ferrari 57:33
As as a logical person would, but your wife was,

Robert Marshall 57:36
I'm glad she's not logical. That's They say women are real logical. Trust me, she's a lot. No, she's wonderful. But yes, that's exactly right for you. Yeah, and all the if they turn machines off at any time, my brain didn't have the ability to tell it to do anything, because your brain is your control center, and it was dead,

Alex Ferrari 57:57
And that was already that, even as your body was still functioning,

Robert Marshall 58:00
That's correct. So equal function, it couldn't tell it to do anything, sure. So all it was, was just pumping stuff in and just keep blowing it up, and they keep talking, everything's all, you know,

Alex Ferrari 58:08
They're moving the lungs back and forth.

Robert Marshall 58:09
Yeah, yeah, pretty much, yeah. And I had, if they just shut it off, that was all over, because my brain wouldn't have tell been the machine was telling my body what to do. Sure, physical body was here, but the brain was gone. The brain was gone and, and the physical body was during that period of time wasn't up to capacity, because the heart's been destroyed. The liver is the kid. Everything's been destroyed. So nothing's working like it's supposed to anyway, but the machine's gone well. His heart's pumping now, and, and we're putting oxygen in and that's all that they could see. But there's no brain on the 23rd they had almost had her convinced that yes in life support, and she was in room number seven, Lucky seven, right? She was in there in the ICU with the doctor. And this is kind of funny. This is the only name that we use in the book anywhere, because they asked us not to use names of the doctors for obvious reasons, hipa violations and stuff. But we use his name because it's funny, and got to have humor in the situation. The doctors in there and, and my my wife is there and, and she has her two fingers in my hand, like this, this kind of way, just, just touching me. And they just about had her convinced to say, Okay, goodbye, and I come back into my body, and I'm going like, I'm I'm going like, oh no no, no, no, I'm in here. I'm in here. People, I know what happened, because we talked about cremation, right? No, no, no, I don't want to go through that too. And I. I squeezed her fingers. Well, I know I'm in here. And she she squeezed him back. I squeezed him again. She went back for a third time. She wanted me. Squeezing me. I didn't have it in me. I couldn't do it anymore. Keep in mind, at this point, they have me protocol. They hit me on, on paralyzing drugs, everything else that they could put you so you don't have muscle retractions or anything to pull anything out, you know, kitchen sink. Yeah, and she said, he just squeezed my fingers. The doctor says, No, he couldn't squeeze you. He can't squeeze your fingers. It was a twitch or something. She said, No. He squeezed my fingers. My wife's a little stubborn.

Alex Ferrari 1:00:46
Sometimes I'm sensing that, Robert, I'm sensing that, yeah,

Robert Marshall 1:00:50
Yeah, you should bring her and ask her these questions. And she squeezed him. She says, No, I squeezed him. He squeezed me back. I squeezed him again, and he squeezed my finger twice. He's in there, the doctor. Later on, we've talked to the doctors, says, aha, I can finally convince her. He says, Okay, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to lower all the drugs, everything down, and I come back in. It'll take, you know, our two hours for that. Then you know, yeah, go away, he says, and I'll show you. We will see, because at this point, he knows he's seen the MRI in the 19th, there's no brain I'm brain dead. And he knows that third, this is the 23rd of May. He knows you can't blame him. I mean, he's going by what doctors do, sure. So he comes back, she's in there, and he says, Okay. And he gets, you know, these little stools they have on wheels. He sits on that, you know, and he gets up, pulls up next to me in the ICU room, and he gets up next to his ear. Now, I'm trying not to blow your mic out so I'm not gonna scream. Appreciate it. Yeah, no, he he gets up next to my ears, and Carol's watching, right? He goes and screams at the top of his lungs. My name is Dr Guna, like the cheese. From then on, he's known as Dr cheese, to my to my wife, and he goes, if you can hear me, raise your arms. Well, not I. I've never heard anything so dumb in my whole life. It's actually kind of comical. Here's a doctor that knows you have no brain, knows you're dead, and tells you to raise, to raise your arms.

Alex Ferrari 1:02:42
Well, but he's doing it just to prove a point, right?

Robert Marshall 1:02:45
Except this, I raise both arms. Stop it. That's what the doctor Well, he didn't say, stop it. Both arms high as I could get him. And the doctor on that little tears, Scoots back, and he goes, What the It's a few choice words, and he goes, totally freak. I mean, as you would, it just shocked him. Wait a minute now. He goes, it looks My wife. My wife. Of course, she's excited. I guess he comes back up. You'd have to ask her what she had. I don't remember what she looked because I wasn't looking, but he he comes back again. And he goes, Okay, wiggle your feet, both of them. I wiggle both my feet.

Alex Ferrari 1:03:31
He goes, this is five to how many days you've been dead, three. Three and a half. Three and a half days. Brain dead. Yeah, brain dead. Your head is this formed because of the gas that's been released in your mind, your brain. So it's not like maybe he's brain dead.

Robert Marshall 1:03:46
No, he's dead. He's graveyard dead. Graveyard dead.

Alex Ferrari 1:03:49
And now you're wiggling feet and raising arms. So what happened to the doctor after you wiggled your feet?

Robert Marshall 1:03:54
He's still freaking it comes back. He's just back again. He looks and he goes, I don't know what's going on. He comes back up and he goes screaming again. Why is he screaming? I can hear you. Guy, okay. You are trying to kill me. He goes. He goes, Look at me.

Alex Ferrari 1:04:16
No, you did it.

Robert Marshall 1:04:17
I looked over at him.

Alex Ferrari 1:04:19
Eyes open, eyes open.

Robert Marshall 1:04:21
He blink. I blinked. Blink faster. I blink faster. He backs up and looks at carries. I do not know what's going on, but I got to do another MRI and Carol. She's excited as you should be. Yeah, he raised all the drugs back out because he doesn't know at this point what's going on. So he paralyzed me in putting all, you know, all the crazy stuff. He goes, like, I do not understand what's going on. I gotta do another MRI. Carol says, I'll wait. He goes, No. He says, we're gonna do it tonight. He goes, go home, get some rest. You know, there's nothing you can do here. Right now. He goes, come back tomorrow. I'll have the results tomorrow. Of course, Carol, you know she, she was there every day, all day, every day. She's I mean, that lady a trooper is not even the word for it. That woman loves you. No, she, she is truly an angel in disguise.

Alex Ferrari 1:05:22
So I've got one of those too.

Robert Marshall 1:05:26
Don't let her go. So Carol goes home. Of course, she's optimistic, but Carol's been in the medical field all of her life. She was a speech pathologist and therapy she works in nursing homes, and

Alex Ferrari 1:05:39
She was, she wasn't, she wasn't ignorant to this.

Robert Marshall 1:05:41
No, she knows she she'll tell you. She says she knew what she was facing, because she knows how long it was without oxygen. She knows what brain damage does, and she didn't know. She said, Oh, no, he conscious now, but is he going to be able to breathe? There's gonna have to be on a ventilator for his rest of his life. She doesn't know what's going on because of the damage to the brain, you know? And you know she, she's, I don't want, because we have in our world, we know we don't want to be on ventilators. And she says she may have to make the decision to tell him to pull the life support. You know, she, I mean, she was going through anguish, but joy at the same time, hope, but anguish. She could explain it better than I.

Alex Ferrari 1:06:25
And they take you to the MRI.

Robert Marshall 1:06:28
Did the MRI that night? The next morning, Carol came in, and she walked up to the to the nurse's station, and she says, Did the MRIs get through? Come back? She goes, yes. She says, Well, what? What did they say? And then the nurse says, you know, I can't tell you. First, I'm not a doctor, so I can't read them. She says, also, I can't tell you that. The doctor has to tell you. Of course, Carol's like and she says, Carol said, I think Carol, Carol told me this. She says I told her that. Well, is it good or is it bad? And I believe the nurse told her, Well, it's not bad. So Carol's got optimism again. She's got hope, but then she's still worried. Am I gonna have to hold in the light? Oh, she's going through. She was like this.

Alex Ferrari 1:07:23
I mean, the emotional roller coaster is insane, because let's say your brain is back, doesn't mean your body is no, let's say the miracle of the brain is back. But how about if your heart's gone or your lungs are not working properly? Like if there's 1000 things,

Robert Marshall 1:07:35
Right! And once again, I knew, because Jesus told me, of course. But she doesn't know. She didn't know I went to heaven. She doesn't know any of this going on yet, because I haven't talked to her about this yet. You're dead. She's totally she's, yeah, I was dead, and then I'm alive, and now he's, no, the doctors don't know what's going on. Poor Carol's sitting there going, like, what is going on after the fact? Yeah, but she is dealing with non known at that point, sure. And nurse told her it'll be a couple odd before the doctor comes back. And Carol goes, oh, so she waited, and she waiting, waiting the doctor came back and a doctor says, I got the results back. And Carol says, Well, what are he goes, there's nothing wrong. He's got a perfect brain. There's no sign of anything anywhere, sorry. And now Carol's like excited doctors, I don't understand what's going on. They're just flabbergasted. And Carol now is going through more Angus, because she doesn't know how I got this brain back. She doesn't know what's going on with the rest of the stuff. She knows you can't go down what happens to your organs and your body and functioning and and she's afraid again that she may have to pull the life support. She doesn't know this poor girl was going through. People look at me and say, Oh, you went through so much. No, I was dead. I was all I did was die and get the Yeah, a nice goal. Walk around right now with Jesus in heaven and learn hang out with some horses and some dogs. Yeah, you know. I mean, how many people get to do that? And she's down here every day going through unbelievable, horrible, horrible stuff, and it was like 21 days before they even were taking me off the drugs and let me come back awake. I mean, so for 21 days, I'm still in there on the ventilators, and everything she does. She doesn't know what's going on this point. She doesn't know I got a new brain. She doesn't know what Jesus did. She didn't know I went to heaven. It was 2020, I think it was 21 days that till I can open my eyes and talk to her. And the sweetest word she ever said not was I love you when we i. It was, welcome back, baby, oh, and I will never forget Oh in the sweetest, softest voice. And I saw her face, and it was just like her, welcome back, and I'll go. I can't even say that. I'd have to get her to say it. I can't say it like I was unbelievable, but yet she still didn't know what was going on. Of course. Now I got to tell her some things, but

Alex Ferrari 1:10:27
So in these 21 days before you woke up, they're doing tests. Oh, they're doing bodies basically rebuilding itself, or it's already being,

Robert Marshall 1:10:35
No, it's being all rebuilding itself together. Yes, my new brain, your brain is being, it's restarting

Alex Ferrari 1:10:41
Everything, all that bloating starts to recall that doesn't happen. No, it doesn't No, no, no, like when you have a bloated body, generally, and I'm not a doctor, but generally, from what I understand, it doesn't go back to normal without repercussions of some sort.

Robert Marshall 1:10:59
I know a lot of doctors that don't know how it happened, too.

Alex Ferrari 1:11:02
So what are the doctors? What are the what are the doctors? What does the hospital say? I mean, I'm assuming that the word got out through the hospital.

Robert Marshall 1:11:09
Oh, and everybody was like crazy. The miracle man, another miracle, Miracle after miracle after miracle here. But number one, the doctors admit it. There is nothing that we did. There's no medical explanation for this. There's absolutely no way this is no question a miracle. And they don't like admitting that, of course.

Alex Ferrari 1:11:33
But as someone said, they will not be able to deny to deny it,

Robert Marshall 1:11:39
And they can't now, when I was in heaven, Jesus gave me a message to give to the doctor. And I mean, he's he's not going to miss a chance. And of course, I'm out of the hospital now, and it was like 30 days. 31 days is when they finally let they finally let me go. Oh, and the trach that I had a big hole like this, and I had to go and talk like this, and everything else, because all that was all cut up when they said they're getting ready to take me, let me go home. And I thought I was gonna go and have the thing flap over it and everything else. And they said, Well, we're gonna they take this trach out of here and and you know, you'll have this hole, and you know, they put a flap on it and talk and you know, and you gotta make sure you keep it clean and, you know, cupboard and everything. It's fine. So they they took it out that night, about eight, 8:30 and they were gonna let me go the next the next day. Well, then they took it out the next day. The the they come in, and the doctor comes in to check it, and he said, Let's remove the band. Said he took the bandage all off and removed everything, and he good old guy. They love, they love scooting back on their chairs. He scoots back again. He goes, so he goes, When did, when did they take this? I said, last night, about 830 because you're talking. Said, Yeah, I'm talking. He goes, That's not possible. It's totally healed that hole in my neck. This may so,

Alex Ferrari 1:13:24
So can you show people in the audience like there is, there's, there's nothing, there is no nothing. Yeah, I mean nothing, no.

Robert Marshall 1:13:30
And that overnight, like in 12-13, hours, that hall would everything,

Alex Ferrari 1:13:32
Not even a scar. No, I don't even see a star, nothing.

Robert Marshall 1:13:35
Oh, I've been in front of the places talking where there's doctors and stuff in and going like, where, and they kept looking at me and go, What are you looking you know, they were looking for his car. There's no scar. There should be a big old round hole scar. No, there's nothing. It healed overnight. Just you couldn't get a scratch to heal overnight? No, of course. But Jesus can, yeah, of course, one miracle after another, he said, I'll make you as if nothing happened. And he did, and I obviously don't collect this to talk. I talk just as normal as all can get, as normal as normal can be. So I get out of the hospital, and it's about two weeks I knew I had to go back and talk to the doctors

Alex Ferrari 1:14:22
Really quickly. When you were getting out of the hospital, you're 100% at this point, you're walking.

Robert Marshall 1:14:29
No, it took a day, yeah, I was still walking a day. Yeah, I was I was walking. I wasn't running, but, yeah, no, but your body was, oh yeah. My body was fire.

Alex Ferrari 1:14:39
How far away from where you are right now. Were you when you left? Like, because you walk not you're normal, you're healthy. Was it a few days after that?

Robert Marshall 1:14:47
Or, I thought maybe a couple weeks, because what we did was I had to build my muscle strength up and stuff. Sure, I was walking to normal and stuff, but you needed some rehab. Yeah, I used a walker for about a day. Got rid of that. Um. Just be steady and stuff. But we would take Carol, would take me in the walk, and we would go to like the academy or Walmart, and we'd walk through the big aisles with that, and we'd walk through there to build my strength up, because it's air conditioned, of course, in Texas.

Alex Ferrari 1:15:17
I also live in Texas.

Robert Marshall 1:15:19
So we would go to the here one day and we go to another one the next day. Otherwise they think this old guy's walking through it, and they keep walking the aisles, and he might be up to something, you know,

Alex Ferrari 1:15:27
Well, whatever he's up to, he's not gonna move very fast. Yeah.

Robert Marshall 1:15:31
Well, that wasn't the case anymore, because, yeah, no. And then I came. I covered very, very quickly. And between now, then and now, nothing I was playing. I was playing the golf a month and a half later.

Alex Ferrari 1:15:44
And so so you're And just so everybody knows. This happened about a year and change ago?

Robert Marshall 1:15:49
One year, four months. It was May 23, May 19. Last year, 2024 I died, May 23 2024 I came back. This is now. It's not that long. Yeah, I was, I was already going to talk to people a month after I was out.

Alex Ferrari 1:16:06
So what did your wife say when you when you told her this elaborate story of the other side,

Robert Marshall 1:16:13
She was very accepting of it. She under, she understood. I mean, it was just like, how can you deny it?

Alex Ferrari 1:16:18
How about the family? This is a, this is a big

Robert Marshall 1:16:24
A lot of friends, a lot of family. I mean, they they're all in astoundment.

Alex Ferrari 1:16:28
It's a big pill to swallow, but there's proof.

Robert Marshall 1:16:30
That's the whole thing. There's proof. It's like, in the book, we put copies of some of the medical records in there so they know, yes, this guy did flat line. He was dead.

Alex Ferrari 1:16:39
Yeah, this is all documented. Yeah, yeah.

Robert Marshall 1:16:41
This isn't like I died at home and said I was dead or in an ambulance, and they

Alex Ferrari 1:16:46
Had a lot of witnesses. There's a lot of proof, a lot of I mean, the blood type alone is

Robert Marshall 1:16:51
We got MRIs. I mean, come on, yeah. I mean, the doctors didn't admit it was a miracle, that there's nothing they could do, because they couldn't do anything that just Yeah.

Alex Ferrari 1:17:01
It was an end for them.

Robert Marshall 1:17:02
That was Yeah. They were all all of them want to do. They got to picture me up in a refrigerator, the one of one that just doesn't happen. But Carol and I knew I had to go back. I said I got a message I got to give to the doctors. Well, have you ever tried to get 25 doctors and nurses together at one time that will listen to you that are in the ICU.

Alex Ferrari 1:17:24
Forget it. Yeah. Good luck. Yeah. Well, that happened.

Robert Marshall 1:17:28
That's what we figured, too. Yeah. Well, I said, Well, what we're gonna do is we're gonna get a couple of big bouquets, and we're gonna take it, one up to the nursing staff over here, and we're gonna take another one into the ICU. Well, you're not supposed to bring flowers into the ICU.

Alex Ferrari 1:17:41
Nothing in the ICU. Of course,

Robert Marshall 1:17:43
We did anyway. And we took a walker with wheels that we I had we weren't using, but we put the flowers on because it's a huge bouquet, and we pushed that in because it was too, too big, too massive. Yeah. And we had two of them, so we delivered to one. We would take the other one while we go up to the ICU, and their automatic doors open automatically. So we were going to leave these. And we wrote, made it a really nice letter to them, thanking them and everything you know. And the doors opened, and then walks this old guy, me and Carol, and we walked in and right in front of the nursing station. Now they had no idea where coming. We just picked the day at random to go when the flowers got ready, actually, and right in front of the nursing station at the ICU were 25 doctors and nurses all standing in a circle waiting for you. No, no, they weren't waiting.

Alex Ferrari 1:18:49
It seems like it, yeah,

Robert Marshall 1:18:50
But they had a joint commission inspection that day, so the Joint Commission inspector was there, and they were all there gathered, just getting ready to go on their rounds to all through the whole place, of course. But I know why they were really there, of course. I mean, what were the odds? There's no odds. You could even figure that out. Of course. Number one and I walked in and they didn't even recognize me, of course not. And Carol went over here, and a bunch of nurses over here, and she's over there talking to them. And of course, then, and they were, they were crying, and said, Oh no, oh no, he's not back. And she go, yeah, he's right here. What? So I'm standing in front of the doctors and everybody, and I, I, we put the flowers on the thing, and I stood in front of him. They're looking at me like, trying to figure out who is this guy that's bringing flowers in here, and why is he looking at us? And I says, you know, I said, I know that none of you recognize me, and they're looking at me because last time they saw our only time they saw me was tubes everywhere and blowing up head. Kid and a gown and shaved in two or three weeks. Oh, I was a mess. And I says, I was a gentleman that was in room number seven, right over there. On May 19, I died. And they looked their eyes got big, white, I says, and I'm the one that on 23rd of May, came back alive, and they were like, I said, now what you all don't know? And I'm standing there now, number one, I'm standing there talking to him like we're talking I'm still trying to process, yeah, there's still, how is this getting away now, no, no, and you could see it go on in the wheels. I said, what you don't know is that when I died, I went to heaven, and I met Jesus, and I was there, and he gave me a message. In addition to a lot of other things, he gave me a message to give to each of you, and I'm here to deliver to you personally, and I did when I got through there wasn't a dry eye anywhere.

Alex Ferrari 1:21:04
Can you share that message? Or was it private for them?

Robert Marshall 1:21:06
That was for them. Okay, some of it was that Jesus wanted them to know that he uses their hands and their abilities to help perform his miracles, He says, but you also have to understand that there's sometimes that it's just not going to happen. It's not their time to be there and they they are going to come home and they do pass when they do, it's not through anything that you did. It was just time and you can't, yeah, and he said, but you will continue in doing His will and your abilities, he uses that, and you could see that just like, wave, yeah, along with some other things. And they were just like, flabbergasted. Then we walked through, and then, of course, now physical therapists, not physical, not physical, people to help you breathing. I don't even know what to call I'm not a doctor, chaplains and everybody else. And they were going like even a chaplain came on says we were here to give less rights, you know? I mean, they just have never seen anything like this. And of course, I've recognized and everybody that was in the ICU. I recognized the guy that was giving me the CPR who broke my ribs. I said, Holly, oh, I shouldn't use his name. I said, you don't want to broke my ribs. And he goes, How do you know that? I says, because, because they don't put any of that they don't want you to know? Yeah, of course. They don't want you to even know who was in there. Yeah, of course. And I explained to him, and just like they were just flabbergasted. But Heaven is just so phenomenal.

Alex Ferrari 1:22:56
So Robert, as you've come back now, your your family, your friends. This is a big pill to swallow, but there is a lot of proof behind it. How have how has it been kind of acclimating back now, with all of this knowledge, with all of this experience, walking the earth, has to be a bit different now, a slight bit. How have you been able to acclimate to that. And how have people around you acclimated to the new Robert? Because this is not the Robert that left.

Robert Marshall 1:23:26
No number one, I guess I don't really think about or worry about what other people are thinking anymore. It took them a minute, as it would to accept, because they were all, quite candidly, my brothers, they were all prepared to bury me. I mean, they knew what happened, because they were all you know, when they were like, No,

Alex Ferrari 1:23:51
Your brothers, what did your brothers? What are the things? Oh, they know you for the longest.

Robert Marshall 1:23:55
So, yeah, well, after, after, like I said, it took them a minute, but then they realized that I don't even talk the same way. I am not, and the people that we know that around us that knew me before, you're not the same person said, No, I'm not, and it's truly I'm not before. I hate to say this, I was a very obstinate, arrogant, self serving individual. I don't even know how I liked me. I don't know how my wife put an angel. We've already, yeah, that's true. Yeah, we've established that. Yes, yeah. I mean, when I look back on it, now I know what it was like. And I'm going, like, wow,

Alex Ferrari 1:24:34
You should watch a movie. This is a movie that might help, like, kind of fill you in. It's an older movie from the 90s called Regarding Henry with Harrison Ford and Annette Benning, where he was a kind of an a hole attorney.

Robert Marshall 1:24:48
That's a good word. I didn't want to use that, but, yeah,

Alex Ferrari 1:24:51
An a hole attorney. And then he had an accident, and he had some sort of amnesia, and when he came back, he was kind and and he was a very power. Powerful doctor, and a very, you know, I see he had a family, but they all kind of feared him, and they thought he was an a hole and all of this stuff. But when he comes back, he comes back kind and it's everybody around them, what like, how do they deal with this new version of this person? It's a beautiful movie. I think you would enjoy it.

Robert Marshall 1:25:16
That's, that's pretty much what I was gonna It's kind of like that, right? I have to see that. But yeah, it's like, you know, even to people, and we've talked to people, and I've gone back, I said, you know, I didn't know how you he said, Well, you know what you were you, you know. And we just, you know, you're a bit of a, yeah, I know. But even they have said you're No, nothing like that person, and I'm not. I was very, very forceful. I was competitive. I had to beat you at anything we played. I don't care. It was golf. It was whether it was monopoly or cards. I didn't care. I had to not just beat you, but just dominate, demoralize you.

Alex Ferrari 1:25:59
Wow. I mean it was, you were an a hole.

Robert Marshall 1:26:00
I was a big one. That's not saying that proudly. I was, I was not somebody that you wanted to be friends with or even around. No, I had acquaintances. You didn't have friends. I I had, I had friends, but not like, you know, oh, I there was, there was, I was, I was an a hole. That's a really good way to put it, yeah, but kind not a chance.

Alex Ferrari 1:26:27
So all of so that's another thing that really must have been a shock to the system for the people that knew you, is that this person is not the same person. This is a much kinder, gentler, loving individual, where the other guy was an a hole. I got him, like, even. I mean, I'm assuming your wife loved you. Obviously, yes, obviously, she loves you. But this is a different version of Robert for her as well. It absolutely is. I'm assuming she likes this new version.

Robert Marshall 1:26:59
I think she does. Yeah, I hope she does, because I'm not going back to the other one. Yeah, it's, it's, I like this version.

Alex Ferrari 1:27:08
Oh, I do. I do too, Robert, oh, thank you. I haven't met the other one. I don't want to meet the other

Robert Marshall 1:27:12
You know, you don't, and that's something that nobody ever would tell me. Ever Told me before, never. I never felt kind and gentle compassion, competitive, wise, I don't even care anymore. I could play golf and I don't even have to keep score. I don't care. I'm just gonna play, have fun. Yeah, I started enjoying things that I never got that really enjoyed before. It was I thought I was but I wasn't, because I wasn't filled with love. I was filled with dominion. I'm no

Alex Ferrari 1:27:41
So you don't have a fear of death anymore.

Robert Marshall 1:27:43
Absolutely none, none whatsoever. I know that. I know that. I know that I know where I'm going, and I know what's waiting, and I know that he's going to use me until it's time to go. It's time to go, and I can live another 100 years. I tell people I'm either 76 or I'm one and a half.

Alex Ferrari 1:28:08
Well, you've been reborn, essentially, literally, literally reborn, rebuilt from the scratch, but you just happen to have 76 years of memories in your experiences.

Robert Marshall 1:28:17
Yes, and I have the ability to understand truly what is meant when he says he comes to dwell in you and we let him. I understand what it means to love and to do everything out of love. I understand that at a deep level, more than I would ever, ever deem even possible for me to know.

Alex Ferrari 1:28:39
So how do you navigate this world? I've asked this for other near death experiences, because once you understand what's waiting for you, this world is very different. Yes, it is. You know, dealing with people, dealing with situations, dealing with just life, you know, taxes and and this or that, or whatever it is. It must seem trite to you, almost, to deal with this kind of stuff, knowing where you've been. I mean, you've hung out with Jesus in heaven. You know you're walking around up there, and you understand things at a much deeper level than you did before. How do you kind of just navigate life now? I love to hear

Robert Marshall 1:29:16
It's it's easy before it was difficult because we let things stress us out. I don't get stressed out about anything. I don't have any more. I don't have Everything pales. That's true. I mean, I don't I don't worry about things. I don't need to do that. I I can't understand why everybody's not happy all the time. You know, my wife says, I says, You okay, but she isn't smiling. She's I don't need to be happy all the time. I said, Well, yeah, you do. I'm appreciative of everything you see. Before I would look at taxes and go and you're right, or I'd look at having to do some tasks,

Alex Ferrari 1:29:59
No tax. Taxes in heaven, right? No tax. Okay, good. Thank you. Just want to make sure. Okay,

Robert Marshall 1:30:03
Now I look at it and I know it's a blessing that I get to do taxes. It's a blessing that I have to pay tax. It's a blessing that I have the the need to fill out that I owe taxes, and it's okay because it gives Caesar what to do. Caesar, that's all right. We'll give it to them because that helps us. I, you know, and it happens. It's going to be, it's a natural thing. Why get worried about don't need to worry about it.

Alex Ferrari 1:30:24
You're just happy to you just happy to be playing the game essentially.

Well, I'm happy for this glass of water here. I haven't used it yet. In fact, I better take a drink.

Alex Ferrari 1:30:32
I'll tell I'll follow you.

Robert Marshall 1:30:35
But that I walk around thanking God every day for everything that I do. I drive down the road just thank you for not letting me catch that light red, thank you for letting me walk through I'm thankful for everything, because everything comes from Him. And if we do that, if we truly understand that we don't have any work to do, see, and that's the thing. And this has to do with faith. One of the things that Jesus wants us to understand is this, that when we accept Him, when we do understand him, we believe in Him, that one thing to do to believe in the one he sent, that was it. Now, the ironic thing that Jesus shared with me is this, he says, that's all there is. I made this simple. He says, I said, all those who are burdened and weary and heavy laden, come to me. Come upon me, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke. I will give you rest. He doesn't say, I'm going to put you to work. Believing in Him gives you that rest, because he dwells in you. And then everything is done out of love, and understanding that love equates to that, and if it's not being done out of that, then you're trying to do things out of the world, and anything not out of love is contrary to love, and that's of the world and Satan. So you can separate the two, real easy. But back to faith. He says, Believe in the one that God has sent. That's God's works. All the works he has you do, he says, and that is through faith, and that not of your own, it's of his. So he gives you the faith because you can't do anything, no works will get you into heaven. Makes no difference. But here was the ironic thing, the only works that God will require of you are before you become a Christian and believe in Him, before you're saved. Because it takes those works before you're saved to believe in Him, you have to do that here through the faith that He gave you. But those works are done without believing in Him. It takes those works and then once you do that belief, then he says, everything else is not work. You can still go help the poor, help the needy, Do this, do that, do good things, but you're not doing it out of guilt or obligation or out of trying to get your way into heaven. There's no works that can get you into heaven that isn't the way it works. You have to believe, and that's available to anybody, anywhere, anytime.

Alex Ferrari 1:33:20
So Robert, where can people find out more about your book and the works that you're doing right now?

Robert Marshall 1:33:26
Sure you can go to 44hoursinheavenministries.org, hopefully you put it on there later for them to find of course. So you go to 44 hours in heaven, ministries.org, and the books on there for sale. It's in paperback.

Alex Ferrari 1:33:43
Is it on Amazon or just,

Robert Marshall 1:33:44
No, it's not an Amazon we're totally self published because we use the money that from that goes into the ministry. We're a 501, c3, so all the money goes to them. I don't take the money goes in there and help the further the ministry that we can go around and talk and spread His Word, that's it. 100% of it goes in there. A there. We have the paperback, we have it in audiobook, we have it in ebook, we have it on a set of four CDs, and it just this is has some questions in the back. We tell everybody that on the website there's a place for comments and questions. You can ask whatever question you want, and we'll get those answered. We don't get back as fast as some people like, but we do try do your best. So what we do now, too is we also do podcasts where I'll take the questions and and we'll answer those questions on a podcast, and we play those so that people can not only benefit from their question getting answered, but other people's questions, but we literally have 1000s so you can it's trying to get those done. Some that are more personal, we don't put on there, and those, I kind of answer right away, but through emails and so on, but they can get it on the website. We also have an app coming out that's called 44 hours in heaven. It'll be on your iPhone and your Android phone. You go to the app stores, and you'll be able to go to 44 hours in heaven app and on that, we'll have an audio book that they can listen to for free at that point, and we also have podcasts that will be on there, and we're doing Christian music. One of the other miracles that He gave me is Jesus once told me that prayer, through song and music is one of the purest forms of prayer that you can have, because the the music gets into your soul and your heart and emits it and you hum these tunes and stuff like that. That's just the way it is. He gave prior to this happening, I didn't have an idea what a chorus was, a note was. I used to tease people. If I sang in church, they'd ask me to leave, and they probably would have. I didn't know a thing about music, nothing. He gave me the ability to write songs that he gives me the words they're all inspired by him, except for some country ones that we've done as well. But you gotta have some fun. But the ability to write the songs, arrange the songs, write the music for the songs, compose it, direct it, produce it, from here to there, the complete everything.
